There is a cute goat at this place. You can take a stroll through the goat fence! In addition to goats, there are also llamas, rabbits, and many other animals, which was very soothing! At the beginning of the season, the restaurant was quiet and the staff were not very friendly. I bought a 108 yen cheese as a souvenir. It had a normal taste and didn't impress me. The most exciting part was seeing lots of paintings of Takeshi Kitano on the premises.

I had imagined it would just have a small amount of corn mixed into the dough, but when I opened it up, it was filled with a generous amount of corn, similar to the filling of a meat bun, and the sweetness of the corn was strong and very delicious. It was a great souvenir.

They bought something for me from a local product exhibition. The corn had a crunchy texture and was very sweet. It tasted delicious with white sauce. It was surprisingly heavy when I first held it, but after eating it, I understood why. The corn was packed tightly and I was very satisfied. It's frozen, so I recommend moving it from the freezer to the fridge the day before, then baking it for an even more delicious taste.

The frozen corn bread was sold out. It had plenty of corn and the bread was delicious. It made me crave the Biei corn bread from Chitose Airport.

For Christmas dinner appetizers, I got a salty and cheesy snack with a bit of texture that goes perfectly with wine! I splurged a little and got some oysters to make cream pasta, served with grissini and terrine on the side. My daughter loved it so much she kept asking for more, but I had to limit her intake because of the strong flavor. The next day, she was already asking if we had more cheesy snacks. She's definitely going to be a foodie... Even though eating out seems expensive, buying unique cheeses and seasonings to enjoy at home ends up increasing our consumption. My wife is weak, but whose blood is this kid taking after? It's just amusing.

I received a gift from my junior colleague at work, which was the Flower Field Farm's fresh caramel from Hokkaido! I put it in the fridge and have been enjoying it little by little. I bought Hokkaido potato cheese. The box is big but there's only a little inside. It's a bit expensive at 600 yen excluding tax, haha. Since I'm here, I also got a Sapporo beer. It's the Sakura beer from Sapporo. This beer has a rich flavor and tastes great. Oh, the Hokkaido potato cheese is delicious too. It goes perfectly with the beer. The Sakura beer is from Sapporo, but it's made in a Kyushu factory, haha.

I stopped by here too since I was in the area. They have the famous Burrata - fresh mozzarella. At first, it seemed like it was only available in Korea, but then it was shown on TV that you can find it at Don Quijote. They have a large quantity here. It's a dessert mozzarella. You can place it on top of tomato pasta and break it to eat. It's not a common way to eat it, but it's worth trying because of its uniqueness. The mozzarella is not too rich, so it has a refreshing taste. I also bought the Mont-Blanc style baked cheese raclette from Tokachi. Cheese heaven! This place seems a bit lonely, but hang in there, Hanabatake Farm! Good luck!

I visited the Hana no Sato Farm that I had always wanted to visit. First, I traveled by car from Churui to Nakasatsunai, and then to Obihiro, and oh my goodness! The straight roads were amazing! I was surprised! I input the destination into the car navigation system and headed there. When I arrived at 11 o'clock, I was able to smoothly find a parking space. As I entered the park, a loud announcement was playing. Huh? A familiar voice! When I approached, I saw that it was Yoshitaka Tanaka introducing the horses at the Animal Interaction Farm Land, holding a microphone! After watching for a while, I moved to the quiet Hana no Sato Farm Shop, where it seemed like the event at the Animal Interaction Farm had ended, and Yoshitaka Tanaka entered the shop, followed by a crowd of customers, filling it up! I listened to the explanation of the "Fresh Caramel Yubari Melon" and bought it! When I tasted it, it had the flavor of melon, but what stood out was the smoothness. Well, you can buy it at food fairs nationwide, right? But it says "Hokkaido Limited" so maybe you can't buy it elsewhere? I was surprised by the variety of products being sold. I was also surprised by the number of staff working there, and it made me realize that it contributes to creating employment opportunities in the region. Even the elderly were working hard, and it seemed like they were making an effort to hire those individuals! Keep up the good work, Tanaka-san! And to the local people, keep up the good work too! It was really delicious. Thank you for the meal. *Next to the shop, or rather in the building adjacent to it, there was a "Takeshi Kitano Exhibition" going on, so I visited it. I never expected that to happen!!

I bought whey pork jerky. In terms of taste, it is similar to Spanish dry and aged ham, with a strong flavor of fat degradation due to the pork fat. It can be quite tiring to eat. It also has a slight sweetness, so I think it would be even better if it had a more natural finish. The balance of spices is not bad. Thank you for the meal. I recommend pairing it with red wine.

Even the shop attached to the main farm in Tokachi Plain now has fewer visitors, allowing for a peaceful shopping experience. It seems like it has finally returned to its original state, which is reassuring. And yet, live caramel is still delicious.

I once received a single piece of fresh caramel as a souvenir from an acquaintance who went on a trip... After all that, I finally managed to get my hands on two boxes of Hanabatake Farm's fresh caramel. It was a special moment, and my family and relatives all savored two pieces each.
