There were 6 seats at the counter and luckily one seat was empty, so I sat down. I chose the Tonkotsu ramen with salt for 750 yen from the vending machine on the right side. I waited for my order and soon the ramen arrived. It had a creamy, cloudy soup with rare chashu, onions, and green onions on top. The soup had a subtle blend of chicken and pork flavors. The noodles were medium-thick and smooth, perfectly coated in the soup. As I was enjoying the soup, I discovered hidden chicken chashu under the rare chashu. The soup remained hot and delicious until the last drop.

Ramen Miyabi Food Log Rating: 3.55 (as of posting date) "Tori Ton Ramen (Soy Sauce) (750 yen) • Flavored Egg (100 yen) • Noodle Extra Serving (100 yen)" Points: A chicken and pork bone ramen shop opened in 2015. The rich white soup is 750 yen and cost-effective. The chewy flat noodles and chashu pork are a perfect match for the soup. The clean interior and beautiful visual of the ramen are popular with women. Students get a free noodle extra serving. ⚠️ Closing when ingredients run out. Cash payment only (ticket machine system). Within walking distance from Keihan Ryukoku University Maejima Station and JR Inari Station. [Comment/Impression] If you want to eat white soup ramen in Fushimi Ward, Ramen Miyabi is recommended. Here, you can enjoy a rich and creamy soup made by simmering chicken bones and pork bones, along with chewy flat noodles and chashu pork, all for 750 yen, which is a great deal. The chashu pork shown in the photo also includes chicken breast chashu underneath, which was also delicious. Additionally, the soup had depth and umami, while still being creamy, and the chewiness of the whole wheat flat noodles was excellent. This is a must-visit place for Ryukoku University students. Thank you for the meal. [Business Hours] 11:00-14:30, 18:00-21:00 *Saturday is only open for lunch Closed on Sundays.

There were soy sauce, salt, and miso ramen in the bubble soup series. I ordered soy sauce, salt, and miso, and since they all look the same, I will upload a picture of soy sauce. The soy sauce had a rich pork bone flavor, the salt had a seafood flavor, and the miso was rich and all of them were well-seasoned. There was also chicken char siu included, and it was delicious. There is a coin parking lot near the restaurant, making it easy to access by car.

I came to Ramen Miyabi to try the Espuma-style ramen in Fukakusa. I had the Toriton Ramen Shoyu, and the black noodles were delicious. Ramen Miyabi is located at 2-59 Corpoyu 1F, Fukakusa Nishiuracho, Fushimi-ku, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture.

Triton Ramen (soy sauce) for 750 yen, and Buta Meshi (pork rice) for 250 yen. Miyabi-san, who had been recommended to me before, this area has a lot of delicious ramen! I arrived around 11:50 am on a weekday and there was no wait, only one customer ahead of me. As soon as you enter, there is a ticket machine to buy your meal ticket. They offer soy sauce and salt ramen, both priced at 750 yen. I chose the soy sauce ramen and also ordered the Buta Meshi. The owner was working efficiently by himself, preparing the ramen. It only took about 5 minutes for my order to arrive. The presentation was impressive, with a lot of foam on top. The soup was a rich chicken and pork bone broth, with a hint of marrow that I personally really enjoyed. The foam had a noticeable salty flavor which complemented the broth well. The pink rare chashu, along with 2 slices of chicken chashu and perfectly cooked green onions, added to the deliciousness of the dish. The straight flat noodles were cooked perfectly. Next came the Buta Meshi, which turned out to be a bowl of rice topped with seared chashu. It was very satisfying with plenty of chashu pieces. Eating the Buta Meshi with the soup enhanced the soy sauce flavor and Triton broth, making it even more delicious. I was impressed by the delicious soup throughout the meal and left feeling full and satisfied. This might be the best ramen spot in the area! Thank you for the meal, I will definitely visit again.

Nowadays, Espuma's foamy chicken paitan ramen is not uncommon, but I finally got to visit "Ramen Miyabi," which was popular a long time ago. It's a small shop with a counter for 6 seats, and only one person working. I ordered the Toriton Ramen (salt) for 750 yen. The visual presentation is just like Espuma's chicken paitan ramen. It comes with whole wheat flat noodles, chicken chashu, and rare pork chashu. The soup has a delicious flavor of chicken and a subtle aroma of seafood broth. Overall, it's a tasty chicken paitan ramen with a strong chicken flavor. I visited on a Saturday at 11 am and was able to get in easily.

