In the showcase, there are cakes, puddings, cream puffs, etc., with many colorful and vibrant fruit-based items. The cafe also serves drinks that you can enjoy with your dessert. They have a wide variety of baked goods, including macarons with rich flavors. I bought some baked goods instead of fresh sweets because I was out and about.
- Yuzu Leaf Pie (151 yen): Made with yuzu, a specialty of Buzen City. It has a slightly moist texture with a moderate sweetness, rather than being crispy.
- Lemon Cake (172 yen): Compared to other lemon cakes, the dryness inside was a bit noticeable, but it still had a satisfying taste. The cream puffs with rich custard cream in a deep yellow hue looked delicious, so I would like to try the cafe next time.

I visited Passion in Buzen City, Fukuoka Prefecture! I chose the Strawberry Daifuku Cake for my 3 o'clock snack. It cost 400 yen. The description said it was a sponge cake with strawberry mousse wrapped in mochi. When I got home, I tried it. The daifuku was soft and squishy like a baby's skin, and the strawberry mousse inside was delicious. I would definitely want to buy it again! They also have a variety of other cakes and quiches, so if you're in the area, be sure to stop by!

The parking lot has a few spaces in front of the shop. The neighboring Japanese sweets shop is also part of the same chain. I think it's the best in this area (there are only about 3 shops, lol). Recently, they have added a cafe space and started selling tapioca drinks. The cakes are heavy on fresh cream, each cake has a strong flavor, and they are quite dense. One piece can fill you up. My favorite is the chocolate cakes (@ ̄ρ ̄@). The baked goods are also delicious.

I headed towards Buzen City for lunch at a soup curry restaurant, and afterwards decided to stop by for some sweets too! The shop was cute and had a stylish atmosphere inside. Since it was getting late, I decided to skip the cakes and bought various baked goods instead. Here are the ones I liked: Florentine - I love Florentines, they were crispy and delicious! Hazelnut cookies - the crispy hazelnuts were fragrant and tasty! Fruit cake - with orange, cherry, raisins, and more. I usually don't like dried fruits, but these were easy to eat. They had a hint of liquor in them. I would like to try their cakes next time!

The combination of a Japanese confectionery shop and a Western confectionery shop is a luxurious building! The separate entrances are really cool, and they are connected inside. Today, I only tried the Western sweets. The kitchen inside is even bigger than the store space, and everyone looks busy. There are plenty of baked sweets to choose from, making it hard to decide what to buy. I love strawberry tarts, so I went for them this season. They had delicious tarts such as strawberry tart for ¥315, blueberry tart for ¥315, quiche for ¥310, coffee blancmange for ¥330, nuts white chocolate for ¥500, nuts chocolate for ¥500, and orange lemon for ¥350. The tarts had a thick crust, about 2cm, and were very satisfying to eat. They had custard cream on top of the crust, along with strawberries and whipped cream. The custard cream was also delicious. I highly recommend it. The quiche was unusual and worth trying. The coffee blancmange was firm, flavorful, and definitely recommended. Also, don't forget to check out the garden on your way out. It's a must-see for garden lovers. The stone pillars used for the fence at Musashiya were refreshing, with a charming miniature garden feel that makes you want to take it home. The use of Jura stone and bricks at Passion is interesting, and the details like the flower bed frame and brickwork are exquisite. It's a delight to look at and never gets boring.

I met my childhood friend from elementary school after a long time in our hometown. We both love sweets, so we chose a cute cake shop. The parfait we ordered was huge and only 550 yen! My friend chose chocolate, and I chose strawberry (with a drink set, the drink cost is -50 yen). Both parfaits had strawberries, kiwi, melon, fig, banana, blueberries, peaches, pineapple, whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, and cornflakes. The difference was that the chocolate parfait had chocolate ice cream, chocolate sauce, and bananas inside, while the strawberry parfait had berry sauce, berry sherbet, and cream cheese inside. It was so delicious and luxurious that we couldn't finish it all. I highly recommend this parfait! I went to Patisserie Passion, which I had been curious about for a while. It is located next to Buzen Post Office, and the red and yellow building stands out. It is a shop attached to the Japanese confectionery shop Musashiya. Since Halloween is approaching, the Halloween decorations are fun. There is also an eat-in space inside the store. There are over 20 types of cakes, several types of roll cakes, and a wide variety of baked goods. The Progressive Chocolat cake is a classic chocolate cake that is light and not too sweet. The Tart Fromage is a cheesecake with a cheese flavor but not too heavy, and the crispy tart crust was good. The Choux Cream had a normal crust but the custard was a bit sweet and had a good richness. The Chiboust Banana is a banana chiboust with a salted pie crust, caramelized bananas on top, and chiboust cream on top. The meringue-like crispy topping was not to my liking. The Fraisier had slightly disappointing strawberries for this time of year, but the sponge and custard-based cream in between were a great combination. I would like to try other custard-based desserts as well. Overall, I didn't have high expectations before going, but both the appearance and taste were quite good. I especially liked the custard-based desserts, and I would like to try others as well. The affordable prices are also a plus.

I finally went to Passion, which I had been curious about for a long time. The interior of the store was decorated with cute Halloween decorations because Halloween is approaching. There is also a cafe space (with a terrace) inside the store. This time, I didn't have much time so I just bought a cake to take home, but next time, I'm going to eat a parfait in the cafe space!
