I visited around 5 pm in the evening. There were about 5-6 customers in the store. I decided to have a drink and go home, so I entered Ousho where there is no cover charge. Beer and gyoza are such a perfect combination, I wonder why they go so well together. I think the gyoza at both Kyoto Ousho and Osaka Ousho are equally delicious, and I can't decide which is better.

I went to LaLaport Izumi in Kadoma, but the food court was crowded. There were also long lines at places like Ousho near Kadoma Station, so I decided to take a walk to Furukawabashi and ended up at Ousho. The Tomato Anchovy Fried Rice had a delicious tangy shrimp chili sauce on top, which made it really tasty.

Munashi-san came here because it was crowded. I changed my lunch to spinach fried rice. It was delicious. Thank you!

【7 months later revisit】This is a chain restaurant that can also be found in Tokyo, but it seems that the store's public relations activities vary depending on the franchisee. This particular store has introduced a smartphone app that can be used at several stores in Osaka. Through this app, you receive one-coin coupons. Each month, a specific menu item is available for one coin. So, during the almost snack-like lunchtime on a holiday, I decide to use the coupon to enjoy a meal. I order the miso vegetable ramen for 500 yen, focusing on the amount of vegetables included. I take a seat at a table and after a bit of a wait, the ramen is served. The bowl is quite large, so it contains a decent amount of vegetables. In addition to bean sprouts, there are various other types of vegetables and meat as well. For one coin, this is quite satisfying.【Overview】Located near the south exit of Keihan Furukawabashi Station, just a short walk towards Kyoto, is a Chinese restaurant belonging to a chain (related to Osaka Ohsho). In this area, there are various eateries such as bento shops, soba restaurants, yakitori shops, curry shops, teishoku restaurants, donut shops, hamburger joints, and coffee shops, with only the yakitori shop being independent, making it a fiercely competitive area.

【9 years and 3 months since my last visit】It feels like it's been about 10 years since I last ate something here. Time flies so fast. On this day, I decided to stop by for lunch and go for a standard set meal. I ordered the A2 set meal for 800 yen. It came with stir-fried vegetables and eggs as the main dish, along with fried chicken, fried dumplings, and squid dumplings as side dishes. It also came with a side of fresh vegetables. They served it all on one plate, and I couldn't help but notice how clean and neat everything looked, making me realize how time had passed in the last 10 years. The meal itself was satisfying, not overly filling, but enough to fill me up. I thought I might try their noodles within the next 10 years.【Overview】Located near the south exit of Keihan Furukawabashi Station, just a short walk towards Kyoto, this Chinese restaurant is part of a chain (Osaka Ohsho). Hello~ On the second day of the New Year, after a family karaoke session, my second daughter said she was hungry and wanted to eat fried rice. So, we decided to go to a Chinese restaurant... Osaka Ohsho at Furukawabashi, a franchise group known for its reliable Naniwa Food. Let's go in~ I'm still going to drink - draft beer for 360 yen (tax included). And then, we ordered the hot and sour soup noodles for 750 yen (tax included). Yum! Everyone else had fried rice for 550 yen (tax included). Let's all enjoy it together! The beer here is always stable... I'm happy they have Kinmugi, as I don't like Premium Malts. The taste here is always good no matter what you order... However, besides the lunch set and gyoza, the cost performance is not the best. The hot and sour soup noodles were delicious with a sour and spicy taste, but the only ingredients besides the egg were dried shiitake mushrooms and bok choy (laughs). I still prefer Kyoto Ohsho!! Thank you for the meal~♪

Hello~ Osaka Ohsho, a chain restaurant, is managed by the headquarters, with both franchise and individually owned stores. Here at this franchise store under the Nanba Food Group, just like the Tenroku and Kyobashi stores, everything you eat is pretty tasty. It's always crowded during Sunday lunchtime, with customers waiting. While there's nothing particularly outstanding, the skill of the chefs is good, and the food is delicious. It's a world of difference from the poorly made Osaka Ohsho at directly managed stores. The Szechuan-style tantanmen with mini spinach fried rice set costs 750 yen (tax included), and the light soy sauce ramen with mini spinach fried rice set costs 730 yen (tax included). The noodle dishes are well-balanced and tasty! The fried rice is fragrant and nicely fried! Despite using inexpensive ingredients, it's surprisingly delicious. It's popular for a reason. So tasty!

