There is a restaurant that always catches my attention with the smell of barbecue smoke when I return from Kitakyushu on Route 3 in the evening. The restaurant opens at 5 pm, and I was able to secure a seat by walking in right after it opened. The tatami rooms were already fully booked, so we were seated at a table. Since the parking lot is limited, it seems like making a reservation or arriving early is a good idea. This time, we chose the second highest tier course (men 2680 yen, women 2380 yen, elementary school students 1300 yen, 4-6 years old 500 yen). The 4-6 year olds also had a drink bar included. Our group had one person in each price range, and we added a drink bar for 390 yen and sunchoke for 100 yen for all three people. The initially selected menu was served, but we could remove items we didn't want or add additional items we wanted, which I think is great. The large Korean-style kalbi, Meister loin, middle-cut kalbi, and grilled shabu kalbi were all delicious. The Japanese beef hormone was also very juicy and tasty. Considering the all-you-can-eat option and the price, the quality of the meat was good, and I was satisfied with its popularity. Rice, wakame soup, and miso soup are also all-you-can-eat. The staff were friendly and provided good service. The drink bar also included ice cream, which kept the kids entertained while adults could enjoy the barbecue at a leisurely pace. The prices vary depending on the course, but you can also add all-you-can-drink alcohol. Our elementary school student is still young, so this aspect is a bit lacking in terms of value for money, but overall, considering the price, I would like to visit again as it is reasonable.

Cheap and delicious all-you-can-eat yakiniku! We used it with our family. We made a reservation by phone, arrived about 15 minutes early, but they kindly let us in because there were seats available. The cheap all-you-can-eat course was around 2,700 yen. For an additional 390 yen, you get all-you-can-drink soft drinks and soft serve ice cream. You get a 100 yen discount if you follow them on Instagram. All-you-can-drink alcohol is an additional 1,500 yen. They had rare cuts like misuji available for all-you-can-eat, as well as domestic beef heart, liver, and hormone, which were all very delicious. The staff's customer service was friendly, cheerful, and polite, making our meal very enjoyable. We would like to use it again.

I chose the all-you-can-eat course for 2,728 yen including tax. I appreciate the efforts of the company to constantly offer all-you-can-eat at a reasonable price, even in the tough restaurant industry. I was happy with the variety of choices such as pork tongue, heart, and hormone. The use of robots also gave a cutting-edge feel! The thick-cut bacon is especially recommended. Orders were taken verbally, and I was served by a cool-looking guy, but I was charmed by his polite customer service.

※As of March 28, 2021, the restaurant has resumed normal operations. After an event, we decided to have yakiniku for dinner. Since it was a Sunday and we thought it might be crowded, we made a same-day reservation from the venue, and as a result, we got a table seat for two people, which was our first time. It was spacious! From the moment we started eating until just before we left, customers were coming in constantly, so calling ahead was probably the right decision. We opted for the "Craftsman's Plate" which was a step up from the usual "Plate of Effort," as the latter was on hold. We also added the option for all-you-can-eat tongue and sagari. Of course, we also added the soft drink bar and all-you-can-eat ice cream (*^∀^*) The mixed plate arrived first, and then we kept ordering the items we wanted to eat, while drinks and rice were self-served. It was a kind design where additional items we wanted to order were brought to us together, so even though the initial mixed plate was served, each person could customize it. Since we both love marbled cuts like kalbi and sagari, we enjoyed yakiniku together. We tried all the types of meat, and while there were some that we hadn't tried before, we ordered one serving of each to find our favorites. The pork tongue with salt, Korean-style kalbi (the one you cut with scissors), middle-cut kalbi, master roast, heart, and (Japanese beef hormone) - which we didn't get to try - were all delicious. We couldn't try the beef tongue in this course, so we tried the pork tongue, and it was surprisingly delicious. We repeated it about three times. The "Popular Kalbi" didn't have much of a kalbi taste, so we preferred the middle-cut or Korean-style kalbi with its fatty texture. The Japanese beef hormone was very tender and delicious, but since we also ordered items like maruchou (intestines) and shimacho (tripe), we didn't repeat it. Next time, we will definitely order more Japanese beef hormone. The heart had a crispy texture with a refreshing taste towards the end. The pork belly and seseri were just average. Since one serving was relatively small, it was easy to try various types of meat and see what we liked (*^∀^*) The all-you-can-drink alcohol option was available for one person only, and there were other thoughtful touches like a complimentary condiment bar that was too good to be true. Also, the fact that grilled vegetables were not included in the mixed plate was a plus for us, as we were pursuing calories and protein. However, on weekends, the restaurant is really busy, almost like a war zone, so there may be some missed orders. The staff are full of energy and working hard, but when it gets really busy, they are constantly moving around and seem to be struggling a bit (^▽^;) So, if you think your order is taking too long, it's a good idea to ask if it has been processed. Sometimes orders are missed or delivered to other tables, so it's better to ask to avoid any disappointment. The staff are attentive to customers, and they are always looking out for you. For example, they quickly bring ice when the flames get too high and change the grills frequently. There was a staff member who seemed new and not yet accustomed to the atmosphere of the restaurant, but he was shyly and hesitantly proactive in finding work for himself, and he was the one who cleared the empty plates the most during our meal (^^♪ His enthusiasm and keen observation skills were admirable, and we had a heartwarming meal while chatting about it. The leader-like staff's quick instructions and responses were also impressive, making us feel like we were watching a team sport. I had my usual ice cream festival ahead of everyone else. This day, I had a nice round 10 scoops ☆ There are 10 flavors available, but I don't always try them all, I prefer to repeat my favorite flavors. I especially like the coffee jelly and strawberry flavors. I received hot tea to take a break, and even though there was still time left, we were very satisfied.

