Takoyaki Grand Prix's first champion! Saw the banner and decided to stop by. They were full so I had to park at a nearby coin parking lot. There were already three customers ahead of me. It took about 10 minutes for them to take my order, and another 15 minutes for them to cook it. There was no seating available, so it was tough for me with my cane. It seems they used to have dine-in options, but now it's take-out only. The plain and sauce flavors didn't suit my taste.

On a hot afternoon, I couldn't move without making a detour somewhere. I found a shaved ice balloon on the street and went in. I had shaved ice with strawberry milk and tonpei-yaki potato. The ice was more old-fashioned than I imagined, with plenty of syrup. It was the best. Revived!! Thank you for the meal.

I felt a little hungry, so I went to eat takoyaki. I can use the premium meal voucher here, but it doesn't earn points through reservations, so I won't include it in the GOTO series. "Takoyaki Hinata" is where I went. It opened either this year or last year, I can't remember. It was my first time visiting. In the summer, they also serve shaved ice. You can take out or eat in the store. This time, I ate inside. Besides takoyaki, they also offer appetizers. They serve alcohol, so you can have a light drink as well. I wonder if there is demand for this place... Do local old men come here to drink? This time, I had 8 pieces of takoyaki for 550 yen. It's quite expensive for takoyaki at this price. The takoyaki itself is decently sized and tasty. It's not exceptionally delicious, but it's okay. I only went this time because I could use the premium meal voucher, but I probably wouldn't go otherwise.

The owner and the part-time worker provide excellent customer service! The taste is also excellent! The takeout sauce mayo, the beautiful lady with no seasoning, and the owner's special dashi broth are all top-notch. The oden, potato fries, karaage, and cartilage karaage are also incredibly delicious! Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I went to a hormone restaurant in Makidachi with my friends, and afterwards we decided to go to Kaji Cafe for tea, but it was closed. On the way there, we found a takoyaki and shaved ice shop, and since I also wanted to eat shaved ice, we decided to visit. I thought they only had takoyaki and shaved ice, but they actually had a variety of food and drinks. I love this kind of place! I was glad we went in. I thought the shaved ice would be normal, but it was made by freezing milk and was incredibly delicious. And it was only 500 yen! The regular shaved ice was only 200 yen! So cheap! And so delicious! Despite already eating, I couldn't resist and ordered takoyaki, potatoes, and more shaved ice. The takoyaki was high quality and really tasty, with a creamy inside and crispy outside. They're open until 9pm, and they also serve alcohol, so it's a great place to enjoy takoyaki and drinks. It was lucky to stumble upon this place. I will definitely be coming back again.

I had been curious about this restaurant for a while. Let's go eat takoyaki♪ The building had a private parking lot for two cars in the back, so we parked there. I thought I could eat in, but it turned out to be takeout only, so I ordered 6 pieces. The prices were the same for 6 pieces (500 yen), 8 pieces (600 yen), and 12 pieces (900 yen). They had different toppings like sauce, dashi soy sauce, and rock salt, with additional cost for toppings like mayonnaise and green onions. I decided to go with the plain ones because I heard the dough was good. The takoyaki came in a wooden boat inside a case, which seemed to add to the cost. Since I couldn't eat in, I bought some tea from a nearby vending machine and ate in the car. The size was small to medium, with a lot of tempura batter and octopus. The texture was more firm than creamy, maybe because of the generous amount of tempura batter.

The octopus balls won the grand prize? The impactful sign caught my attention, I couldn't resist buying some. The stylish shop had a variety of octopus balls, and I tried the assorted set of 4. The plain octopus balls were delicious on their own, but they also tasted great with soy sauce or mayonnaise.
