The view is amazing♪ Every seat faces a window, allowing you to enjoy the view of Osaka city while dining leisurely. Most seats are for two people, so it might be a bit tight for a group of three, or you may end up in the third row. However, even in the third row, the view is still great due to the tiered seating arrangement. I chose the One Soup Twelve Dishes Lunch set, where you can also choose a main dish, but I ended up selecting the twelve dishes option. The menu comes with a list of the twelve dishes in the same order as they are served on the plate, which is very helpful. I started with the homemade tofu, which was delicious on its own or with salt or Kinzanji miso. The mozuku seaweed was just right in terms of sourness for me. The pickled conger eel had a nice spicy kick from the chili pepper at the end. The black beef steak was thin but tender, and paired well with the miso sauce. Everything else was also delicious. However, my favorite was the grilled fresh wheat gluten with cream cheese. The chewy texture was irresistible. Thank you for the wonderful meal♪

On my third visit, I finally managed to dine at this restaurant. We lined up 30 minutes before the Sunday opening and made it inside after going around once. We started with a toast with beer and then enjoyed a couple's seat with a lava steak. The side dishes were delicious and the view was great. The portion size was larger than expected and we left feeling full. When we left after an hour, there was a long line outside the restaurant. It's truly a popular spot. I bet the night view would be even more beautiful at night. I would like to visit again in the evening.

A famous restaurant where you can enjoy a meal for two while looking at the scenery from a high-rise building. My wife and I stopped by during our trip to Osaka. We arrived 30 minutes before the 11 o'clock opening time, but there were already about 5 groups waiting. Currently, only private rooms for 4 people or more can be reserved, so there is a waiting time. Even during lunchtime, there is a 90-minute time limit. When the restaurant opened, there was a crowd of people lining up in the hallway. It was Thursday afternoon, and there were many elderly women in pairs. My wife ordered the 12-dish set, and I ordered the limited 20-serving hamburger set. The meal consisted of 4 side dishes centered around the hamburger, tofu, pickles, miso soup, rice, and it was very well-balanced. The tofu was delicious, especially when eaten with salt or miso. The hamburger had a good amount of juice, but the grated radish was a bit overpowering. You could have unlimited rice and miso soup. We were very satisfied with the lunch, especially with the finely shaved bonito flakes and dashi soy sauce at the end. My wife enjoyed the variety of dishes, saying that women like to enjoy a little bit of everything. It's definitely a hit with women. Please try it out!

The restaurant on the 28th floor is designed for couples to enjoy the night view and scenery while having a meal or drinks. The atmosphere is very nice. The lunch menu looks fancy but the prices are not too high. It might be expensive for everyday lunch, but it's totally worth it for a special occasion. The staff are all polite and friendly. The main guy who seemed like the manager or head waiter was especially great. I would love to go back on a special day.

I visited for lunch based on a recommendation. We started lining up around 1 o'clock, but we didn't get seated until after 2 o'clock. Unfortunately, by 2 o'clock, it seemed like the course meals were already finished... I was disappointed because I wanted to try the course meal. So, I ended up ordering from the lunch menu. It's a set where you can try various dishes in small portions. Rice and miso soup are refillable for free. Looking at each dish, there wasn't anything too out of the ordinary. The meat was tender and delicious. I wanted to eat more of this meat if I could choose a main dish for lunch. The miso soup was also delicious. The eggplant was so soft and I ended up getting two refills. I also got a refill of rice once. The view was nice, and we were seated next to each other, so we could enjoy our meal leisurely. Since it was close to closing time, it wasn't noisy either. I would like to try the course meal next time. Thank you for the meal.

I arrived at around 1:30 pm on a weekday and was able to enter smoothly. I was unsure of what to order, but decided to try their specialty dish. The miso soup and rice were refillable. It was fun to be able to try a variety of dishes in small portions. Thank you for the meal.

Located on the 28th floor of Hankyu Grand Building in Umeda, there is an oyster bar, hot pot restaurant, and soba noodle shop nearby. The view faces east, and while there isn't a prominent landmark, the atmosphere is nice. It seems like a restaurant for young couples. 😉

I saw it on Instagram and thought it looked delicious, so I drove two hours one way to go there. It was a weekend, so I waited in line for about an hour and a half. I got a seat by the window with a beautiful view. I ordered the popular menu item. It was satisfying to be able to try a variety of dishes in small portions. The tofu and meat were all delicious, but personally, I really liked the miso soup.

I went on a Saturday afternoon. I arrived before 11:00, but there were many people waiting for the opening! They said reservations are not available for lunch for two people. We were seated at a pair seat facing outside, like a private room, so we could enjoy our lunch without worrying about our surroundings! We ate while looking at the red Ferris wheel at HEP. The beautifully arranged small dishes were delicious to the eyes as well. The shiny white rice was perfect, no complaints!

