Family restaurants and chain stores that I don't really want to mention. One of the companies that created an industry where the restaurant industry was full of dreams. When my sister was in college, she was looking for a part-time job, but my dad rejected all of them. However, when he heard that a Royal Host was opening nearby and recruiting opening staff, he scolded my sister and told her to do her best to get hired. He said that company takes responsibility for developing people. The company that said goodbye and sent you off as a social worker a little earlier. It's nice that the spirit of the founding era is still alive. Even though there was a time when it became like a family restaurant and was in trouble, they managed to turn it around. If the founding spirit is still alive, then it's the real deal. Wonderful. I'll have the salad. The seasonal recommended jumbo mushroom salad. You can choose the dressing, which is now considered normal. However, you can only choose onion dressing here. It's not unkind, but the dressing is applied in the kitchen before serving. The vegetables are fresh and moist, and the style of serving is very restaurant-like. The sautéed mushrooms are well seasoned, and the roast potatoes and carrot rapé are quite delicious. You can feel like you're eating a meal! Then the steak. Royal Host has been known for its Black Angus for decades. I'll have the 200g ribeye, and the doneness is up to you. They cook it on a Mino-yaki ceramic plate instead of an iron plate, so it doesn't get overcooked. There are three types of sauces. Although the Japanese-style sauce is popular, the combination of demi-glace sauce and maitre d' butter is essential for Western-style steak. The steak is juicy and easy to cut. It has a clean red meat, cooked to medium-well. The texture is firm, and the juiciness and flavor of the meat are refreshing. Everything is top-notch. You can feel satisfied that you're eating meat. The side dishes are glazed carrots and mashed potatoes. Both are modest portions, but that's probably because you're also ordering salad and other dishes. The creamy texture of the mashed potatoes enhances the feeling of luxury. The meat is cut with little fat, and the fat is light. If you have a Japanese beef sirloin steak, you have to eat it without the fatty part, otherwise your mouth will be covered in fat. Japanese beef is delicious because of the fat... I understand that, but even if you're told that, you don't feel delicious eating it (laughs). So, meat with a slightly attached fat is really nice. You can eat everything. Not only can you eat it, but you don't feel heavy in your stomach. It's like feeling rejuvenated. And today, I only had salad and steak without rice. It's a wonderful and healthy thing. I eat with iced tea. A little shaved ice after the meal. It was an arrangement of "Koguma," a Kagoshima specialty named after the polar bear, with white condensed milk and brown milk tea flavors. I chose the condensed milk flavor. Then, Koguma-kun arrived. He looked a bit naughty. The cherry on the nose had a branch attached, giving him a mischievous look (laughs). I changed the direction of the red bean eyes, removed the cherry blossom branch, and adjusted the position of the crooked mouth of the orange to create a smiling bear. Despite that, I felt a sense of guilt when I put a spoon into the smiling bear. Maybe the mischievous bear's face softens the cruelty of eating... I thought. It's interesting.
