I went to the restaurant right at 11:15 when it opened for the first time, and it was really delicious! The eel dish was so good that I couldn't help but exclaim with my friends. The restaurant quickly filled up with customers, and there were also many foreign visitors. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I always used to line up at a sushi restaurant and ended up giving up. This day, I visited the place with a targeted arrival time of 11:30 for lunch. However, when I arrived at 11:35, there were already 3 groups waiting. Despite having both counter and table seats in the restaurant, it was incredibly popular. I was hesitating whether to line up or not when they kindly provided me with the menu in advance. So, I had no choice but to line up. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I finally got a seat. This time, I ordered a sushi assortment for 1,100 yen. There were about 4 sushi chefs working diligently at the counter. As soon as I sat at the counter, I was served tea, hot towel, sushi, and miso soup promptly. There were also about 4 floor staff members, so the waiting time inside was minimal, which was appreciated. The sushi included tuna, squid, scallop, boiled shrimp, salmon, raw shrimp, sea bream, and eel. Sushi is always delicious, and I love it. Even though sushi can be expensive at chain restaurants, it was satisfying to have it made at a normal sushi restaurant for this price (1,100 yen). Many people were ordering the half portion, so I might try that next time. Thank you for the meal. Location: Approximately 5 minutes on foot from Yodoyabashi Station Seating: Counter, tables Visited: Around 11:35 Crowded: Full with 3 groups waiting Dish: Sushi assortment Price: 1,100 yen Recommended: Sushi is made by chefs at the counter. The restaurant is clean.

I visited in late June around 1:00 PM and there was still a wait for one group. I ordered the assorted sushi plate with 8 pieces for 1,100 yen. The fish was thick and flavorful, and the rice was small so it was easy to eat. It also came with miso soup, making it a great deal. It's clear why this place is so popular.

I visited late at night and enjoyed omakase sushi. Each piece was carefully crafted and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. There are many photos posted from lunchtime, but I highly recommend visiting this restaurant at night as well. They also offer a variety of appetizers. The firefly squid, surf clam, were particularly delicious. The clam miso soup is a must-order item this season. The restaurant has been open for 20 years, with the brothers who have been making sushi in Honmachi for over 40 years. They look exactly alike. There are also young sushi chefs working there.

A sushi restaurant located in the office district of Yodoyabashi! I was drawn to this nostalgic sushi restaurant when looking for a place to have lunch. The bright and clean interior of the restaurant was inviting. It felt like a homey place run by the chef and his family. The lunch prices range from 990 yen, which is wallet-friendly! I ordered the Sushi Teishoku for 990 yen with an extra serving of sea urchin (around 600 yen). Although the sea urchin was a bit expensive, I left feeling satisfied and full. In the midst of price increases, it's truly appreciated to find a sushi restaurant with a clean and cozy atmosphere where you can enjoy a meal for under 1000 yen. I'm looking forward to my next visit and deciding what to try next. Thank you for the delicious meal!

I visited during lunchtime. I was lucky to be able to enter without waiting because I arrived early. I ordered a half portion of the assorted sushi from the lunch menu. The rice was small, so I could eat it in just one bite. The medium fatty tuna melted in my mouth. The shrimp was fresh and firm, you could tell they had been blanched just right. By the time I left, there were a few people waiting outside. Thank you for the meal.

I visited for the first time for lunch and had the assorted sushi for 1100 yen including tax. The slices of fish were thick and the rice was also large, giving it a satisfying bite. There were no rare types of fish, but everything was delicious! Especially the salmon, which was fatty and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Lunch is definitely a good deal and makes me happy!

After drinking with my company members, we wanted to eat sushi so we stopped by here. I had been here for lunch before and the fish was a bit dry, so I wasn't impressed. However, when I sat at the counter and leisurely enjoyed the sushi, it was a completely different experience! Of course, it's different from lunch, but the dinner was much more delicious. Especially the sweet sea bream marinated in kelp and the marinated mackerel were delicious. I don't have much preference for sake, but I ordered the dry Hidashime. That was disappointing. Next time, I want to visit slowly as the first place we go to.