On the way back from Fukuoka to Kitakyushu, there is a yakiniku restaurant that I often see but have never been to before. It was almost full on a Sunday, but we were able to get a table for two after a 5-minute wait. They offer all-you-can-eat options ranging from the "Effort Plate" (70 minutes for 1980 yen) to the "Expert Plate" (120 minutes for 3980 yen). We opted for the shortest course, the "Effort Plate," as we were focused on eating rather than drinking. The course included a variety of standard items, with the option to add all-you-can-eat beef tongue and sagari for an additional 380 yen. There were also options for all-you-can-eat vegetables and lettuce (for an extra 180 yen), or a combination of vegetables, lettuce, and beef tongue (for an extra 500 yen). I personally prefer just kalbi and beef tongue with white rice, so the basic option was sufficient for me. The rice, seaweed soup, miso soup, and soft drinks were self-service. The rice was cooked perfectly, not too hard or too soft, and the utensils were clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed a variety of meats, with the beef tongue being a definite highlight. The restaurant also provided three types of sauces for dipping. The staff were attentive and offered to change the grill when needed. The ice cream bar was a nice touch, with a variety of flavors available for self-service. Overall, the restaurant had a great atmosphere, excellent service, and good value for money. Our total bill for two people was around 6000 yen, which was very reasonable.

Craftsman's plate 2-hour all-you-can-eat for men ¥3,278, women ¥3,058, elementary school students ¥1,529. Ah, I really wanted to eat charcoal-grilled meat! So, I headed to Yakiniku Maestro Kanachan along Route 3. It's popular, so I recommend making a reservation in advance. They open early at 5:00 PM! You'll first get a platter of meat and prosciutto salad. In the past, the charcoal was piled high and burned quickly, making it difficult to cook properly, but this time the heat was just right. They even replaced the grill halfway through. The menu offers a variety of marbled meats, with a firm texture. Among them, the "popular Kalbi" was delicious even when thickly sliced. The thinly sliced meat is folded three times and cooked on the grill to steam it and finish it juicy. When grilling the offal, be careful as the oil drips and can cause a fire on the charcoal, so it's best to grill them in small batches to prevent a big flare-up. Here, you can choose from various condiments to create your own sauce and enjoy the charcoal-grilled meat with your preferred flavor. In addition to the table sauce for grilled meat, there are various condiments such as gochujang, wasabi, sesame oil, garlic, and grated radish, among others! This time, I mixed salt into sesame oil, the slightly spicy grilled meat sauce, and ponzu, among others, to match each type of meat. Delicious and fun! You can also enjoy plenty of vegetables like lettuce and Caesar salad. The Wiener here is incredibly juicy, so kids might get addicted to it. Many families come here, and there are sunken kotatsu seats, counter seats, and table seats. You can help yourself to rice and other items. I might come back here when I crave charcoal-grilled meat again~

On weekends, there can be quite a long line, but on weekdays you can enter smoothly. This time, I added a plate of the most cost-effective effort at 1,980 yen with an additional 500 yen for lettuce and beef tongue for a hearty yakiniku meal! This price is for all-you-can-eat, which is a great deal! When it comes to yakiniku, paying a high price should bring out delicious meat. That's just common sense, right? This place is not cheap and tasteless. Of course, taste may vary depending on personal preference, but I think the satisfaction level in relation to the price is great. The staff is energetic and attentive, even in a busy environment. The staff's training seems to be well done. My favorite is the "Meister Roast". It has little fat, tender meat, and is delicious. I was able to get miso soup, but it was overcooked, which was disappointing. However, overall, it is a high-level restaurant.

