In the town of Bifuka, there is a beautiful building that looks like a café but serves authentic ramen. The menu includes a spicy ramen dish called "Miso Karakken Geki Kara Shimomong Fire," but I opted for the Shoyu Ramen instead. The soup was light and the soy sauce flavor was just right, complemented well by the seaweed. The noodles were slightly curly and chewy, with unique menma (bamboo shoots) that added an interesting texture. The restaurant owner seemed to have a playful personality, offering different sizes of rice dishes and a variety of other options like Keema Curry, Loco Moco, and Taco Rice. My colleagues enjoyed the Shio Ramen and Miso Ramen as well. Overall, a great dining experience in Bifuka!

This is my first visit. I ordered the NEO miso ramen. The appearance is simple, but the menma (bamboo shoots) are as long as the bowl! The soup has a sweet taste and is on the refreshing side. The noodles have a wheat flavor. The chashu (roast pork) has plenty of bean sprouts and the sauce coats it just right, giving it more substance than it appears. The shop is as the name suggests, cafe-like and relaxing. Next time, I want to try the ramen with extra pork fat.

The variety of ramen menu was great. It seems they also have a cafe menu. The cleanliness of the interior was nice. It appears to be a valuable restaurant in the town that stays open late, a place where locals gather. There were many people there.

The light and delicious salt ramen soup was not available today, so I will look forward to trying it next time.
