When I tried to call to make a reservation after the busy period for parfaits had ended, they told me to make reservations online for anything other than parfaits, and they wouldn't accept reservations over the phone. I'm not a fan of making phone calls to begin with, so I prefer online reservations, but I really don't like having to provide my credit card information just for the cancellation fee, especially since I won't be using it for payment. I called because I didn't want to register my card. It would have been nice if they had accepted my call. I reluctantly made a reservation for just a table online. I usually come around 2 pm, but this time I came at 12 pm to avoid waiting. Thanks to that, I was able to smoothly enter the restaurant. If I'm not aiming for a parfait in the future, I'll come at an earlier time. I was able to order the trifle and pie without any issues, enjoyed plenty of melon, and my friend's pasta was also delicious! The reservation process was a bit frustrating, but on my third visit, I was able to have a good time without any unpleasant experiences on-site.

From Hirano Station on the Tanimachi Line, I walked into a residential area. This time, the parfaits were sold out for the entire month of February, so I opted for the limited edition Beanie, only 10 servings per day. I also had a cute strawberry-themed cafe latte. The inside of the cafe was warm, maybe for the customers eating the strawberry parfait, as it was cold outside. Oh well, can't help it. I was sweating. The garden outside was also well-maintained and really beautiful.

I was able to win the battle of booking over the phone and finally went to the restaurant we had been talking about going to for Christmas. I called repeatedly on the reservation opening day and managed to secure a reservation! The restaurant was located in a place that gave off a unique impression. After passing through a mysterious street, we found ourselves in an English garden with a lovely atmosphere. The decorations and maintenance of the garden were so well done that it made me want to have a garden like that at home. The Christmas plate was amazing with a cute Santa caprese and a beef stew filled with lots of meat. The quiche was delicious, and the ham on the salad was shaped like a rose, so cute! The Christmas parfait was a mix of coffee jelly, vanilla ice cream, berries, and other delicious toppings, with a strawberry on top shaped like a Christmas stick. The parfait comes in a cute glass filled with lots of apples. It includes fresh apples, apple sorbet, jelly, custard cream, pie, caramel mousse, and more. Eating the apple parfait makes you feel like you're eating an apple pie. Maybe it's because it includes pie, apples, and custard. I also tried the smoothie in three flavors: mixed fruits, matcha, and strawberry. The colorful smoothie comes in a lovely bottle. The parfait changes with the seasons, so I would love to try different ones in the future.

Finally, when you open the door, you enter a cute cafe interior, not very spacious but charming. While waiting for a reserved table, there is no designated waiting area, so you can browse the items for sale or visit the restroom. It can be a bit awkward during this waiting time with other customers. The reserved table I was guided to was a pleasant window seat with a nice breeze. I ordered a Melon Parfait for 1320 yen and Pink Rose tea. When it arrived, I couldn't help but exclaim "Wow, it's so cute!" The parfait was beautifully presented with a ribbon tied around the glass, showing great attention to detail. I tried both types of melon in the parfait, and they were both deliciously sweet.
