Gyoza no Ohsho Temmabashi OMM Building Store

OMM Building B2F, 1-7-31 Otemae, Chuo-ku, Osaka, Osaka
Feeling a bit tired today (probably from going to Choco Zapp too much..), so decided to go to Gyoza no Ohsho after a long time. Opted for something other than gyoza since I have work. Ordered the daily special, but ended up with a carb-heavy meal haha. Sometimes it's nice to have that. Noticed a slight weight gain too lol.

When you feel like you want to eat Tianjin rice, surprisingly Gyoza no Ohsho is delicious. This Gokuo Tianjin rice consists of a thick, savory sauce with shrimp and crab sticks, wrapped in a fluffy egg, served over white rice with a hint of pepper. Mixing it all together, you'll be completely satisfied. And all this for only 780 yen. It's really something.

There was a coupon so I transferred from JR to Keihan and arrived at Temmabashi Station. I didn't realize there was a dining district in this area. The restaurant was about 80% full around 13:40. I was seated at the counter in the middle near the wall. I ordered the original set menu, Temmabashi Soft Fried Rice Set, which came with Dry Curry, Garlic-Intense Gyoza, and it was served in about 17 minutes. The Dry Curry was okay, the Ramen had a whole egg with the shell on which was unusual, the Karaage was average, and the Gyoza was decent. I wanted a refill of water but they don't have it on the tables like they used to at King's. I used a 7% discount for premium members and a 250 yen discount coupon, paid 1,067 yen with a card, and headed to the convenience store.

Draft beer for 418 yen, bean sprout namul for 275 yen, and the Spicy Pork Ramen Fair Set B for 880 yen. The ramen was just right with no authentic elements as expected. Not spicy at all, it had that familiar taste of pork kimchi. The pork belly, chives, and egg omelet were a nice addition.

I felt like eating at a Chinese restaurant after a long time, so I decided to visit a King Shou restaurant. When I arrived, the restaurant seemed busy. There was no one to guide me at the entrance, and the staff, who seemed to be Asian, didn't understand Japanese very well. I thought my order had been placed, but it took a while for my food to arrive. Some people who came after me received their dishes first, but I thought it was normal for orders to be mixed up sometimes. Finally, my large portion of fried rice arrived. However, the other items I ordered never came. Since I didn't want to wait any longer, I decided to cancel the other items and just brought the large portion of fried rice home. It was disappointing that I couldn't eat the dish I was looking forward to the most! Thank you for the meal. Lately, I wonder if I just have bad luck.

Working on a Sunday. The cherry blossom season has ended, and the government district is quiet. Most restaurants are closed, so the few that are open are not crowded at all. I decided to go to Osho since it was empty, my second time this month. It was hard to choose since they don't have a special menu on Sundays, but I ended up getting the rich ramen and fried rice. It's cheaper than eating at trendy ramen shops, and the taste was as good as always at Osho. (I'm praising them, by the way) 😄

At this Gyoza no Ohsho where rice refills are free during lunch time, the 2 servings of gyoza have a satisfying portion size. You can adjust the amount you want to eat with the option to refill rice. The ramen is served in a small portion, more like a side dish. You can choose between cold noodles or soy sauce ramen. There aren't many good lunch spots around here, so Gyoza no Ohsho is a great choice.

The area around Temmabashi was bustling with people enjoying the cherry blossoms, so I headed out for lunch early, but everywhere was full. Luckily, OMM's Osho was unexpectedly empty so I went in. It had been a long time since I last visited Osho. Since it was a workday, I resisted ordering gyoza and instead chose the daily lunch special: crab omelette fried rice, spicy miso ramen, and fried chicken set. It was a meal fit for a growing student... I was so full that I didn't even get hungry in the evening! 😂

This place serves delicious draft beer. I had the mapo tofu rice bowl on this day, and it was a bit light. It had a lot of tofu, which was satisfying, but overall it was just okay. This is just my personal opinion. The draft beer is tasty.

I had the Gyo定 at Gyoza no Ohsho located on the basement second floor of the OMM Building in Temmabashi. The Gyo定 includes 2 servings of gyoza, rice, and a choice of soy sauce ramen or seasonal ramen. This time, I had the Tansetsu Men, which is a noodle dish with a crab stick and beaten egg sauce. It would have been nice to have a warm broth-based ramen in the cold winter. However, despite being a chain restaurant, the gyoza here is surprisingly delicious. Many people seem to agree, as I noticed similar comments in other reviews. Personally, I find that the skin of the gyoza here is chewy and thinner than other locations, providing a good bite and strong flavor from the filling. The Gyo定 normally serves 2 people, but here you can enjoy unlimited rice refills until 3 pm, which is a rare and generous service for a chain restaurant. This is a great place to enjoy endless gyoza and rice.

Today was an exhibition at OMM. After a successful first day, I felt a bit relieved. And once I relaxed, I felt like having a drink. Oh, there's a polite waitress over there. Let's go have a "job well done" beer. So, we headed to the Osho restaurant in OMM! We arrived around 7 pm. It was about 20% full. A female waitress welcomed us and showed us to our table. Excuse me! Let's start with two draft beers! Oh, the draft beer is 30 yen off. That's nice. Also, let's get two orders of regular gyoza. Cheers! Cheers to a job well done! I personally like to eat Osho's gyoza with vinegar and chili oil since the taste is quite strong, I prefer not to use the sauce. Um, there's no vinegar. Excuse me, can we have some vinegar, please? The clearness of the vinegar that arrived was a bit surprising. But it was indeed vinegar. The gyoza had a good amount of garlic flavor and was a great dish to accompany the drinks. The gyoza from Kyoto Osho is a reliable dish that can be enjoyed as a snack or a side dish. It's a bit disappointing that the gyoza had a slightly sweet sear, but it was still good enough. The shumai I tried for the first time at Osho was surprisingly meaty and delicious. We finished with a quick drink as I have another exhibition tomorrow. I feel like I can do my best again tomorrow. Thank you for the meal.

