Located just a 1-2 minute walk from Minami-Kokura Station. The Healthy Sandwich costs 452 yen and is filled with eggs, ham, carrots, and lettuce. It's perfect for a satisfying breakfast or a light lunch. Definitely better than buying something from a convenience store. It was delicious. This is a local story, but near the same store "Tokuda Sand," the Kumasaka Harimachi 1st Street, which was converted to a one-way two-lane road a few years ago, doesn't seem to have much traffic. Further down towards the Tsubaki Shrine, where "Udon no Komachi" is currently under construction, it seems to be expanding, so you can easily go towards Tokudaka without using Route 322. However, for some reason, the traffic volume is low. Ultimately, the access is not great, so the traffic doesn't increase. If you want to go to the same store "Tokuda Sand," you can turn right at the traffic light at the intersection and it will be on your right. There is no dedicated parking lot, and using a coin parking is not ideal, so there is a free parking lot at JR Minami-Kurume Station nearby. However, it is a bit of a detour, so turning right at the Shimizu intersection might be faster. The store is open from 6 to 13 o'clock in the morning, so be sure to visit during those hours. The store is compact, and customers open the door themselves and take the items to the register. The lady who runs the store seems friendly. I purchased the following two items this time: 1. Homemade hamburger SAND ￥486 2. Egg SAND ￥302. The hamburger was thick, but not very juicy. The bread was firm, and the lettuce had a crunchy texture. The egg sandwich was simple and had a straightforward taste. Adding some spicy mayonnaise made it even better. Overall, the store seems popular, but personally, I didn't find it exceptional.

It was to my liking. I had planned to buy coffee from a nearby store to have with it, but the store's operating hours on Tabelog were outdated, so it was closed. I had to buy coffee from a convenience store, but that's not really worth reviewing.

No parking available. A sandwich shop that opens at 6 am. They offer around 15 types of sandwiches including fruit sandwiches and deli sandwiches. I went there later in the day so most of the items were sold out. I bought two sandwiches - Menchi Katsu, Chicken Katsu, and Cheese Meat. They were individually wrapped so I could eat without getting my hands dirty. All of them had a good balance of flavors. They also have a sandwich with just whipped cream inside which I'm curious about. The staff was very cheerful and I got a boost of energy from them in the morning.

The menu has various options, but availability may vary due to ingredient supply. The shop is compact with no seating, only takeout. I purchased the egg, sweet beef, and strawberry sandwiches. Personally, I enjoyed the sweet beef sandwich, which had a taste similar to the ingredients in beef udon. The sweetness of the onions and the crunchiness of the lettuce were nice accents. The bread was a bit dry overall. When I visited around 9 AM, more than half of the items were already sold out. Reservations for 3 or more sandwiches can be made through Line or Instagram. I learned about this place from a review by a fellow reviewer and decided to stop by in a hurry, leaving another restaurant behind. Some items were already sold out, but I bought two sandwiches that were still available and left. The ham cheese lettuce sandwich was quite delicious with creamy cheese. However, the white fish fry sandwich was just okay. The tartar sauce tasted a bit like store-bought. Also, in my opinion, it would be better if the bread had less crust. They accept PayPay.

Sandwich shop opened at the end of August 2022 in front of JR Minami Kokura Station. I saw it on Instagram and decided to visit since it was in Kokura. They open from 6 am until sold out. I went at 12 pm once and they were closed with a sold out sign, so mornings are recommended. The sandwich lineup is shown on the signboard and Instagram. The egg sandwich was sold out, but they had a mixed sandwich with eggs, so I bought that. I was also tempted by the pear sandwich in the sweet section, but opted for a simple cream sandwich. - Mixed Sandwich (324 yen): The egg salad was a well-mixed paste type with a hint of mustard, making it a flavorful sandwich. It's not very big but quite delicious. - Cream Sandwich (270 yen): The cream in this sandwich is exceptionally light and fluffy, with a milky sweetness that is just right. It's so light you won't even feel its weight. It's a sandwich that makes you consider waking up early once in a while, especially with the weather getting better for outdoor walks. I have been going there since early morning. You can buy a hearty sandwich with earlobe bread for around 300-500 yen. The white fish fry sandwich had a crispy coating and was very delicious.
