This is a new restaurant that opened in April near Kitasuson Station on the Osaka Metro Sen-Nichimae Line, along National Route 173. I was drawn in by the vegetable-wrapped skewers and dumplings at Akadanshaku. The restaurant is quite spacious, with plenty of counter and table seats, making it a fairly large establishment. One unique feature is the self-service all-you-can-drink system. When you order the all-you-can-drink option upon entering, the countdown starts, and it costs 300 yen every 30 minutes. There is no limit or end to the service, and the bill is automatically settled upon leaving. This means that the price remains the same whether you drink continuously or chat, making it quite a deal if you can keep drinking. There is a dedicated self-service drink corner with a wide variety of options, including draft beer, bottled beer, shochu, whiskey, sake, carbonated drinks, soft drinks, mixers, and ice. The endless variety allows for tasting different drinks, flavor changes, and enjoying soft drinks during breaks. The food menu includes dumplings, skewers, and other appetizers, with edamame served as a complimentary starter. I tried the "Sesame Shime Saba," "Chicken Kinteiba," "Tora-ji Gyoza," "Honey Camembert Pork Roll," "Miso Pork Belly Skewer," "Lettuce Cheese Roll," "Shungiku Pork Roll," "Quail Egg Pork Roll," "Shumai," and "Meat-Wrapped Rice Ball." After eating and drinking for about 90 minutes, the all-you-can-drink cost was 900 yen, which I found to be a good value for the variety of drinks available. However, if you go in a group and engage in lively conversation, it may not be as cost-effective.
