After shopping in Tenjin and feeling the unseasonable heat of spring, I was craving a beer and headed to the Imaizumi area. I was torn between wanting yakitori and sashimi, but then I stumbled upon "Seikichi" restaurant. Located on the second floor of a building, I was a bit nervous as I entered, but the staff warmly welcomed us. We started with a sashimi platter and then shifted to yakitori, all of which paired perfectly with beer. We also ordered the scallop butter soy sauce grill, which was delicious. But what made me even happier was what happened next. The guy grilling the food asked, "Can I try something?" and used the leftover scallop soup to make risotto. It was incredibly delicious! It was the highlight of my day. The guy shyly explained, "I had some free time and didn't want the soup to go to waste." He was so lovely. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I finished eating motsunabe before 9 pm on a holiday and strolled around Nakasu, but there were too many people and it was difficult to enter any shops due to the rain. I walked to this place, and although it was crowded around here, I decided to try entering and miraculously found 2 seats available. I ordered drinks and yakitori. The yakitori was reasonably priced, and there were drinks unique to Kyushu that I enjoyed. I think it's a good place to go when you want to eat yakitori at a reasonable price.

I went with my girlfriend ✌️ It was incredibly delicious! I'm not sure if it was our first date, but it was the first time we went to an izakaya together. We ordered a lot of dishes, but among them, the highlights were the Tsukimi tsukune, horse mackerel sashimi, and sesame amberjack. They were all diverse and delicious, truly luxurious dishes. It was very delicious, I will definitely come back!

Today, after finishing work, I went to eat "yakitori" with my colleagues from the company. When I searched for "yakitori" on Tabelog, many options came up. There were some familiar places, but also many new ones that I didn't know. We chose this particular restaurant because one of my colleagues commutes on the Nishitetsu train and wanted somewhere close to the station since it was raining that night. The restaurant has about 10 seats at the counter and around 12 seats in a raised area. We ordered dishes like gizzard, skin, intestines, and pork belly... It was decent overall.

You can enjoy a variety of yakitori ranging from 80 to 150 yen per skewer at this cozy restaurant with about 5 counter seats and 2-3 tables. The food is served fresh and delicious. They also offer seafood dishes, making it a great place to experience the local flavors of Fukuoka. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to, so you can have a good time even if you're dining alone.

Even though it's a yakitori restaurant, the sashimi was delicious and impressed me. Thank you! The bonito was delicious~ The sesame tofu appetizer was also delicious.

Visited on a weekday with a reservation in Fukuoka, Tenjin, Imazumi. It was almost 7 pm and the place was almost full, probably because it was the weekend. The restaurant seems to be quite popular. The interior is small but cozy. They mainly focus on yakitori, and all of them were delicious. There were no disappointments. The side dishes were also decent in quality. In terms of cost performance, it could be a bit better. It's not that the quality is unsatisfactory, but if you are someone who is used to eating yakitori in Fukuoka, you might not specifically choose this place. It feels like the kind of place you remember when you want to eat casually without much thought. Overall, recommended for yakitori in general. They have a wide variety of drinks, especially a rich lineup of shochu. The atmosphere is lively, typical of a yakitori restaurant. The interior is small but clean. The crowd mainly consisted of office workers, with a few couples as well. Not really family-friendly. Prices are average to slightly higher. The service was good. The menu is extensive.

The yakitori was all delicious, especially the liver and miso skewers. The butter-grilled rice ball was also excellent!

The chicken skin was forgettable, ordered ochazuke but they forgot.

Fukuoka's skin was a first-time experience for me, personally I think the zuri was the best.
