It was a breakfast buffet. There were dishes like Shakshuka, omelets (cheese, mixed, vegetable), Eggs Benedict, steamed potatoes, meat and potato stew, hashed potatoes, potato salad, pumpkin salad, vegetable salad, smoked ham, smoked fish, rice, porridge, miso soup, tomato soup, curry, salted mackerel, spicy cod roe, chilled tofu (classic, creative), freshly baked waffles, hot cheese sandwich, cinnamon French toast, bread (bagels, croissants, butter rolls, etc.), yogurt, two types of cereal, fruits, frozen yogurt, and various soft drinks. The menu was quite extensive. The omelets, waffles, Eggs Benedict, etc., were made at a counter with a chef, but it seemed like they were prepared in advance as the dishes were always lined up. They weren't piping hot, but they were delicious. There were many egg and potato dishes, giving it a feel of the mountainous region of Hokkaido. Thank you for the meal.
