I used to go to the Nakanoshima West store along the river often. My companion wanted to eat Mizutaki but didn't need a lot, so we ordered a pot set and some side dishes. The vinegar miso appetizer was only one bite per plate, which felt a bit cheap for a well-known restaurant like Torizen. The amount of vegetables in the pot set for two people was also lacking. There weren't many options for side dishes on the menu. The service from the staff was not particularly memorable. The soup broth was delicious! I have fond memories of being satisfied at the Nakanoshima West store with a view of the river, so I think I will go there next time.

I ordered horse sashimi, chicken prosciutto salad, fried young chicken, chicken sashimi platter, and hot pot. The hot pot started with soup and was delicious! The atmosphere was nice, so we enjoyed chatting with colleagues. It's recommended because it's a private room.

You can enjoy yakitori, sukiyaki, and fish. Other recommended dishes include horse sashimi, sesame mackerel, prosciutto, chicken cartilage karaage, and chicken wings. For skewers, try liver, pork belly, or tail. The sukiyaki can be finished with either udon or zosui. I ate until I was full.

I visited Torizen Nakasu store. It was a special day, so I reserved a private room with a view of the river in Nakasu. I ordered the sukiyaki course. The appetizers were horse sashimi and sesame amberjack, which was a pleasant surprise. After that, the main dish of sukiyaki arrived. First, the soup was poured, which was a relief. Then, only the chicken meat was served. From there, it was a free-style meal. I enjoyed the meal until the end with the zoni soup. I was very satisfied.

Fukuoka at night. Fukuoka is also shedding tears of self-restraint, no, the waves are... Closing is justice. It is also justice to be open. I will support the open shops with all my might. After a meeting, I was asked, "Is there anything you want to eat?" and I said, "I want to eat Mizutaki." I talked about my trip to Nagano last time and this time I decided to relax and make it myself. I ordered tebasaki as a snack for Mizutaki and sake. It was light and really delicious. We talked about our anxieties and expectations for the future, and it was a good experience with a kind person from Fukuoka. Thank you for the meal!

Niece and sister were having tea when the phone rang! I had a bad feeling, and sure enough, it was a dinner invitation. We ended up having a hot pot dinner at a famous restaurant in Nakasu, where a photo of President Shirak was displayed. My friend had prepared a special course called "Dontaku" with a 2-hour all-you-can-drink option. The course included a variety of dishes like sesame tofu, chicken prosciutto, horse sashimi, sesame mackerel, chicken skewers, fried chicken wings, and hot pot. The all-you-can-drink menu offered a wide range of alcohol, including beer. The highlight was the finale, a delicious "kamatama-style udon" cooked in a flavorful chicken broth, dipped in beaten egg and soy sauce. The grilled and fried dishes were also well-executed and had a great overall taste. The hot pot had a rich chicken broth with tasty vegetables. The restaurant had private rooms and was suitable for various occasions, from intimate dates to group gatherings. I believe Fukuoka has more cost-effective restaurants compared to Sendai, and I was reminded of how rich the food culture is in Fukuoka.

During a Fukuoka and Saga trip, I visited quite a few restaurants, including one for chicken hot pot after 7 pm. It was a place my friend has been going to for a long time. The atmosphere was nice, and the prices were reasonable. The chicken broth was so good that I wanted to take some home to prepare for a potential hangover tomorrow. It was really delicious, with no unnecessary flavors, just the right amount of salt and chicken umami. I also had chicken sashimi and classic mentaiko. Of course, I paired it with cold sake and had a great night out in the city. A nice meal experience. *After returning home, I was scolded by my princess (who is a typical Type B) for partying too much.

I used to visit this restaurant regularly before, but due to the impact of the pandemic, I couldn't go for a few years. I visited again after a long time, and I was satisfied with the unchanged service and delicious food. Thank you very much. I still love the fried chicken cartilage the most.

The sukiyaki was really delicious. It was a bit disappointing that it took some time from ordering drinks to being served, but it was smooth once it got less crowded. Personally, I think it's good value for money.

It was nice to be able to enjoy a meal while talking leisurely in a private room. I had water hot pot for the first time in a while, and it was delicious as always.
