This is a monthly weekend direct sales event held around the beginning of the month, where many people visit in the morning seeking fresh and delicious coffee. The event runs from 8:30 to 15:00, but products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you want something, it's best to go early before it sells out. The store seems to have been recently renovated and is still very clean, and the coffee is undeniably delicious. I'm thinking of using it again when I go to Costco. On September 1, 2019, I visited Kyuyama Coffee as I do almost every month. The reason I keep coming back is because it is really cheap. When events are held at Kyuyama, they also sell bags of coffee beans. They have Kalita coffee products, although not this time, and during the summer they have iced coffee liquid available. You can also sample the coffee. The blend coffee changes monthly, but they always have Mocha and Guatemala available. This time, they were also selling bread from Komugiko Panache. They also sell vegetables and fruits. It's a relaxing time where you can buy other things while sampling coffee. The surroundings are peaceful, with rice fields and such, and there are many self-employed individuals who come and buy in large quantities. Some people drive there, but there isn't a lot of parking available. The parking area is unpaved, so your car may get dirty in rainy weather. However, there are staff there to help guide you with parking. If you're taking public transportation, you can take the Nishitetsu bus 27B and get off at Nagasebashi, but since the bus only comes once an hour, it's recommended to walk to Midorigaoka Danchi Iriguchi.

When going to Trias, there is a back road that I always pass by. Along that street, there is a sign that has caught my attention for a while. It seems to only be open once a month, on the first Sunday. Normally, I would just ignore it, but this month, I happened to pass by on the first Sunday. I was drawn in and followed the handmade sign to the parking lot. It looked more like a barn on a farm than a factory, with a roasting machine inside. There were freshly roasted beans lined up for tasting, and most were priced at 500g for 1000 yen, which is a great deal. After trying 3 or 4 samples, I chose the Mocha beans. When I searched online, it turns out this is the roasting factory for "Nan no Ki" which has a shop in Higashi Ward. They also sell beans there, but the prices here are much better.
