The other day, I visited an American diner called "LAIDBACK BY BURGERLION," located about a 7-minute walk from Hoo Station. This restaurant is part of the popular hamburger chain "Burgerlion" in Osaka! It is the fourth store following "BURGERLION -UTSUBO A GOGO-" in Higobashi, "THE BUTCHER" in Namba, and "BURGERLION MEAT CRUSADERS" in Tamatsukuri. By the way, "laid back" means "relax" (it is also used in music terms like "go with the flow"). As the name suggests, the interior is retro with a relaxed atmosphere, including sofa seats for a comfortable dining experience. The casual American diner has a great sense of style in its decor. In contrast, the sister store "BURGERLION UTSUBO A GOGO" in Higobashi has a futuristic look. Each store has its unique vibe, which is interesting. Looking at the menu, you'll be overwhelmed by the variety of options available. Not only are there many types of hamburgers, but also mashed beef, paninis, waffles, and more. After much consideration, I chose the "Bacon Burger," which was around 1450 yen (I forgot to take a picture of the menu, sorry). The Bacon Burger arrived with thick-cut vegetables, bacon, and a hearty patty that looked very meaty. Honestly, there is no right way to eat it, but one thing is for sure, you can't eat it elegantly. It took about three bites to reach the patty. The rare patty was meaty, while the buns were crispy and fragrant. The thick-cut bacon was salty and flavorful, adding a nice touch. The crunchy lettuce, fresh tomato, and raw onion (which was a bit spicy) also contributed to the overall taste. This place is also dog-friendly, and baby strollers are welcome, showing its versatility in accommodating various needs. There were many other menu items that caught my eye, so I would love to visit again. Thank you for the delicious meal! #SakaiGourmet #SakaiLunch #SakaiCafe #SakaiCityGourmet #SakaiCityLunch #SakaiCityCafe #OsakaHamburger #Burgerlion #MinamiOsakaGourmet #MinamiOsakaLunch #MinamiOsakaCafe #IzumiGourmet #IzumiLunch #IzumiCafe #NishiWard_SakaiGourmetJourney #WesternFood_SakaiGourmetJourney
