Located along the Yuyama Kanko Street in Nagao 5-chome, Jyonan Ward, Fukuoka City. This "specialty bread shop" was opened in December 2019. The main store is in Minoshima. Fukuoka seems to be in the "specialty bread shop" boom! Starting from the best-selling "Nogami" nationwide, there are already so many like "LA・PAN," "Hoppe ga Ochimarus," "Sakimoto," "Idainaru Hatsumei," and "Ginza ni Shikawa." It seems like it might reach a saturation point, but I want to try and compare which one is the most delicious. Their commitment is to make "real" bread. The answer they came up with was "grinding." They first focused on how to grind the flour. They selected several types of flour after careful consideration and experimented with different grinding methods to pursue the best combination. They added carefully selected butter, domestic rice syrup, and pure natural water while considering the temperature and humidity of the day, kneaded it, and matured the dough. This resulted in a unique "pull" in the dough. They pursued this until they were satisfied, then baked it with the right heat. The fine texture and exquisite melting sensation born from this process can only be achieved by experienced artisans. The butter also has an elegant aroma that will captivate your taste buds. The types of bread are "Specialty Original Bread," "Grape Original Bread," and "An Original Bread," each available in 2kg (880 yen) and 1.5kg (680 yen). Currently, there are three stores: the main store in Minoshima, Nagao store, and Kurume Torimachi store. As for the "delicious way to eat," I tried the "raw bread" first – it's delicious! Moist, chewy, fluffy, with a fine texture, and it's on par with "Nogami" in quality. Drizzling honey on the "raw bread" enhances its deliciousness even more! The next day, I tried toasting it, and while the surface was crispy, the inside remained moist, chewy, and fluffy just like the raw bread. I can't go back to regular bread now! Next time, I want to try the "grape" and "an" flavors. Thank you for the meal. Enjoy Pan Life☆
