The miso soup at Nakau, which has been revived, is like red miso soup with a large piece of fried tofu, and it's so delicious that it makes the rice go down easily. Located a 3-minute walk from Senri-Omiya Station on the Subway Tanamachi Line, this restaurant along Line 1 has about 20 seats with a counter and box seats. When I went late at night, the place was empty. I bought my ticket from the ticket machine and ordered the marinated tuna bowl with a side of cold soba noodles. The wasabi seemed like it was frozen. Don't expect much in terms of service at a place like this. Thank you for the meal.

I have been going to Nakau a lot recently to eat soba. On this day, I wanted to eat both soba and yakiniku, but my craving for yakiniku won, so I ended up at Maruyoshi Seinikuten next door in Senri-Omiya. I ordered the zaru soba with grated wasabi. The soba was smooth and had a good chewy texture. The toppings included chopped seaweed, fried egg, green onions, and a small packet of wasabi. The zaru soba at Nakau is of high quality and at a great price. It's hard to find this level of soba at this price at other chain restaurants. The addition of fried egg enhances the sweetness of the dipping sauce, making it even more delicious. At 480 yen for a regular size, it's definitely worth it. I wish they would offer this all year round. This has become my go-to meal recently. Thank you for the meal.

I went late at night, but the older male employee was nice. The gyudon at Nakau is consistently delicious☆ I heard they are increasing the amount of meat in the oyakodon, so I'll try that next time!