Arrived at 12:30. There were 3 people waiting. We were seated in about 5 minutes. In the morning, I saw sushi reviews on my timeline and felt like eating sushi♡ It was the perfect start to the day. A sushi restaurant in the Kitahama and Yodoyabashi area that never disappoints. I decided to go there. Even though they had moved due to building demolition near Honmachi Station, it was still full. The head chef's smile and friendly greeting were great. I had the sushi set meal for 1430 yen. I enjoyed the sushi from a local sushi restaurant along with miso soup. There was a slight twist with some egg in the rolls and a different topping on the sushi... perhaps a suggestion from the young chef? This restaurant is perfect for those who want to eat a lot of sushi for lunch and leave satisfied.

I used to go to this restaurant when it was in the previous location, but this is my first time visiting since it moved. It's been so many years! Today, I went to Sushi Hayata, where you can enjoy high-quality sushi at reasonable prices. I had the sushi set for 1.5 people for 1485 yen. The sushi pieces were a bit small, but the taste was great. The red tuna was especially delicious, with a rich texture that really captured the essence of tuna. What I also liked was that they were willing to switch out any sushi I didn't like. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, with the chef and customers interacting warmly. It's truly a long-standing establishment in this neighborhood.

This month, I hadn't been out for lunch much, so I decided to treat myself to a luxurious meal out. I went during my lunch break. They accept cash, card, and PayPay payments. It was past 1 pm on a weekday, and there was one group of customers at the counter, table, and tatami seating. In the 20 minutes I stayed, five more customers arrived, including for takeout. They moved from Honmachi to Yodoyabashi, and it has been around for about 20 years. The lunch menu offers sushi sets ranging from 990 yen to a half portion of premium sushi for 3,960 yen. Today, I wanted the premium sushi. However, just as I was about to order, the owner took a phone call for a reservation for "two orders of the premium sushi." I asked if they had a special premium option, and they did. So, I ordered that along with an egg sushi plate, totaling 5,775 yen. The main dish arrived in about 7 minutes, presented on a black lacquered wooden plate. The sushi rice was dense and flavorful, and even the decorative lotus root and red radish were delicious. You can eat them in any order you like. I had planned to start with the squid, then the sea bream, and then the white shrimp, but I ended up picking the fatty tuna first. It felt indulgent and luxurious. I wished I had added scallop and ark shell, but I was satisfied with what I had. I now want to bring someone here for dinner. I wish them continued success. Thank you for the delicious meal! ✨

Occasionally, I had a late lunch past 12 o'clock with my friend K at this restaurant where there were two empty seats at the counter. We ordered a sushi platter for one and it was served in just 8 minutes. Looking back at a photo from a year ago, I realized that both the sushi toppings and rice were arranged beautifully. The sushi rice was on the larger side, so it was quite satisfying. I really like the eel sauce here. Overall, it was a delicious meal.

I made a reservation for an early lunch as a farewell gathering. Most of my colleagues ordered the same lunch set. The presentation looked delicious, but I wonder if the sushi was prepared in advance? Many of the sushi pieces had dry rice that stuck to the sushi container. When I visited during busy times before, I didn't experience this issue, so it was disappointing this time. It made me realize once again that sushi restaurants are best enjoyed at the counter.

I heard that this sushi restaurant, which used to be in Honcho, has moved to Kitahama. The interior of the restaurant is bright and spacious, with table seating available. Feeling hungry, I ordered the half sushi set, which came with 10 pieces of sushi, three rolls, and miso soup. The set included salmon, eel, and even medium fatty tuna, with generous portions of rice. The vinegar was not too strong, making it easy to eat and delicious. Not only was the taste great, but the service from the staff was also excellent, making it a very enjoyable dining experience.

First visit to a sushi restaurant in Kitahama. Located on the first floor of a clean building in the business district. Prices are not cheap, but reasonable. I arrived 15 minutes before closing, so I had a table to myself. Sushi set for 1485 yen (tax included). Non-smoking. Food was served in 5 minutes (quite fast). The presentation was a bit disappointing with sushi served in a bucket. The fish was fresh and the pieces were a good size. The rice was also just right. It was delicious. The miso soup was not red, but the regular kind. Thank you for the meal.

