This is a shop located just behind the Tenma Station on the JR Osaka Loop Line, in the Ura-Tenma Chouchin Street. There are table seats and counter seats, and the owner manages the shop alone. He takes orders, serves drinks, grills yakitori, prepares other dishes while waiting for the grilling, brings the dishes to the table, handles the payment, and cleans the tables... he works so hard. Every time we placed an order, he had a troubled and sad expression. When we arrived, there were two other groups, and after us, he had to turn away more customers because the shop was full, even though there were empty seats. It's a popular place. Despite the time it takes, he never forgets the orders, and when a drink runs out, he quickly asks what to do next. I appreciated that. As for the food, all the skewered items like yakitori are grilled carefully over charcoal, resulting in a crispy and juicy texture. We had items like "Negima" (chicken and leek skewers), "Tsukune Tare" (minced chicken skewers with sauce), "Sasami Wasabi" (chicken tenderloin with wasabi), "Momo" (chicken thigh), "Zucchini", and "Myoga" (Japanese ginger) skewers. Myoga skewers are rare, right? It was my first time trying them, and they were delicious, especially with the Kinzanji miso paste. We also had appetizers like "Addictive Cucumber", "Potato Salad", "Handmade Chicken Nanban Fry", and "Seseri Mayo Shoyu Stir-Fry". I apologize for ordering so much while he was busy. The potato salad had a strong potato flavor and a rich taste, which was great. The chicken nanban was not only delicious, but the homemade tartar sauce was also tasty. It was topped with a sweet sauce, making it fantastic. The Seseri Mayo Shoyu Stir-Fry was surprisingly good too. It may seem obvious, but the chicken at a yakitori restaurant was delicious, making each skewer tasty, and all the dishes were prepared with care and dedication, giving the place a unique touch. I liked that, so I definitely want to visit again if I'm not turned away...
