I will have lunch at Osaka Institute of Technology (information from July 2019). It's quite close from the station, and the cafeteria is generally open to the public. I had the "Chicken Cheese Grilled Sandwich" for 480 yen, which came with miso soup, rice, and a side dish. The chicken was cold and tough, not very good. But the side dishes of minced potato and bean sprouts were delicious.