Grilling yakiniku over charcoal is already delicious on its own! This restaurant offers all-you-can-eat options, so it may not be top-grade meat, but it's a great place to enjoy with family. The only downside is the chairs, which are like logs and uncomfortable for leaning back. I wish they had chairs with back support. The staff are very energetic and leave a good impression. It's close by, so I will definitely go again!

The quality of the meat at Kana-chan was much better when they first opened. Now, the meat is tough and not as good. The kalbi is thin and tough. The sauce is tasty though. It's always crowded. They offer all-you-can-eat ice cream and drink refills. Maybe the competition from nearby restaurants is affecting the quality. If you can't eat a lot, a regular yakiniku restaurant might be better in terms of value and taste.

I made a reservation for my niece's birthday. I was a bit worried if anyone would come to eat barbecue in this situation, but there were quite a few people, including a group of middle school students celebrating their graduation. The course I chose was the all-you-can-eat barbecue course (2980 yen per person for 90 minutes). You can order various types of meat, starting with a set menu and then choosing your favorite meats. The course also includes unlimited rice and seaweed soup, so you can enjoy eating plenty of meat. You can also add a drink bar for an extra charge, which includes an ice cream bar. I realized once again that barbecue cooked over charcoal is delicious. I will definitely go again if I have the chance.

Special feature to support restaurants - History of Godzilla in the beach - Those days of normal life - Yakiniku Master Kana-chan From Fukuoka City, not too far from Fukuoka City, about 1 km from Koga Interchange along National Route 3 in Koga City, Fukuoka Prefecture. There is an unbelievable all-you-can-eat yakiniku restaurant here. I have been to this yakiniku restaurant several times because my friend used to live in Koga. Waiting for 2 hours or 3 hours is normal. It's worth the wait to eat there. The biggest attraction is the BBQ without bringing anything. The wood-themed interior of the restaurant is more like a BBQ than a BBQ, full of openness to the point where you forget that the national highway is passing by. The meat that comes out is beautiful like a high-end yakiniku restaurant, which you can't eat at a BBQ. And even with all-you-can-drink, it's only about 5,000 yen, which is unbelievable. From Kitakyushu to my friend's house. From Fukuoka to my friend's house. A friend who was in Koga just before I moved to Fukuoka. He returned to Shimonoseki and I stopped going to Koga, but once the corona is over, it's one of the places I want to visit the most.

Basically, if you don't make a reservation, you may have to wait for about an hour during busy times. I went to eat with my friends near Koga Interchange in Fukutsu. There are several courses for all-you-can-eat yakiniku, and it costs around 3000 yen per person. It's better value for money compared to the famous Gyu-Kaku! You can enjoy high-quality meat for this price! Rice is also self-service, but all-you-can-eat! It seems to be very popular among families and athletic guys who want to eat a lot. There is a wide variety of dishes, so if you're a big eater, try to conquer all types. The interior of the restaurant has a warm log house atmosphere. You can enjoy a barbecue-like feeling even indoors! The cheerful service of the staff is also good, and even if you have to wait, the lively atmosphere makes it enjoyable! When you are in the area, be sure to visit the hidden gem yakiniku restaurant, "Kanachan".

Hello, this is Food Fighter Kyantama. This is a yakiniku restaurant located along Route 3. They only offer all-you-can-eat courses, with 4 options ranging from around 1900 yen to 3800 yen. Drinks are not included in the all-you-can-eat price. The staff is energetic and friendly, which leaves a good impression. However, the meat quality is not great. Perhaps my palate has become too discerning from visiting other yakiniku restaurants, but the meat here is clearly of lower quality. I couldn't eat enough to feel satisfied, and ended up stopping midway through the meal.

This is a restaurant on Route 3 that I have always been curious about when heading to Kitakyushu. Finally, I was able to go! I made a reservation in advance for Friday. I was torn between the all-you-can-eat courses, but I decided on the "Sushi Chef's Special" course for men at 2,980 yen and for women at 2,780 yen. I also mentioned the drink bar discount of 290 yen when booking through a coupon site. The deciding factor for choosing this course was that it included all-you-can-eat domestic beef ribs and grilled vegetables. We arrived as soon as the restaurant opened and there were already other customers in the parking lot. Upon entering, I was drawn to the Asahi Super Dry tapestry and decided to switch to beer. I felt a little guilty for a moment for not consulting my partner, but I went with beer! The ham was delicious as always, and charcoal grilling on a shichirin grill is the best for barbecue! They had a good selection of condiments, and personally, I was quite satisfied with this all-you-can-eat restaurant. However, the beer was a bit warm. (I wish they would chill the glass properly) Even though we had just arrived, the staff seemed quite rushed. I wonder how they will handle more customers in the future? Overall, this is a restaurant I would definitely visit again. Thank you for the feast.
