I made a reservation and visited the restaurant. It was located inside a building and the entrance was a bit hard to find. I was guided to a disinfection booth at the entrance. The appetizer was duck meat, but since I don't like it, I let my partner eat it. The dishes like the sea urchin angel, lobster, and grilled beef were all very delicious. The grilled beef was seared right in front of us. It had sea urchin, egg, and salmon roe on top, which were then seared with a burner. The sea urchin was sweet and had a firm texture that didn't break apart in the mouth. It was my first time trying lobster, and it was packed with delicious meat.

Isn't that the perfect combination for a restaurant name! w(゚o゚)w Wow, the location is right behind the Daiwa Roynet Hotel. The entrance is a bit hard to find, but you take the elevator up! The restaurant has a counter and private rooms. This time we sat at the counter and it was lovely to see the manager skillfully preparing sashimi. Yay!
