I stopped by a restaurant recommended by an acquaintance. It was my first time trying Vietnamese cuisine, and it was very delicious and suitable for Japanese people. The atmosphere of the restaurant was calming with authentic Vietnamese background music playing. I had beef pho and bun thit nuong, which were both delicious. Next time, I plan to try some appetizers while enjoying some drinks. Thank you very much. I will definitely visit again.

Since the opening, I had been curious about this restaurant and finally visited for the first time on a weekday before the state of emergency was declared. I ordered pho and beef banh mi. I had to wait a bit because there were customers just before me. It seems that there can be quite a few customers during lunchtime, so it might be better to be careful if you're in a hurry. They can also make it without cilantro, but I ordered it with cilantro this time since it was my first visit. The pho comes with the soup in a separate bag, you just need to reheat it and mix in the ingredients and noodles. Both the pho and banh mi didn't have an overpowering cilantro taste, so unless you really dislike cilantro, it might be better to have it with cilantro. Both dishes were quite filling, so if you have a small appetite, having both might be a bit much. If you want to change things up and enjoy some ethnic food once in a while, this kind of restaurant might be a good choice.