This is my second time posting, but I have actually been here more than 10 times. I am a fan of the silent master's chicken and pork bone ramen with espuma. I always choose the salt option. Fujimori is a competitive area, and this place isn't easily accessible, but the taste surpasses that of famous restaurants. The whole wheat flat noodles in the rich yet gentle espuma soup are outstanding. The rare chashu and lemon-scented chicken chashu, along with the onions, provide a nice touch. The additional topping of flavored egg is rich and gooey, adding a good balance. Even if I eat it once a week, I never get tired of it. The master doesn't engage in much conversation, but you can feel his desire for you to enjoy the delicious food. I will definitely come back!

The Harvest Festival of Kyo Komugi from 3/21 to 3/27 offers Sake Kasu Ramen for 800 yen. I was intrigued by the event ramen and decided to try it out. The ramen reminded me of the old Fukakusa Seimenjo, with a foamy broth, chicken breast, rare chashu, green onions, and hidden onions. The taste was subtle with a hint of sake kasu flavor, and the balance between the foam and chicken white broth was excellent. Even for those who don't like sake kasu, this ramen should be fine. It was surprisingly refined for a sake kasu ramen. The homemade flat noodles paired well with the broth. I should have ordered rice with this. There was only pepper available at the counter, so I think shichimi is a must for sake kasu ramen. That's the only downside! Well, it's delicious even without it!

It's been a while since I visited Ramen Miyabi! I've loved Miyabi since they opened and have been here many times. It had been a year and a half since my last visit due to the pandemic. I ordered the Chicken and Tonkotsu Ramen with salt (for my wife) and soy sauce (for me). The soup was so flavorful and rich, with a foamy texture. The aroma of the broth was amazing. The noodles had a nice wheat flavor that paired well with the soup. The roasted pork was like prosciutto. Overall, it was delicious! Thank you for the meal.

I revisited the restaurant because they had a new miso flavor. I arrived just after 11 am when they opened, and I was the first customer. I ordered miso ramen with extra pork and pork rice from the ticket machine. It arrived in about 7 minutes. The appearance was similar to soy sauce or salt ramen. The foam on top was less than before. The miso flavor was like Sapporo Ichiban miso ramen. It was delicious, but I'm not sure if it was necessary to make it a miso flavor.

Today, I went to a ramen restaurant in Fukakusa, Fushimi-ku, Kyoto. The name of the restaurant is Miyabi Ryukoku University, located in a residential area south of the university. The interior of the restaurant has a few counter seats. The signature menu seems to be "Chicken and Pork Ramen". It gives off a reasonable impression, possibly targeting university students due to its proximity to the university. I purchased a meal ticket and took a seat.
I ordered the "Chicken and Pork Ramen (Salt)" which is a creamy chicken broth ramen with foamy surface. The soup was creamy and delicious, with a pink rare chashu and green negi adding color. The noodles were flat and chewy, complementing the rich chicken broth well. The rare chashu, when dipped in the soup, tasted delicious. The chicken meat with a citrus flavor was also impressive. I enjoyed the ramen and finished every last drop of the soup. Personally, I quite liked this ramen.

I visited this restaurant for the first time in 4 years. Last time, I had the "Chicken and Tonkotsu Ramen (soy sauce)", so this time I decided to try the "Chicken and Tonkotsu Ramen (salt)". The wait was a bit long since they were short-staffed, but it was bearable. The ramen came in a black bowl with foamy soup, pink rare chashu, and green onions on top. The soup had a fine foam and a smooth texture, with a rich chicken flavor enhanced by the salt seasoning. The flat noodles were smooth and chewy, picking up the soup well. The pink rare chashu was tender and flavorful, especially when eaten quickly to maintain its rareness. Overall, I found this ramen more delicious than the one I had last time. The service wasn't particularly friendly, but it was better than my previous experience.

"Toritonn Ramen (Shoyu) - In Kyoto, it seems that white broth ramen is quite popular. This ramen has a creamy soup with whole wheat noodles. Despite the creamy appearance, the soup is actually quite flavorful with a hint of soy sauce and pork bone. The chashu is made from both pork and chicken, but the pork slices are thin so be careful not to overcook them in the soup. I wonder where the origin of Kyoto's white broth ramen lies. I never would have guessed it could be related to Tenkaippin."

