The first visit to the shop was spacious and clean with touch panel ordering. I visited after 2 pm, so many items were sold out. Among the dishes available were fatty tuna, sardine, button shrimp, yellowtail collar soup, and seared gizzard shad. The rice portions were large, so I wonder if they offer smaller portions. Since there were 7 of us, I didn't confirm this. The overall quality of the sushi was delicious, and the cost was around 3,500 yen per person.

Today's recommendation was the Abashiri sea urchin, so I ordered it. The taste of the sea and richness spread in my mouth, it was so amazing that I ordered another piece. I always order eel when I come to this sushi restaurant! It's surprisingly cheap and delicious! The king salmon and shrimp are also all delicious!

Local popular restaurant. After hiking up Mt. Meakan and Mt. Oakan, headed straight to Abashiri for a meal. Arrived around 5:00 PM today and had to wait in line as it's a popular spot. Waited for about 15 minutes before being seated at the counter. It was a self-order style, so I chose the bluefin tuna, surf clam, salted mackerel, squid with yuzu salt, and sea urchin. Everything was quite bland and lacked the flavor of the fish. The yuzu salt didn't have any aroma at all. Ended up buying food from a nearby convenience store. Disappointing.

First visit. It was quite crowded. There were many single dishes to choose from, making it good for both eating and drinking. There are also menu items that children will enjoy, so it is good for families. We ordered other dishes as well, but because we were in a large group, it turned out this way. It was a sushi restaurant that was tastier than other conveyor belt sushi restaurants in the area. Thank you for the meal.

This is a sushi restaurant in Abashiri where the conveyor belt is not in operation. Instead, you order using a tablet and the chef hands you the sushi over the counter. I tried various items, but the sea urchin from Abashiri was incredibly delicious! Also, the Tacomanma (apparently the ovary of a firefly squid) was very creamy and tasty. The rice portions are not too big, so you can try a variety of items which is great.

I have been to this place a few times, but this is my first review. I recently went to Big Sun, and found out that it is in the same group as Tsuki, so I compared the menus and was surprised to see that they are almost identical! I tried various dishes like seared scallop with salt and shrimp mayo, and they were all delicious. The rice was similar to Big Sun's, soft and moist. Personally, I prefer slightly firmer rice with a bit of a crunch, but that's just my preference! A unique item I tried was the roasted emu! It was my first time eating emu, and it had a distinctive flavor, but the rich sauce helped mask any gaminess. The bill for me, my husband, and my brother-in-law and his wife came out to around 8000 yen. Everyone enjoyed the food, so it was a good experience!

Let's enjoy some sushi from Okhotsk. The fish caught in Okhotsk, right? The restaurant doesn't look like a typical sushi place, it has a modern feel. The interior also doesn't look like a traditional sushi restaurant, it seems like it might be a different type of store. The place is crowded, especially during Golden Week, so I had to wait for almost an hour. Finally, I was seated at the counter. Now, what should I order? I ordered: - Bluefin Tuna (Chutoro) for 560 yen - Three-piece set (Blue Three) for 280 yen (Mackerel, Sardine, Pacific Saury) - Soft bone for 250 yen - Salmon for 210 yen - Amberjack soup for 210 yen The prices are similar to Triton. However, the fish slices were not as thick as I expected based on reviews. The Mackerel had its unique taste. The amberjack soup was the most delicious with plenty of amberjack pieces. Triton is based in Kitami. There are two Triton stores in Kitami, but not in Abashiri. I wonder if there is some kind of territorial rivalry in the Okhotsk region because it's Okhotsk! There were no particularly new or exciting sushi options, so I finished with what I had. Thank you for the meal!