Osaka Osho Kogawa Hashi store is located in front of Keihan Electric Railway Kogawa Hashi Station. I stopped by after renewing my license at Kadoma Driving License Testing Center. Even on Sundays, they offer lunch menus. I ordered the A2 lunch (730 yen), which is a set meal with stir-fried vegetables and eggs as the main dish. The stir-fry also had a good amount of pork in it. In addition, there was fried chicken, fried shumai, a dish made with tofu, and shredded cabbage on the plate. There was more food than shown in the menu photo, and the first impression was good. Although they offered a large serving of rice, I opted for a regular portion this time. It had been a while since I last visited Osaka Osho, but it's nice to be able to enjoy Chinese cuisine at a low price even though it's a chain restaurant. The crunchy texture of the vegetables and the fluffy eggs made for a delicious dish. The portion size was satisfying as well. They have both table and counter seats. Take-out items like dumplings can be purchased from the counter without entering the store.

Today, on Sunday, my family and I came to Osaka Ohsho in front of Kotobashi Station for a late lunch. We parked our car at the Aeon in Kotobashi, did some shopping, and then walked over here for lunch. The lunch menu has good value for money. It's nice that they are open even on holidays. I had the salt ramen and mini spinach fried rice set, while my wife had the spicy yakisoba set. The kids had fried rice and mini fried rice. The salt ramen looks similar to the famous Agoso from Umeda, but the saltiness of the soup is just right for me. The toppings like chashu, menma, negi, and shungiku are quite delicious. I particularly liked the taste of the chashu and menma. The spinach fried rice only has egg and spinach, but it has a good flavor. The kids' fried rice looks even more delicious. Overall, I like this Osaka Ohsho because everything is tasty. The people making the food must be skilled. The kids enjoyed their meal too and started eating as soon as it was served, so I couldn't take any pictures.

So, I came to Furukawa Bridge, which is conveniently located near the station. I ordered two servings of gyoza at Osaka Ohsho. As expected, it took a while to cook, but they were well-cooked and tasted good. The smell of garlic is quite strong here. The gyoza skin tends to peel off easily, so I wish they would stick it on more securely. The taste itself is good at Osaka Ohsho, but there is room for improvement.

Last week I went to Gyoza no Ohsho, and this week I came to Osaka Ohsho to compare the gyoza. The gyoza here were a bit stuck together, but the taste was... I couldn't tell the difference, it's the same. I tried eating just gyoza and rice, keeping it really simple. Just having gyoza is enough. However, the speed at which they cook each dish so quickly is amazing. Even though I don't usually go to chain restaurants, I end up coming to Ohsho for the gyoza. (lol)

Unusually, I used the restaurant during the day. Hello, I'm Shinji Endo, working at the izakaya Ton Saiya in Osaka Fukushima, and planning to conquer reviews of restaurants from all over Japan. I ordered a lunch set meal, which seemed rare. A normal set meal at an ordinary restaurant wouldn't satisfy my hunger, but at a place like Osaka Ohsho, it definitely fills you up with a rice, a side dish, and gyoza set meal. I also had a beer, but looking at the lineup, I thought "this won't be enough," so I ordered another dish, which turned out to be a one-way ticket to hell (laughs). I love Chinese rice bowls. Maybe this day was the first and last time I ordered a set meal. Thank you for the meal. Ton Saiya: http://tonsaiya.com
By the way, I also draw a mystery manga based on gourmet websites. If you're interested, please take a look: http://tonsaiya.com/archives/4229277.html. I look forward to hearing your opinions and feedback ♫

Thank you for your hard work today as well. During work, I stopped by "Osaka Ohsho Kotobashi Store". It's a busy area with many pedestrians and cyclists in front of the station. The shop was also crowded. The female staff members were energetic and the service was great. I had the daily lunch special, which included sweet and sour pork, small shrimp tempura, salad, pickled vegetables, Chinese soup, and rice (with free extra large portion). It was served on one plate. The sweet and sour pork had a lot of meat and was delicious. The pork was freshly fried and tasted great. The balance of sourness was perfect! The shrimp tempura had a lot of batter. The small shrimp was a bit disappointing. Surprisingly, the Chinese soup was delicious. It was well-seasoned with beaten egg, and the flavor was exquisite. It was really delicious. The freshly cooked rice was so good that I finished the extra large portion in no time. The timing was perfect! Among the Osaka Ohsho stores, this one feels like the dishes are cooked with care. It felt like a dish made with the utmost effort by the store manager! I want to cherish such restaurants, really... (^.^) It's a place I want to visit again. Thank you for the meal!