I had the Chicken and Pork Ramen (salt flavor) with a boiled egg. I was curious about the Pork Rice Bowl but it was sold out. The soup was blended in a mixer and had chopped onions simmered in it, with slippery noodles and chopped green onions on top. The chashu came in three varieties: large pork, small pork, and small chicken, each with a different seasoning. I liked the chicken with a hint of herbs the best. The boiled egg was well-seasoned and delicious, I would give it a 4.0 rating and would definitely want to eat it again. However, the ramen itself was not that impressive. Other reviews mentioned that the noodles were well coated in the soup, but I did not find that to be the case at all. Even when I tried to eat the noodles with the soup, they did not hold onto it well. The soup, chashu, and boiled egg were decent and could be found at other places, but the noodles were not to my liking. There were other menu items available, but none that made me want to try them. The service was also not very friendly, with the staff seeming shy and not leaving a good impression. Unless there is news of a major change in the noodles, I will not visit this place again voluntarily.

I visited this place during my trip to Kyoto because I wanted to try their foamy soup. It was a bit hard to find the location. I arrived at 12:50 and there were only 7 seats at the counter. It operates on a food ticket system. Since I had plans to eat out later in the evening, I ordered the Toriton Ramen (soy sauce) as a single item. It arrived a few minutes later and the presentation was beautiful with rare chashu and foamy soup. I started with the soup, and it was delicious - a perfect match for my taste buds. The foamy texture was also amazing. The rare chashu was incredibly tasty with chicken and the texture of the green onions added to the overall deliciousness. It was the best. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal.

Salt 750 yen soup foam chicken and pork bone noodles with homemade whole wheat medium-thick noodles topping rare chashu, chicken chashu, green onions, onions In the fierce ramen battleground of Fukakusa, there is a top-level but relatively unknown shop. If it's chicken and pork bone broth, it's my favorite taste. The master's dedication to ramen is thorough down to the smallest details, and it really comes through. The homemade whole wheat flat noodles use wheat from Kyoto, and the soup blends well with them. There are two thicknesses of noodles? The aroma of the wheat is good and delicious, and the texture is perfect. The boiling is also perfect. It's chewy with a bit of bite. When I first went there, I was told that they couldn't make it hard, sorry. I really like the master's boiling technique and I'm hooked. The foam-like soup is rich and flavorful, but smooth and easy to drink. It's delicious when paired with the noodles, a perfect match! It's even more delicious when you change the flavor with the pepper at the counter! This soup doesn't have a strong impact, but it's a taste that makes you say "mmm, delicious" every time you eat it. I feel like eating it at least once a week. The chashu is delicious, as expected, and the chicken chashu has a hint of lemon flavor, showing careful craftsmanship. The master is a quiet person, so he's not the type to be overly friendly, but he's not stubborn or arrogant either. I haven't talked to him much, but when I saw him in front of the shop, he greeted me. Personally, I don't feel uncomfortable at the shop! Thank you for always making delicious ramen!

Arrived at 13:30 on a regular day. Ordered the Shio ramen for 750 yen. The shop has only 7 seats, all packed tightly together. There were 4 customers before me. The manager, who seemed to be handling everything alone, seemed a bit tired. The ramen was served within 5 minutes. The soup was delicious, with a strong saltiness that was balanced out by the frothy texture. It was a tonkotsu soup that was flavorful and easy to drink. I'm not a fan of the noodles, they reminded me of rubber bands, but they tasted great when mixed with the soup. The toppings included pork loin on top and chicken at the bottom. The pork was rare and delicious, probably the best I've had. It was juicy and flavorful. The chicken was also tasty, with a hint of citrusy aroma. It was a simple and well-executed dish that was both affordable and delicious. However, the shop was small and the restroom was cramped as well.

Triton soy sauce ramen has chewy homemade noodles. The medium-thick soup is rich in flavor but surprisingly light and creamy when foamed. The color of the foamy soup, reminiscent of the previous location of Fukakusa Seimenjo, is like a gray extreme chicken, so when foamed, it becomes a beautiful color, increasing the appetite. The thinly sliced pork chashu is very delicious. The hit chashu is light, maybe unnecessary. I agree with having two slices of thinly sliced pork. As you progress through the soup, there are blocks of slightly cooked onions that still retain their texture. It's enjoyable.

Suddenly became a dinner refugee and visited here after a long time. I chose the salt flavor this day. The elegantly frothy soup with rare chashu was quite good, even though opinions may vary due to its almost trendy style. The soup was refined but somewhat one-note. It would be nice to have some toppings to add a bit of contrast. Nonetheless, it was a satisfying and delicious bowl.
