On August 23, 2023 (Wednesday) at 11:00 am, I visited this restaurant for the first time. It was my first time, so I arrived early to confirm the location and waited suspiciously like a stranger in the shade behind the graveyard until the opening time. About 5 minutes before opening, one person lined up, and then three more people joined right before opening, so I lined up as the fifth person. It's a popular place, isn't it? I entered as the fifth person and, not knowing what to do, I followed the actions of a regular customer who had entered before me, purchased a meal ticket, took chopsticks, a spoon, and a wet towel, got water, and then sat down to wait for the food to be served. Note: When it's your turn, you will be called, and you can specify your preferences such as garlic, vegetables, and extra back oil. Instead of focusing only on your smartphone, make sure to also observe the movements of the shop owner! First, a raw egg (50 yen) was served, and after a while, the ramen was served in order from the previous customers. I ordered the pork ramen without soup (1,100 yen), specifying no garlic and extra back oil only... but the amount and oil exceeded my expectations, making me nervous. Those from the Showa generation must finish their meals! While struggling with the huge meat lump at the counter... the customers continued to come in without a break in the scorching heat, but with this taste, volume, and price, it's understandable. At least the staff girl is cute, and I'm glad I didn't order the large ramen... it was a lonely lunch for this middle-aged man... Thank you for the meal. On August 29, 2023 (Tuesday) at 11:00 am, I revisited the restaurant! Today, there were two people lined up, and then the third person entered. The young man in front of me said he came from Nagoya. Hmm, maybe he's a famous ramen enthusiast? This person ordered the limited miso ramen with soup (miso + 50 yen). Today is "Meat Day," so I thought about ordering the Meat W Ramen... but I couldn't finish it, so I ordered the ramen (900 yen) with cheese topping (50 yen) and a takeout char siu (1,000 yen). I'm prepared with a cooler bag and ice packs from home♪♪ For dinner, I'll have a char siu bowl at home♪♪ I'll also have a beer as a side dish! As expected, it's a popular ramen shop with explosive portions. The regular ramen had no calls except for extra back oil, but there were two large chunks of pork. It's a volume that can't be underestimated! I was nervous, but I managed to finish it without leaving anything behind. Thank you for the meal. On September 13, 2023 (Wednesday) at 11:00 am, I revisited the restaurant. I was prepared for school to be in session, but it was very crowded! From the first older lady to the young female solo customer, even a rare father with a 2-3-year-old child, the counter seats were suddenly full of people of all ages and genders. When I finished eating and left the restaurant, there were about 10 people waiting in line to enter... Amazing! Since it was my third visit, I learned a little and called for only "more vegetables" to adjust the strong taste and saltiness of the original soupless ramen. The vegetables were boiled and seasoned, so mixing them in created a perfect balance of flavors. I'm gradually becoming a big eater, and the regular size (300g) is starting to feel insufficient... I was nervous, but I managed to finish it properly. Thank you for the meal. On September 21, 2023 (Thursday) around 2:30 pm, I revisited the restaurant. I arrived just in time from the station, worrying about the last order time, but it seemed to be okay until the end of the business hours, so I was relieved. About five more groups entered after me. It seems that there is no problem until just before the end of business hours. I usually order the soupless ramen, but today, since it was right before the end of business hours and I didn't have to rush to leave the seat, I had the "ramen." I asked for no garlic and a little more vegetables, but with the soup, finishing the meal felt quite tough. I managed to finish it somehow without leaving anything and had an early dinner...
