I had lunch in Sakai East, but I was still a bit hungry. However, it was too hot to walk back to Sakai, so I took the train from Sakai East to Namba. After arriving in Namba, I walked quite a bit to get to my destination, Chao Chao Gyoza. I walked through the underground shopping area in Namba, but when I came above ground, it was hot. After about 30 minutes of walking, I arrived. I chose the Namba Minatomachi store because the one I had been to before, the Oe Tenjin store, only opens in the evening. The store was small, and besides me, the other customers were regulars. A woman was running the place by herself. After I arrived, I saw the Namba Set menu (second photo) and ordered it. I wanted the No.2 Half, which was the plump shrimp gyoza, but they didn't have it, so I got the No.3, the chicken cheese fried gyoza, and a drink of oolong tea instead of the beer I wanted because I came by bicycle. For the appetizer, I chose the spicy pickled cucumber set. After ordering, the drink and spicy pickled cucumber arrived. I could have eaten them then, but I waited until everything was ready. About 5 minutes later, the chicken cheese fried gyoza arrived, followed by the No.1 Chao Chao Gyoza (first photo) that I was looking forward to. The Chao Chao Gyoza had enough flavor that I could eat it without dipping sauce. It was very delicious. The chicken cheese gyoza had mustard and mayonnaise, but the spiciness of the mustard complemented the mayonnaise well, so it wasn't too spicy. The cheese was irresistible. I was very happy to reunite with Chao Chao Gyoza after a long time. It was a great meal. I paid around 3:00 PM and left.