Visited on May 3, 2023! Premium Malt's draft beer for 670 yen. Hokkai Don (uni, ikura, boiled hotate, maguro, botan ebi, shiromi, salmon, hotate, spear squid, mackerel) for 1,790 yen. Live-pressed buri for 280 yen. Blue Three (mackerel, sardine, saury) for 280 yen. Anago roll for 210 yen. Seafood Chawanmushi for 250 yen. Hamachi head soup for 210 yen. Despite being a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, the sushi wasn't actually rotating. Only the tea cups and soy sauce dishes were moving around. As someone else mentioned, there were quite a few kitchen staff, but many of them seemed unsure of what they were doing.

On a Sunday around 2:30 pm, I revisited a restaurant where I had enjoyed a meal in the past. There was only one other group of customers at that time. I ordered a set of Blue Three (mackerel, mackerel, sardine), flying fish, octopus with wasabi, negitoro, squid salad, cheese hamburger, and herring. The self-service water server seemed a bit slow. The sushi tasted good. The hamburger was placed quite off-center on the plate. Strangely, the sushi boats didn't arrive even after 15 minutes. I eventually had to ask the staff about it, and after a few minutes of checking, they finally brought them out about 20 minutes later. There was no apology for the delay. The taste was not bad, but I think service is important too. On my way out, I noticed a signed jersey of the 2019 Rugby Japan national team on display, reminding me that it was already four years ago. Reflecting on that, I headed home.

I stopped by a sushi dining on my way back from sightseeing in Abashiri. The restaurant had a sign that gave off a vibe of being located on the 3rd to 5th floors of Kabukicho or Center-gai, but the interior was somewhat high-end. It seemed that some celebrities had also visited. I ordered the seasonal crab soup and a few plates of sushi. It was decent, not incredibly delicious. The best dishes were the crab soup and ikura. However, I was surprised by the negitoro that my companion ordered, as it tasted more like tuna. I was also concerned about a possible order mix-up, and overall, the prices felt quite high for what we ate.

There is only one rotating sushi restaurant in Abashiri? It's about a 10-minute taxi ride from Abashiri Station. The taxi driver recommended it, saying, "Oh, Tsuki? It's delicious here." So I went there with even higher expectations. When I arrived, there was no line, but a private group was there, and I was told I could only stay for another 30 minutes. I quickly ordered about 7-8 pieces of sushi. There was no sea urchin. Maybe it's not the season for it? The prices were a bit high, like 670 yen for 2 pieces of bluefin tuna. I'd like to go back and take my time next time.笑

I visited the restaurant around 1:00 PM on Friday. It was a popular place with 4-5 groups already waiting. I wrote my name down and waited for about 15 minutes before being seated at the counter. I ordered 3 pieces of squid with salt, squid with wasabi, scallop, sweet shrimp, sea urchin with toro, salmon roe, and the soup of the day. The scallop was particularly delicious, very sweet as it comes from the Okhotsk Sea. The abundance of squid was a pleasant surprise for me. The sea urchin with toro was mostly toro and not much sea urchin, so it might not be necessary. The soup of the day was salmon, rich in fat and a flavor that I think anyone would enjoy. The bill came to about 1,800 yen, so I believe it is a reasonably priced restaurant.

From Obihiro, traveling through the central part of Hokkaido towards Shiretoko, I stopped by Abashiri and had lunch at the popular revolving sushi restaurant "Tsuki." The exterior of the restaurant is far from the typical image of the industry, with a chic and sophisticated design that might make you wonder if you're in the right place. The interior is predominantly black with a solid and sleek feel, and operates on a remote control ordering system instead of a conveyor belt. The sushi orders are quickly prepared and all very fresh and delicious. They also offer unique items like the Okhotsk Roll, and I was able to enjoy a great meal at a good value in a short amount of time. The dark ambiance is the complete opposite of the bright and lively atmosphere of traditional sushi restaurants, but it focuses more on the essence of providing tasty and affordable sushi. The fact that the restaurant is always full of customers coming and going is proof of its simple yet satisfying approach.

