I happened to find this place and decided to have lunch there. The taco rice was delicious and the staff were very friendly, which was great.

Shinjuku 5-chome is an old Yotsuya Sankoucho, along Meiji Street, near Hanazono Shrine, I found a beer pub, or rather a sports bar while walking. It only has a counter, with a large monitor at the back. On this day, they were playing a recorded boxing match. They have 4 beer taps. According to the menu, they rotate 4 out of 27 types of beers. It seems to be only Japanese craft beer. All glasses are 700 yen each. They are around 260ml, I think? On this day, I tried After Dark and Yuzu Lager. They don't serve much food, only pickled raddish or smoked fish cake. I chose the smoked fish cake, but I don't think it goes well with beer. I think ordinary snacks like edamame or nuts would be better. Well, maybe the concept is just to stop by for a drink on your way somewhere?