This was a very popular restaurant. We arrived at 11:30 and there were already over 15 groups waiting. Maybe from April, they don't take reservations for two people? We waited for about 40 minutes and were seated. The seats all face the window and are arranged side by side. I chose tempura as my main dish. Isn't it unusual for tempura to be the main dish? It included mushrooms, pumpkin, eggplant, two types of white fish, and others. There were four small side dishes, rice, and miso soup with free refills. Tofu was also included, with a smooth and mild taste. It was delicious on its own, but also tasted great with miso or salt for flavor variation.

I visited this restaurant for my friend's birthday. Be careful that the cheapest course does not guarantee a window-side couple seat! I booked a one-rank-up course instead. They brought out a beautifully designed cake quickly and it was the perfect way to celebrate without making my friend feel embarrassed. The food in the course other than the cake was also delicious. The atmosphere is really nice, so I think it's great for couples!

I used it for my birthday dinner. I had been wanting to go there for a long time, and it was actually a very nice restaurant. The Japanese cuisine was delicious with some unique and rare flavors and items. The view was beautiful, and I enjoyed it. The service, including the cake and gifts, was very polite, and I had a great time. Thank you.

[Extreme Course] "6-second grilled black wagyu beef," "seasonal assorted appetizers," "sea bream and salmon roe with rice cracker crust" This is a recommended option for a standard dinner date. The night view in front of you, couple seating, and a setting perfect for the most important moment for young couples. Despite all this, the cost performance is quite good.

I used a course with a cake for a friend's birthday. There were cocktails with a birthday month theme, perfect for a birthday surprise. The famous grilled meat had a surprisingly good amount. The cake was not too sweet, which was nice. The service of holding birthday presents in advance was very helpful. I would like to use it again.

Located directly connected from Umeda/Osaka Station, the observation deck at Hankyu Building offers views at a height of 100 meters above ground. The seating arrangement is unique, with all seats being panoramic and set up like a stepped seating area, with each seat accommodating two people. The food quality is honestly average, but it seems like people visit for the space and the view.

I used this restaurant for a meal with friends. The counter was facing outside. I had to be careful not to go to the wrong seat when I came back from the restroom. The atmosphere was very nice, with a beautiful night view, and the food was delicious. It might be a bit pricey, but considering the location and atmosphere, it seemed worth it. Although I didn't go as a couple, there were many couples around. It seems like a good place for dates or girls' night out, as it's Instagrammable.

I made a reservation for a surprise birthday party for a friend on a regular night. We got a window seat because I reserved it in advance. The view was amazing! The course menu had meat, fish, and egg dishes. The portion size was a bit small, but each dish was delicious. The meat dish, in particular, was so tasty that the meat melted in my mouth! And then, the cake appeared at the end! It was brought out quietly so that it didn't spoil the surprise. The cake was served on a very cute plate! The staff even took a picture for us. However, the cake had too much whipped cream and became a bit overwhelming towards the end.

I went shopping in Umeda and decided to have a stylish lunch at "Umeda Choutsugai". I had the "One Soup, Twelve Dishes Lunch". The meal included: whitebait with grated radish, tuna sashimi, handmade fresh tofu, asparagus and bamboo shoot tofu, simmered small potatoes, burdock root potato salad, black beef steak with mizore soy sauce, cherry blossom sea bream tempura, young chicken and glass noodle with black vinegar dressing, simmered yuba, grilled rice cake and cream cheese, boiled komatsuna and mushroom, and firefly squid with miso and sansho pepper. Each dish was served in small portions on one plate, and the flavors were very elegant.

Arrived at 2pm on a weekday and waited for 15 minutes. It's a popular restaurant. Once inside, I understood why. The view is outstanding! Occasionally, you can see airplanes flying by. The Fuji lava steak with beef costs 1650 yen including tax, served rare with plenty of daikon soy sauce and green onions on top. As time passes, the steak gradually cooks, making it perfect for rare meat lovers. The meat has a firm texture, giving a satisfying bite. The assorted tempura platter with blowfish, red snapper, and seasonal vegetables costs 1650 yen including tax, with light and crispy tempura. For lunch, you also get four small side dishes with tofu and cold dishes. The seasoning is just right. The tables are well separated with partitions, allowing for a calm dining experience. You can have unlimited refills of miso soup and rice.

I made a reservation at a popular restaurant that always has long lines. The view was beautiful, and although it wasn't a private room, each table was separated, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. The menu was healthy and mostly catered to female customers. The lunch options were so enticing that it was hard to choose. I would definitely want to visit this restaurant again. However, at the end of the lunch, when I ordered coffee, it seemed to have been forgotten and took a while to arrive. This was disappointing as I had a tight schedule to follow.

This is my second time here. The place seems to be getting more popular, maybe because it's the weekend, as there were many groups of women before the 11 am opening. The cost performance is good, you can relax, the view is nice, and there are plenty of dishes, which is especially enjoyable for housewives who understand the difficulty of cooking. I understand why it's popular. The price is around 1400 yen, so the main hamburger is a bit small. But overall, it's great so no problem!
