White wine and fish bar here. I've been curious about this place for a while since I love fish, and finally visited this time. Made a reservation through Tabelog. What we had: Champagne x2, various white wines (by the glass), appetizer, fish-filled manju, Hokkaido Akkeshi oysters, cherry shrimp and Kaga lotus root ajillo, Pacific saury and ginger green salad, Lake Biwa wild eel charcoal-grilled, white sea bream fish and chips, Koppie crab and Kujo green onion cream-based penne, shirako and shiitake cheese bake, homemade panna cotta, coffee. You can truly enjoy a variety of fish dishes here. From appetizers to charcoal-grilled, simmered dishes, and short pasta, there are various cooking methods. Also, there is a wide selection of white wines to pair with the dishes. It may be a bit pricey, but ordering by the glass allows you to taste a variety and enjoy it. The staff consists of about three people, but the chef handles all the cooking, so the service is a bit slow, but it's within a reasonable wait time while enjoying wine. The fish and chips change depending on the ingredients, and on this day, it was white sea bream. The crispy fried white sea bream was served on top of potatoes. Squeeze some lemon and eat it with tartar sauce, and the wine goes well with it. The potatoes were also delicious and fluffy. They are open from 2 pm on weekends, so I would like to challenge daytime drinking next time.
