I visited Yoshiya-san. A delicious yakitori restaurant☆ I don't want to admit it, but I have to admit it (・ω・) This is my second visit since October 22. Now, let's order yakitori starting from the twisted chicken, it's so delicious☆ I think it's the best! So, order it. They also asked if we wanted kamameshi first, so if you like it, please order it. The oden is also delicious, with a deep flavor of bonito broth. The fried chicken with garlic soy sauce goes well with beer. If possible, make a reservation. Thank you for the meal☆

I went to Kichiya-san. If you don't want to raise your hand, you don't have to (・ω・). I started my day off early on my day off. I made a reservation desperately, and luckily, I was able to get in. I started with a draft beer. I ordered minced chicken, chicken skewers, chicken wings, green onions, and gizzards in that order. This time, I didn't eat rice cooked in a pot, I ordered oden with daikon radish, hirousu (a type of fish cake), and thick fried tofu. The hirousu had a texture similar to ganmo (tofu). The chicken salad is a must-have! Thank you for the meal.

"Yaki Tori Yoshiya" is a yakitori restaurant located about a 10-minute walk from Fujidera Station in Osaka. It's not the trendy type, but a classic yakitori place that focuses on the taste. You can really tell. I especially like the tsukune. Fresh sashimi goes well with the drinks. #Fujidera gourmet #yakitori #grilled chicken skewers #tsukune

I used to think this place was the best, with a rating of 4.0 or higher on Tabelog, so I decided to visit again during my hometown visit. I was surprised that they hadn't raised their prices amidst the recent price hikes. However, I was shocked by the small portion size of the skewers that came out. The Segimo in the photo used to be about 1.5 times larger, I believe. The signature dish, Hinedori, also seems to have shrunk in size. As a result, it no longer overflows with juiciness when you bite into it. I feel like the overall taste has decreased due to the smaller portions. I remember they raised their prices from 100 yen to 120 yen in the past, but I wish they had raised the prices without reducing the size of the yakitori. I think they are still thriving without making the yakitori smaller, so I hope they reconsider their decision. Next time I visit my hometown, I will check out Kin-chan, a yakitori restaurant run by the same disciple, before visiting this place again.

Bird skewers is the best restaurant!!! The raw chicken breast, chicken sashimi, and liver sashimi were all amazing!! They go so well with alcohol~♪ The liver sashimi dipped in sesame oil was especially delicious. It seems to be a popular menu item, so liver lovers should go early to try it out! The yakitori menu also had perfect grilling and meat thickness. I enjoyed it with shochu, and it was a great combination!

I visited various yakitori restaurants, but my top 3 yakitori places have made it to the hall of fame. Hine-dori, segimo, and kimon are a must-try. This yakitori place uses salt instead of sauce, and the perfect amount of sansho pepper is irresistible. The chicken soup and tataki are delicious, and all the dishes are reasonably priced. In these times, the fact that they have started offering takeout is great news for fans.

I suddenly decided to visit Fujiidera. The station area where I first arrived was smaller than I had imagined, with a calm atmosphere and a sense of everyday life. I didn't dislike the atmosphere. I had a drink at a stylish standing bar where my acquaintance was waiting near the station, then strolled around and decided to return to my base camp. The shopping street near the station was also small, and it was quiet after 8:30 PM with few people and not many interesting shops. It seemed like there was nothing much to do here, so I thought about going back. However, my acquaintance suggested having one more drink, so I decided to go along. But where was the shop? It was reassuring to have locals around. I left it to my acquaintance, and we walked a little off the shopping street to this shop. It stood alone on a residential street with a dim light. It seemed like a situation that only locals would know about. When we entered the shop, it had depth with a counter at the front and casual table seats at the back. The atmosphere was full of energy and youth, like a local hangout spot, with a strong sense of being away from the center. I sat at the counter near the entrance and looked at the menu. They had a variety of sushi and side dishes. The prices were reasonable for this area, not surprising but definitely affordable. It was already our second stop, and I was surprisingly concerned about the time to go back, so I ordered a chu-hi and a sashimi platter (500 yen) and boiled octopus skin (300 yen). Since I rarely go on such expeditions, the local atmosphere felt very fresh. The side dishes were well-seasoned and went well with the drinks, making it easy to keep drinking. I decided to try some grilled dishes as well. Oh, it's getting late. Although the atmosphere was somewhat unfamiliar, it was just the right amount of time and drinks. Normally, I would order one more drink at this point, but surprisingly, I went straight back to my base camp this time.

The deliciousness that never gets old! It's always full on weekends. It's so popular that it's usually impossible to make a reservation, so I always call right before going and ask them to save a spot if available. I first visited when I was around 20 years old. I've been going there for about 20 years now. The seasoning with sansho and salt is original and I can eat it forever (lol). While waiting for the grilled dish, I snack on marinated octopus and sashimi. Highly recommend the kawa (skin), segyimo (tripe), and ikada (squid)! The crispy texture and chewiness of the kawa is a taste you can't find elsewhere. If you're lucky enough to get the segyimo, it's a must-try! Once you've tasted it, you won't be able to eat regular innards anymore. The seasoning of the ikada is exquisite! It's a perfect palate cleanser. The recommended beer is Kirin Ichiban Shibori. The kamameshi (kettle rice) is also a popular menu item. It takes time to prepare, so it's best to order it at the beginning. Despite eating and drinking moderately, it's easy on the wallet, which is why I keep coming back.

