I always used to line up at a sushi restaurant and ended up giving up. This day, I visited the place with a targeted arrival time of 11:30 for lunch. However, when I arrived at 11:35, there were already 3 groups waiting. Despite having both counter and table seats in the restaurant, it was incredibly popular. I was hesitating whether to line up or not when they kindly provided me with the menu in advance. So, I had no choice but to line up. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I finally got a seat. This time, I ordered a sushi assortment for 1,100 yen. There were about 4 sushi chefs working diligently at the counter. As soon as I sat at the counter, I was served tea, hot towel, sushi, and miso soup promptly. There were also about 4 floor staff members, so the waiting time inside was minimal, which was appreciated. The sushi included tuna, squid, scallop, boiled shrimp, salmon, raw shrimp, sea bream, and eel. Sushi is always delicious, and I love it. Even though sushi can be expensive at chain restaurants, it was satisfying to have it made at a normal sushi restaurant for this price (1,100 yen). Many people were ordering the half portion, so I might try that next time. Thank you for the meal.
