On a regular late night, I felt like going to a chain restaurant for the first time in a while, or rather, I wanted to drink cheaply, so I came to Tonden Tonden. I have been to the store in Shinbashi a few times before, and the late-night all-you-can-drink here is cheap too. I think it was around 1,500 yen!! But I didn't like the time limit, so I ordered a la carte. The Carbonara Kishimen that I have always loved since long ago was still there, but this time I was drawn to the Carbonara hot pot!! It was rich and full of ingredients, and the udon for the finish was also incredibly delicious. Even though it's a chain restaurant, Tonden Tonden has a wide variety of dishes, including creative ones, and it's cheap, so it's a really good place to drink cheaply.

When I visited this restaurant 3-4 years ago, I thought it was a good place! However, my impression has completely changed since then. The uni and prosciutto sushi was delicious though.

Chilled tomato exceeded my expectations with its beautiful presentation and stylish plating, making me feel like I was in a fancy bar. The Tower Onion looked good but lacked the volume I expected from a tower. The staff were proactive in explaining the menu and offering drink refills without any hint of trying to upsell. However, there was some inconsistency among the staff, with 70% being attentive and 30% not so much.

It's a slightly romantic izakaya. Korean food is delicious. All-you-can-drink gets 100 points! ^_^

I was recommended champagne, but I don't think it's a good idea.

There is a shop in a complex building near Asakusa's Kaminarimon Gate. I visited for a party, and the all-you-can-drink option was great for the price. The food was decent considering the price, making it easy for the organizer and satisfying for the participants. It's a good choice for hosting a party.

This is a restaurant that we have used several times for drinking parties with a large group. The menu is extensive and there are plenty of drink options, including a variety of non-alcoholic choices for those who don't drink. Highly recommended.

Mother's Day is approaching, so my coworkers ordered a [Roast Beef Bouquet Salad] for us to enjoy. The roast beef, arranged like a bouquet of roses, looks cute and is perfect for taking photos. However, the taste doesn't quite match the visual impact. The chicken nanban tartar sauce is refillable, and it's not too tangy, more like the filling of an egg sandwich. The staff kindly brought us some bread to go with the tartar sauce, turning it into a proper [Egg Sandwich!] This restaurant is great for a fun drinking session in a semi-private room.

Memo 2017-I-0290-0937: This is a restaurant located on Kaminarimon Street in Taito-ku, Tokyo. On this day, I went out for a meal with a user from Tokyo after a meeting. We hadn't decided on a restaurant beforehand, but since it was cold in Tokyo that day, we ended up at this place nearby that we often frequent. We started with all-you-can-drink beer. For appetizers, we had tartar chicken nanban and beef cheek meat. The chicken nanban had unlimited tartar sauce, making it quite substantial. The cheek meat had a tender texture from being simmered for 5 hours. Another person joined us later, so we also ordered seared mackerel, Kyushu black pork teppanyaki dumplings, and mala meat hot pot. The seared mackerel was made right in front of us and had a nice acidity, with the seared fat adding a fragrant flavor. The dumplings were bite-sized with yuzu pepper on the side. They were juicy and delicious even without sauce. The hot pot had a large block of meat tofu, and while it wasn't too spicy, adding the accompanying spicy seasoning made it quite zesty. It was great that we could adjust the spiciness based on our preferences. The prices were reasonable, and the staff's service was excellent.

We decided to have a meal in Asakusa and randomly chose this restaurant on the street. My companion, a girl, likes traditional Japanese-style flooring, so we settled on this place. The menu had a lot of dishes that seemed appealing to women, with a variety of avocado options. We used a coupon for a Halloween special offer and got a complimentary dish of chicken wings. The quail eggs simmered in a heart-shaped cup were so cute that I couldn't resist taking a photo. The roast beef bowl was a bit salty, but it was quite filling. The atmosphere was also nice, and there were still other menu items I wanted to try, so I would like to visit again if I have the chance.

We suddenly decided to visit this restaurant for our first shrine visit of the year. We didn't have a reservation in advance, but this was the only place around where we could make a same-day reservation for a large group. They were open early compared to other places in the same building. I was unexpectedly appointed as the person in charge of arranging the seating, which was a big help. The course menu was typical of a chain restaurant, but I was surprised when a platter of prosciutto suddenly appeared. The restaurant has a spacious and calm atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a meal with a large group. It was a convenient choice for us. Thank you for the meal.

I arrived later than I thought and ended up making the other party wait. I had carefully looked up the specified shop on Yahoo Maps, but I got lost along the way. Despite dropping things and stumbling, Asakusa is truly a place with a lot of kindness. Many kind people helped me out. The staff at the shop were also friendly, and even though I stumbled at first, I was relieved and the drinks were delicious! - Oyster garlic butter sauté with large grains for a satisfying bite - Crispy daikon salad with crunchy daikon that was delicious - Carbonara kishimen with chewy noodles and a good spaghetti flavor - Pork shiso roll, chicken skin, gizzard, leek, cartilage, tongue sauce, gun, white... Scallop and octopus Japanese-style carpaccio - Kimchi jjongol The drinks were cheap and very reasonable. I passed by many nice people and was completely exhausted, but it turned out to be a good day.

All-you-can-drink at the tatami-floored restaurant!! 2450 yen course + 1000 yen all-you-can-drink = 3450 yen per person. It's not common for chain restaurants to offer all-you-can-drink for two people, but I asked anyway and they said, "It's fine if you order a course." It might be an exception, but luckily it was not crowded, it was late, and they had ingredients for the course. The all-you-can-drink menu here is excellent. The course included boiled peanuts and edamame, Caesar salad, various fried foods, seared mackerel, spicy stir-fried chicken, spinach gratin, vongole udon. We also drank 14 draft beers, 3 shochu, and peach Calpis sour, among other things. It's really too cheap.

I had a promise to drink in Asakusa on Friday night, so there was no available place, and I didn't know much, so I went to the available Do-ma Do-ma! Haha, when did Do-ma Do-ma switch to a touch panel ordering system? I didn't know! The arrabiata was spicier than I expected and couldn't eat it! But I liked the anchovy potato! I was only there for about an hour, but thank you for the meal!

While walking around with two female friends, we came across a modestly inviting young man in front of a building. He turned out to be a part-time staff member at a traditional-style Japanese pub. Intrigued by the offer of a discount, we decided to give it a try. The dimly lit interior and the lack of a crowd made for a cozy atmosphere. The staff, all male, were efficient and the menu offered typical izakaya dishes at reasonable prices. The highlight for us was the fruity sours, which were delicious and not too strong (perfect for avoiding a bad hangover). We enjoyed our leisurely meal and drinks, and were pleasantly surprised by the bill. We agreed that we would definitely visit again when in Asakusa!

When three heavy drinkers get together, it's best to choose a place with all-you-can-drink options. Two hours is just too short. Can we find a place with a three-hour course? Most places require a minimum of four people. After searching, we finally found a place that didn't specify a minimum number of guests. I called to confirm, and they said three people was okay. We were given a great semi-private table by closing the entrance with lattice doors. The course included 11 dishes like sashimi, okonomiyaki, hot pot, and fried foods, all delicious. The tower of onion ring fries was not only a great snack with drinks but also visually appealing, perfect for a lively drinking party. Even after three hours, we weren't done drinking, so we extended the all-you-can-drink option for another hour and finally wrapped up around midnight. We sure love to drink! Cheers!