This is a revisit. This time, we went at night with two people. We ordered plate udon, hot and sour noodles, mini lettuce fried rice, and dumplings. The dishes at Osho always come out quickly. The plate udon and hot and sour noodles were very generous in portion. The plate udon was light with plenty of vegetables. The hot and sour noodles could use a bit more vinegar or spice to make it tastier, but the flavor was still satisfying. The dumplings were large and very filling. The lettuce fried rice was also delicious. We were so full it was almost painful. The taste and value for money at this place are really amazing. Among the Osho restaurants, I think this one stands out. Therefore, I have raised the rating by 0.5 stars. Osho restaurants vary in taste, and this one in Kotobashi is quite delicious. Especially the lunch sets are great, and I have tried many, but none have been disappointing. The lettuce fried rice and pork and egg rice bowl that come with the set are really tasty. Among the Osho restaurants in this area, this one seems to be a step above. The spacious and clean atmosphere of the restaurant is relaxing and doesn't feel like a typical Chinese restaurant. The chilled Chinese noodles in the summer were also quite good.

About 5 years ago, I went to this restaurant for lunch and the food didn't really suit my taste, so I hadn't been back since. However, I happened to go there for dinner recently and the food was delicious, so I ordered the set meal and some gyoza. When the food was served, I was informed that it was the last order, which was fine with me. But after about 5 minutes of starting to eat, all the other customers left, leaving me alone. Then, the staff started clearing up the other tables. And once they finished clearing the other tables, a young man kept coming over to my table, peeking at me, and then going back and forth. It was so obvious that he wanted me to hurry up and finish eating. It felt like a feeling I hadn't experienced in decades. I'm not a slow eater at all. When I finished eating and got up, he immediately said, "Thank you very much!" I was so taken aback that I lost my anger. When I checked the time at the station after leaving the restaurant, it was 9:59 pm. The restaurant is conveniently close to my home, so I might go back again, but next time, if it's close to closing time, they should inform customers when they enter the restaurant, saying, "It's the last order time. We will rush you from before closing time, is that okay?"

Get off at Keihan Furukawabashi Station South Exit, head towards Kyoto and you'll find a Chinese restaurant of a chain store (Osaka Ohsho) right away. Even during the early afternoon, there are a few customers coming in. Since it was not crowded, I was seated at a table by myself. However, the counter area looked more calming, so I chose to sit there and ordered the classic "gyoza and beer". Enjoying hot gyoza with a cold beer is a blissful moment on a holiday afternoon... The staff were friendly and attentive, but it was a bit disappointing to hear the staff chatting loudly in their native language on the side... Tears.

When I go back to my parents' house, I sometimes stop by Osaka Ohsho. It's about a 2-minute walk from the station, so as soon as I smell the aroma of gyoza, I can't help but go in. During lunchtime, it seems quite crowded with lots of people passing by. This time, I ordered a lunch special with beer and 2 servings of gyoza for XX yen... it was a good deal. When I go to Osaka Ohsho, I'm usually quite hungry, so just one beer makes me feel pretty good, which is strange. But the combination of gyoza and beer is just unbeatable! I definitely want to visit again.

I revisited this place after 10 years, as I decided to take advantage of the current takeout boom and bring home some dumplings from here. With the free voucher I won in a rock-paper-scissors tournament during my last visit, I got 4 servings to go, including the box fee of 20 yen each, all for just 1000 yen. The dumplings I brought home were not cold but not piping hot either, which gave them a somewhat in-between taste. Reheating them might be an option, but I felt like something would be lost if I did. They paired really well with a dry chu-hi, making for a great snack.

[Revisit after 6 days] I thought about eating here for the first time in 10 years earlier this month, and now I ended up getting some takeout of their grilled dumplings. It feels like I'm caught up in this unprecedented takeout boom, but there's no harm in avoiding dining out. The dumplings here aren't particularly delicious, just decent. The prices are reasonable, so I wouldn't go out of my way to buy them, but if asked, I'd get them. They're handy to have when you feel like something's missing and you can't go wrong with them. [Overview] Located just south of Keihan Furukawabashi Station, heading towards Kyoto, this Chinese restaurant is part of a chain (associated with Osaka Ohsho). It's a highly competitive area with bento shops, soba restaurants, yakitori places, curry shops, set meal eateries, donut shops, burger joints, and coffee shops all around, with all except the yakitori place being chain stores.
