Before the holiday on March 18, I went to Hyotan-yama and there were plenty of parking spaces. I checked out various shops and decided to try the bustling restaurant. I had high expectations. The taste was exquisite with a perfect balance of flavors. I couldn't get enough of the savory sauce and the tender onions. The rice was gone in no time, leaving me wanting a set meal. But before that, I need to try other dishes. This experience was different from the usual Sleepy Sleepy's explosive flavor, and I was overwhelmed by the unique charm. I heard that on weekdays, the lunch comes with yakisoba... but today is Sunday, so I ordered it separately. The service was warm and friendly, which made me happy. When I was young, I used to eat the Genghis Khan set meal here, along with ramen and gyoza, totaling 4000 calories. The gyoza has thin and chewy skin. There are also sunken kotatsu seats, and in winter they serve hot pot dishes. It's a cheap and filling restaurant. Surprisingly, they also have a good selection of Chinese liquor.
