I felt like eating at Osho after a long time, so I came to this store where I don't have to wait long. Every time I come here, I always think that the foreign staff in the hall have very high Japanese language skills and customer service skills. They use clean standard language and are polite. And they speak loudly and clearly, which is very nice. The downside of this restaurant, I think, is the food. The gyoza takes quite a long time to be served after ordering. And for some reason, when you have to wait, the gyoza that comes out is often well-done. I personally don't like it overcooked. The fried noodles with shrimp, squid, and scallops are good, but the seasoning was spicier than usual. The food feels a bit sloppy. However, I think it's inevitable considering how hard the female staff in the hall work. This time, I paid with a 10,000 yen bill, and the way they returned the change was very good. They fanned out the bills so that the customer could count them properly. And they also handed over the coins clearly. Even among Japanese people, there are few who hand over change so neatly, so I think it's proof that they are working diligently. I couldn't help but think that if the staff in the hall were in the kitchen, they could serve even more delicious dishes. Thank you for the meal.

When I went to Denden Town store before, it was in a different location. I wonder if there is a reason for that. It seems to be bustling with activity. The staff are all foreigners. I compared the Tianjin rice from Osaka Ohsho, and honestly, the sauce seems similar! However, the egg is completely different, with this one being lighter. Well, it depends on personal preference, both are delicious. The gyoza is a classic and the fried chicken, although I took a picture, the data got deleted. Still, the classic is amazing with a huge portion, filling up my stomach. It's versatile for a meal or as a side dish for drinks.

I visited the restaurant on January 2nd. I have been to the restaurant several times before, so I'm not sure how many times I have visited, but there are few Japanese staff in the hall, but they are working hard to serve customers, and the service is polite. It is the best service I have experienced among the various Osho restaurants I have been to. It was the second day of the new year, and the restaurant was so popular that we had to wait in line to get in. This was the first time I had to wait in line at this restaurant. Before being seated, we were informed in a low voice that we would have to wait about 20 minutes for the food to arrive. Even though the explanation was in broken Japanese, the service was polite. I was prepared to wait, but the Tenshinhan arrived in about 10 minutes. However, we had to wait for over 20 minutes for the gyoza. The gyoza that was served had a strong burnt flavor, and there was no juiciness that I usually expect. The strong burnt taste left a bitter aftertaste. It was not the taste I was looking for. I understand that they were busy, but I was hoping for food that I wouldn't compromise on, even if it meant waiting longer. The service was really good, though. Thank you for the meal. It was disappointing, to say the least.

I know very few people. And even with the few people I have met, I often end up arguing with them quickly. This is because I find it difficult to find the kind of people I am looking for. Watching the movie "Pierrot le Fou" by film director Jean-Luc Godard, Ferdinand was not satisfied. He couldn't escape from the boring daily life, and he gained nothing from the escape with Marianne. Freedom may become hope in harsh circumstances that bind actions. However, for those who can live a normal life, there is no place to reach for further freedom. Today, I visited the "Gyoza no Osho Nihonbashi Denden Town" restaurant, which relocated to Sakaisuji on September 11, 2022. The "Denden Town" store on the opposite side of the street has also closed and been integrated here. The new tables and atmosphere are still fresh and pleasant. The daily lunch special [Ankake Yakisoba + Yaki-meshi + Chicken Karaage] for 880 yen caught my eye, so I decided to order it. It came with ankake yakisoba, two pieces of chicken karaage with chopped lemon, and soup. I was completely satisfied and it was delicious. Thank you for the meal. But I also want to try the gyoza. Let's strive on the path we take, and there will be no regrets in the end.

Lunch today was at "Gyoza no Oushou Nihonbashi Denden Town Store." This restaurant used to be located near Nihonbashi 4-chome intersection, but it has now moved and merged with another branch along Sakaisuji street. The old store had unique set menu names, but those have been discontinued after the move. The new store has a clean and spacious layout, with seating available on the second floor as well. I ordered the "Service Lunch for 880 yen (tax included)," which is a popular daily special menu during lunchtime. On this day, the Service Lunch included "Karaage Chicken," "Yakisoba," "Fried Rice," and "Soup" - a satisfying and filling combination. It was a delicious meal!