Hayata Sushi 06-4300-3123 2-6-4 Fushimi, Chuo-ku, Osaka, Osaka Rating: 3.30 stars Located in the business district of Yodoyabashi, this sushi restaurant is a great spot for a quick lunch. It gets busy with office workers during lunchtime. I had the nigiri set with red miso soup, which included 12 pieces for 1650 yen. It was just the right amount for lunch, with some pieces having a nice kick of wasabi. Overall, I was satisfied with the meal. However, when I ordered takeout on another day, the presentation was a bit disappointing without the red miso soup. Sushi is not just about the taste but also the atmosphere. #Hayata #Sushi #goto #gotoeat #OsakaGourmet #YodoyabashiGourmet #KitahamaGourmet #OsakaLunch #YodoyabashiLunch #KitahamaLunch #Foodstagram #Tabelog

Took a half-day break and had lunch in Yodoyabashi. Decided to check out HAYATA for the first time in a while. The ☆ nigiri set was 1650 yen tax included. The service was as friendly and pleasant as ever. The hostess? came to take our order right away. The place was quite popular with customers coming in one after another. The bright entrance makes it easy for first-timers to enter. Considering the atmosphere and location, the lunch prices are reasonable. Highly recommended for those visiting Osaka on business. Thank you for the delicious meal! 🍣

This restaurant, which was very popular in Honmachi, has moved to Kitahama, and I haven't had the chance to visit since then. I always passed by the fully packed restaurant. They are closed on weekends, but I heard they are open only on the 4th Saturday of the month, so I made a reservation right away. By 6:30 PM, the restaurant was already full. They have counter seats, table seats, and even private rooms at the back where families were enjoying themselves. The draft beer is Super Dry, which goes perfectly with Japanese food. The assorted sashimi was beautifully presented on a long plate, and the slices were quite large! The grilled sea bream head was delicious and the flesh came off easily. The tempura of conger eel and sweetfish were crispy. The assorted vinegared dishes included octopus, eel, and sea bream, all perfectly balanced with a mild vinegar flavor. We also ordered various sushi. Lastly, we had red miso soup with plump clams. It was a satisfying meal. Thank you for the feast.

The restaurant has moved from Honmachi to Yodoyabashi and has become a very beautiful place. There is a sunken kotatsu-style seating area at the back, where about 10 people can sit comfortably. The appetizers were simmered peppers and dried young sardines with deep-fried tofu. I quickly switched from beer to sake. The tempura of young ayu was delicious with a slight bitterness and a crispy texture. The assorted sashimi included lean tuna, fatty tuna, squid, turban shell, cured mackerel, octopus, grilled conger eel, and sea bream, beautifully arranged and delicious as always. The grilled conger eel was soft and lightly seared. We shared a half portion of the nigiri sushi, which included sea urchin, salmon roe, shrimp, squid, turban shell, sea bream, fatty tuna, amberjack, simmered conger eel, eel, and tuna rolled in seaweed, all made with good quality ingredients and delicious. The sea clam miso soup was a perfect finish to a satisfying sushi meal. We left happily full and slightly tipsy. The prices seemed to have gone up a bit compared to before the move, but considering it as a celebration after the closure, it was acceptable.

Today's plan was to have lunch with two men and one young woman, but unfortunately the young woman canceled at the last minute. So, two of us decided to go to "Sushi Hayata," a newly opened restaurant near the St. Regis Hotel. The restaurant had a clean and beautiful exterior with a traditional Japanese feel. The interior was also new and stylish, with a bright and chic atmosphere. We sat at the counter and ordered a sushi set for 2, which was delicious. The sushi included tuna, eel, sea bream, shrimp, sea urchin, shrimp, scallop, squid, and fatty tuna, all of which were very tasty. We also ordered a side dish of firefly squid with vinegar miso, which was also delicious. After finishing our meal, one of us had to go back to work, while the other wanted to continue drinking in Umeda. We said our goodbyes, and I recommended Wasurenagusa for more drinks. Thank you for the delicious meal.