This shop is located in Abashiri City, Hokkaido. I have visited it several times and the sushi is always fresh and safe to eat. It's like a conveyor belt sushi, but the plates do not rotate! You order and the plates are delivered to you. The Ezo-mae sushi, which is made without excessive decoration on the toppings, is the best! Recently, there has been an increase in conveyor belt sushi restaurants originating from Eastern Hokkaido even in the Tokyo area, but the prices here are cheaper. Delicious and affordable! It's the best!

I often visit Hokkaido recently, and every time I make sure to have sushi. Since I can't afford to go to a real sushi restaurant, I usually go to a local conveyor belt sushi place. This time, I had lunch sushi at the conveyor belt sushi restaurant "Tsuki" in Abashiri. I was a bit confused by the fancy appearance of the restaurant, but once inside, I received friendly customer service. It was a non-rotating conveyor belt sushi restaurant where you order from a tablet at your table. I chose delicious-looking toppings from the recommendations of the day, especially the "Snow crab gunkan" and "Sea urchin." The sweetness of the snow crab was exactly like the first crab of the season. The sea urchin was also rich in flavor, though I'm not sure if it was from Shakotan. It made me crave some sake. The classic toppings like tuna, sea bream, squid, and salmon were also fresh and of high quality. I visited a non-rotating conveyor belt sushi restaurant in Nakashibetsu last time, but this time "Tsuki" in Kushiro was also a pretty good sushi restaurant.

Sushi in Hokkaido is delicious as expected! This restaurant operates in a conveyor belt sushi style, but the sushi doesn't actually go around - you order using a tablet. The sea urchin (uni) was amazing at 640 yen for 2 pieces - a shockingly good price! The shrimp, of course, was seared, and we also enjoyed salmon, salmon roe, scallops, and more! We had a satisfying dinner with Sapporo Classic beer and draft beer while enjoying the view. #sushi #HokkaidoGourmet #Uni #SalmonRoe

I visited the non-revolving sushi restaurant Tsuki in Abashiri. I was impressed by the deliciousness that I couldn't experience at major sushi restaurants. The sushi rice was perfectly prepared, and the fresh local ingredients were incredibly tasty. It was a great memory of my trip to Abashiri.

This shop is located in Abashiri City, Hokkaido. The quality of Hokkaido's conveyor belt sushi is high! It is completely different from chain store conveyor belt sushi. The characteristics of this shop include: - Fresh ingredients. - Sushi without unnecessary embellishments. - Ezo Mae Sushi! - No synthetic coloring is used. - No preservatives are used in fast-moving fish.

On a holiday night, when you enter the store, you write your name on the waiting board and are then guided to your seat when called. Inside, it is a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, but the sushi itself does not rotate. Instead, the tea cups rotate. You order by writing on a piece of paper and handing it to the sushi chef to prepare. Today's recommended items include tuna, medium fatty tuna, salmon, king salmon, salmon roe, and salmon head miso soup, among others. They are all delicious! However, there was a slight lack of something... maybe it's just a matter of personal preference! The taste is definitely great. You can sense the high level of Hokkaido sushi. The cost performance seems good as well. Even the cheaper items are delicious enough! Thank you for the meal.

Lunch in Abashiri. Came here with high expectations after reading reviews. It's Sunday at 1pm, the weather is nice but hot, over 30 degrees. I was worried it might be crowded, but it wasn't too bad. I ordered scallop, king salmon, squid, fatty tuna, mackerel with shiso, and 6 pieces of Abashiri sea urchin. Unfortunately, the sea urchin wasn't in season yet and it was a bit pricey at 450 yen per piece. The sushi rice was smaller than regular conveyor belt sushi places, more like a traditional sushi restaurant. The taste was good but the sushi making and rolling were sloppy! And the service was slow. I'm used to places like Triton or Hanamaru in Sapporo, so I noticed the lack of attention to detail in customer service and operations. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant dining experience. The biggest issue was definitely the sloppy sushi making. There was also a big gap between the photos online and the actual food. Also, I noticed a ladder and broom at the entrance that should have been put away before opening... It's a sign of a poorly managed restaurant.
