I was happy to see so many strawberries on top. Adding the vanilla ice cream made it even better. I feel like coming back here every season. The pancakes were light and fluffy, so I was surprised that I could finish three on my own. They also have counter seats, which is good for solo diners. They offer self-service water and detox water, which is a nice touch. They open at 10:30 am, and when I went at 11 am, there was only one other customer. Weekday mornings seem to be the best time to visit.

Instead, the pancake itself is served with omelette or salad, and it has a slightly sweet taste and a grainy texture similar to whole wheat, which creates a delicious and addictive flavor. The staff is efficient, and even though there is a note saying that it may take some time to cook, it wasn't stressful. Overall, I think it's a great place. Next time, I will try their firmer pancakes.

Fluffy〜〜(*✪ฺ∇✪ฺ*)... so impressed. And this original butter adds a great flavor without being too heavy♡ Truly the pancakes of happiness!! Another thing that impressed me was that I could easily finish three pancakes and even as an adult, I didn't feel heavy afterwards!! It's amazing. The pancakes of happiness are truly remarkable.
