It's been a while since I visited Benkei. It's a restaurant that is close to my roots as I have grown to love yakitori here. The master is a fan of Ballroom Dance and enjoys sharing stories about it. This is a restaurant that I want to visit over and over again. On this day, shortly after the lifting of the shortened business hours due to COVID-19, I was able to enjoy my meal leisurely. I usually prefer to eat with "salt". The salt they provide has a gentle and delicious flavor. Everything was so delicious.
