I was introduced by an acquaintance and visited a yakitori restaurant in Minami! As soon as I entered the restaurant, I could smell the charcoal and the delicious aroma of grilled chicken. The grilled chicken liver was amazing!! We ordered a variety of skewers, and they were all delicious. Although we didn't try it this time, they also seem to have game meat, so that's something to look forward to next time.

This is a yakitori restaurant in the area of Minami-Senba, Osaka that I had been curious about for a while. The restaurant is small and easily fills up with customers, so I was lucky to find it empty on this day. I started with a beer and some appetizers. I love broccoli, so I enjoyed that. For the yakitori, you have to order a minimum of two skewers. I started with the tsukune (meatballs) which were delicious. I highly recommend the kamon-negi (duck with green onions) which looked and tasted amazing. I also tried the cartilage skewer, which was cooked perfectly. The prices were very reasonable, making it a great spot for casual yakitori dining. On this day, there were some rowdy guys talking loudly about going to Soemon-cho, which is known for its nightlife. It's important to be cautious in that area, especially during this time of year when there are a lot of solicitors on the streets. Overall, it was a great meal and I enjoyed the experience.

I ended the year with a visit to my favorite yakitori restaurant, Iccho. Enjoyed hot sake, grilled liver, tsukune, and gizzard. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I was treated to a meal so I'm not sure about the cost. The beef loin skewers shattered the concept of skewers I had before with their deliciousness. The melting meat pierced by the skewer was a new discovery. It was truly delicious. It's been a while since I went, so my memory of anything other than the impressive beef loin is a bit hazy...

I have been using my favorite store since around 2011 or 2012. It's close to Soemon-cho and convenient.

On weekdays, this shop is surprisingly popular, but when I went on the weekend, it was surprisingly empty. It's a long, narrow shop with only a counter, and a young chef was grilling the skewers. Each skewer had more volume than I expected, and the flavor of both the salt and sauce was good. The omakase set of 7 skewers for 1000 yen is a good deal. The bottled beer for 500 yen is on the cheaper side. It's a good place for a casual drink, and they stay open late, so I might visit again.

It's been a while since I visited this place! I read SUSU's review and it reminded me of that taste. My recommendation here is the thinly sliced raw squid sashimi. Fresh squid sliced thinly with plenty of salt, sesame oil, and lots of green onions! The perfect amount of saltiness is irresistible. I enjoyed it with a cold beer and it was delicious. The texture and flavor were so good that I couldn't stop eating. Next, we had grilled dishes like triangle, segi, negima, and nagaimo, two of each. The triangle (salt) was juicy and flavorful, with a nice crispy texture. Adding some sansho pepper made it even better. The segi (soy sauce) had a rich flavor that paired well with the crispy texture. The negima (sweet soy sauce) was juicy and sweet, and the combination of flavors was perfect. The nagaimo (sweet soy sauce and salt) was thick and well-cooked, with a crispy texture and a delicious aroma. We also enjoyed a couple of highballs. The place only has a counter, but it's cozy and the regular customers make it feel like a community. The attentive owner engaged us in conversation and we had a great time chatting while enjoying our food and drinks. The bill came out to be only 4000 yen, which was very reasonable. I will definitely visit again.

Visited a yakitori restaurant called "Itcho" near Shinsaibashi Station in Osaka. Before arriving here, we went to another izakaya (no review written) and then to another izakaya (also no review written). Both places were fun and had us laughing a lot, but they didn't quite fit my usual review standards. Finally, we ended up at this restaurant for a late-night meal. The atmosphere was lively and we were feeling quite tipsy already. We were seated in the back of the long, narrow restaurant after passing through the counter area. The space was a bit cramped, so we had to be mindful of the other diners. I didn't confirm, but it seems like there is also a second floor. I opted for oolong tea as I was already feeling the effects of the drinks. A friend ordered some dishes for us, starting with a thick tofu appetizer. We also had some chicken liver, which was decent with a nice firm texture and a hint of bitterness. Then we tried the sasami donburi, which featured raw chicken breast marinated in wasabi soy sauce and mirin. The seaweed flavor was nice, and the slightly warm, slightly firm rice absorbed the sauce well. Despite being low in calories, it was probably not the best choice for a late-night meal. I didn't even end up trying the yakitori, so I'll have to come back next time. Overall, it was a good experience.

This is a yakitori restaurant located in the drinking district of Minami. I was brought here by someone. The interior is long and narrow with counter seats. It's quite cramped, making it a bit difficult to pass through. There are also table seats on the second floor. We sat at the counter, ordered some recommended yakitori and sashimi, and toasted with draft beer. The yakitori was delicious, but the sashimi was exceptionally fresh. You can enjoy watching them grill the food right in front of you, so it's a place where you can have a good time even alone. The lady waitress was friendly, and the guy grilling the food was focused and silent. I'd like to visit again when it's less crowded, maybe even by myself.