I suddenly felt like eating Gyoza from Osho, so I went there. First, I ordered a beer. And of course, some Gyoza too. It takes a while for them to come out, so I also ordered boiled cabbage. That was also quite good. When the Gyoza finally arrived, I was happy. I think the Gyoza here at Osho is the best. I enjoyed it today as well.

When you're not sure what to eat, you can always rely on the consistent taste of Gyoza no Ohsho. (Although there are rare occasions of disappointing shops) The Gyoza no Ohsho inside OMM Building is also a safe bet!! I ordered 2 servings of gyoza and the Just Size fried rice. There were many customers as well.

The restaurant is clean and spacious, making it easy to enter. The dumplings are cooked perfectly. I like how the mapo tofu has small pieces of tofu. However, there were some issues with ordering due to foreign staff and not having menus at the table. It can be difficult to make additional orders. Also, it would be nice to have a water pitcher on the table.

Gyoza no Ohsho offers a wide variety of menu items, making it difficult to choose each time. The restaurant offers two different daily set meals, as well as a variety of a la carte and set menu options. This time, I ordered the Szechuan sesame miso ramen, creamy Tenshinhan, and chicken Nanban set. The menu may seem like a mystery Chinese cuisine at first glance. The ramen is packed with vegetables and has a nice kick from the Szechuan pepper. The Tenshinhan looks like white stew, but tastes delicious. The chicken Nanban is coated in a tangy sauce. The restaurant is spacious, making it a comfortable place to dine with colleagues. There may be a bit of a wait at the register, but it's worth it. Thank you for the meal.

I recently visited the Gyoza no Ohsho Tenma Bridge OMM Building store. It is a new Gyoza no Ohsho restaurant. Gyoza no Ohsho is known for its original menus and sets at each store. The OMM Building store had a variety of sets, which was great because it is located in an office building. I ordered a few dishes as snacks since I had been drinking since noon. I would like to visit again to try their original menu. Thank you for the meal.

I suddenly felt like eating Gyoza from Osho, so I went there. I think the Gyoza here is particularly delicious. This time, I ordered them well-cooked. I had two servings of Gyoza with beer and finished it all in no time. The Gyoza here is really delicious!! And I also had fried rice. My stomach feels satisfied now. To finish off, I had sesame dumplings. It was a very satisfying lunch. Oh, and the service here is also great. The female staff is very efficient and provides pleasant service. I'll definitely come back here when I crave Gyoza again.

A while ago, I saw a sign outside a restaurant advertising a sample of Ma Po Chicken Cutlet Tianjin Rice. As a member of the Chinese-style Cutlet Bowl Promotion Committee, I felt the need to investigate! However, at that time, I was more focused on the large shrimp fry at Bistro Yoshino in the same OMM building, so I passed by the restaurant without trying the Chicken Cutlet. Later on, I regretted not trying it and kept looking at the menu in front of the restaurant several times. Finally, on a cold day in December, I was able to try the Ma Po Chicken Cutlet Tianjin Rice set menu.
Service Lunch Ma Po Chicken Cutlet Tianjin Rice:
- Ma Po Chicken Cutlet Tianjin Rice: The dish resembled more of egg on rice rather than Tianjin Rice, with a slightly thick and spicy Ma Po flavor with a hint of sweetness. It had a lot of minced meat and was quite flavorful, but the Chicken Cutlet was not heated properly. It was a half-size portion, and I wished it was a full-size without the ramen.
- Rich Saba Bonito Soy Sauce Ramen: Although I'm not sure how it's related to saba bonito, the ramen was surprisingly delicious and filling with authentic chashu. The noodles were familiar and tasty.
- Spring Roll: Tasty, but I wished it came with mustard.
Overall, it was a unique Chinese-style Cutlet Bowl (mutant) experience, and I wonder if it deserves the recognition.

I want to eat dumplings~. And I want to eat them with beer! So, as I was walking in the underground of OMM, I found it. Gyoza no Ohsho!! Let's go in right away. I ordered two servings of gyoza and beer. They came out quickly. I really like Gyoza no Ohsho's gyoza. Two servings disappeared in no time. It was delicious as always. Feeling a bit unsatisfied, I added "Spicy Stir-Fried Garlic Chives and Bean Sprouts". It's spicy and goes well with beer. I finished in a nice tipsy mood. Oh, the service here is great too. The female staff inside move perfectly. I might end up becoming a regular here.

I usually don't review well-known chain restaurants, but I couldn't resist sharing my excitement about the new Gyoza no Ohsho that opened at the OMM Building basement 2nd floor near Tenma Bridge. This is my first time reviewing Ohsho, but I am actually a heavy user^^ Since it's still new, there are some minor operational details that catch my eye, but nothing too serious. The variety of original menu items is impressive. I also liked the hanging roll curtains between the table seats, which create a semi-private atmosphere. And as for the taste, it goes without saying. The gyoza and fried rice are consistently delicious☆
