The texture is slightly firm agar on the outside, with a sweetness from the sugar when you bite into it. I could taste the flavors of peach and lemon in each. The taste was as I had imagined. These would make a good small gift for someone rather than for personal consumption.

I found and purchased a slightly high-end jelly-like gummy candy. The display window in the store looks like a jewelry store. It looks beautiful. I bought a 12-piece set, each with a different flavor based on birth month, such as fruit, tea, and milk, with shapes resembling birthstones, as a gift. I tried a little bit and found that it is made of high-quality agar, so it is not too firm and has a moderate sweetness. Since it is not too sweet, it is not very filling, making it perfect as a tea snack.

I purchased 4 varieties and they came in a chic box with a ribbon. When I opened the lid, they looked so cute and each had a different shape. The ones I chose were Diamond Muscat for my birth month, Aquamarine Lime for March, Sapphire Grape for September, and Topaz Milk Tea for November. The texture was light and crunchy on the outside, but moist and soft on the inside. The flavors were elegant, not overly sweet. They also have a good shelf life, making them ideal for gifts.