The shock was like when I first tried yakitori!! This is what yakitori is supposed to taste like. And the cost performance is amazing!! The fried chicken was also mind-blowing!!! In a restaurant that handles chicken, it is without a doubt the number one in terms of bad customer service and rudeness that you have to endure. Recommended for those who can tolerate being provoked by the staff!

I visited the popular yakitori restaurant in Fujiidera. My favorite is the carefully grilled "tamahimo" skewers. - Hinese (chicken tail) - Wakaseseri (chicken neck) - Kawa (chicken skin) - Bonjiri (chicken tail) - Tamahimo (chicken thigh) - Chicken salad - Munetataki

I was taken to this restaurant by the owner, who is a regular customer. It was a Sunday and there were many families, giving it a very welcoming atmosphere. I heard the hot pot rice was recommended, so I ordered it first. It takes 40 minutes to cook. The yakitori was satisfying with each skewer being generous and tasty. While waiting for the hot pot rice to be ready, I ordered dishes like raw liver and salad, enjoying a pleasant time. The hot pot rice was amazing! Adding soup to make it like a porridge is also recommended.

It's a bit hard to find, so it's important to check the map carefully before going, but it's definitely worth a visit. I've been there twice and I'm a big fan of their kamameshi rice dish, which is delicious. The yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) are also tasty and reasonably priced (although I was a bit surprised at first by the prices). The owner seems to be very particular about grilling the yakitori, which shows in the quality of the food. He's not the type to overly flatter customers, but the delicious food speaks for itself. You can feel the passion put into grilling the yakitori. The kamameshi rice includes chicken and konjac, and I personally like the one with konjac because of the texture. The ingredients are all homemade, and the kamameshi is really delicious. I think they also pay attention to the broth used for cooking the kamameshi. Overall, in terms of both quality and cost, this is the best yakitori restaurant I've been to.

I really wanted to eat yakitori, so I randomly entered a restaurant with a friend. The place was packed and we ended up sitting at the counter. The yakitori was delicious, with no unpleasant smell and fresh meat. The liver was also tasty. We ordered some pesticide-free tomatoes which were sweet and big, and we finished them quickly. The menu was relatively small. The staff, all male, were a bit slow in everything. The place was noisy with local customers and regulars, which was quite unpleasant despite the delicious yakitori.

Local famous yakitori restaurant. People come from afar to visit, so I went with a friend. There are counter seats, table seats, and even tatami rooms in the back. It can get crowded on weekends, so making a reservation might be a good idea. We started with beer. The yakitori is mainly seasoned with salt, probably no sauce. The chicken salad was delicious! It's just a regular salad, but the dressing is tasty. We ordered some grilled items and while waiting, we wanted to order more drinks but the staff didn't notice. They also missed a few of our grilled item orders. However, the rare liver and juicy thigh were recommended and delicious! They also had oden, which was tasty too. Thank you for the meal!

It was delicious, to be honest. The juiciness is comparable to Marugame Kagawa's bone-in chicken, or even better. You can taste both the adult and young chicken. Personally, I like the chewiness of the adult chicken. The taste is refreshingly salty with accents of sansho pepper and Japanese mustard. Although all the skewers tasted the same, the flavor was not boring. I went alone for a drink after the second round, so ordering just two skewers at a time was honestly tough... I enjoyed 10 skewers and a draft beer. The only thing that bothered me was the attitude of the staff. Maybe because he was young, he came off as a bit arrogant. Also, he handled money at the register and then served food without washing his hands. The money was next to the cutting board, and he touched it while holding a knife... That kind of thing really bothers me.

In Fujidera, there is a famous yakitori restaurant. I visited with my family after a long time. They have counter seats, table seats, sunken kotatsu seats, and tatami seats, but it's always crowded so I call ahead before going. There is a parking lot next to the restaurant. The restaurant is not very big, but the food here is seasoned with salt, pepper, and sansho pepper, and I was impressed the first time I tried it. The prices are reasonable, starting from 120 yen per skewer. My usual orders are twisted chicken, young chicken, negima, skin, and triangle skewers. The twisted chicken has a good chewy texture and is juicy. The young chicken is tender, and the triangle skewers are also tender and very juicy. The sashimi has no fishy smell at all, and the liver sashimi is excellent and only costs 420 yen! The oden is delicious, and except for the tsukune, everything is 100 yen. I also love the chicken skin skewers for 280 yen, the chicken salad for 400 yen, and the chicken rice pot for 780 yen. The staff are all men, but they are lively.

When you think of yakitori, most people imagine a sweet soy sauce flavor. But here, it's different!! The perfect balance of salt with a hint of sansho pepper aroma that whets your appetite. The mild seasoning doesn't get too heavy, so you can keep eating as much as you want without feeling overwhelmed! The young chicken is tender and loved by both kids and elderly. The twisted chicken has a satisfying chewiness that brings out the flavor of the meat as you bite into it. The tsukune is unbelievably soft. Tebasaki, surprisingly large with a lot of meat to enjoy. I always order it with salt seasoning. There are also other varieties like young liver, twisted liver, and more. When ordering for the first time, I always recommend the kama meshi. This is a must-try. Cooked individually in a pot on the table, it takes about 30 minutes to be ready to eat. It's filled with large ingredients like bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, and carrots, and it's incredibly delicious. One pot can easily fill three bowls. Don't miss out on the liver sashimi, twisted breast tataki, and other recommended dishes. They also serve oden. Skewers are priced at 120 yen each, and you can order in sets of two.
