The other day, I was looking for a place to make a reservation for a welcome lunch for my group, and my husband told me about a place where we could reserve a pork shabu-shabu lunch for 1300 yen. The staff at the restaurant asked us if we preferred chairs or a sunken kotatsu-style seating, and we chose chairs. This turned out to be a good choice. On the day of the lunch, we were shown to a beautiful, spacious room where the lunch was already prepared, and we were all excited to start. Since it was paper hot pot, everyone's excitement grew even more, and we finished eating in about 15 minutes. Some people seemed reluctant to leave, but we were able to choose from coffee, tea, or orange juice, and everyone had a great time at the lunch. We will definitely use this place again. Looking forward to the evening next time.

I attended a farewell party for a company on a weekday night for the first time. We chose the all-you-can-drink course for 5,500 yen, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Visit time: 12:20 on a weekday Waiting time: 10 minutes Menu: Kirishima Sanroku pork and cabbage mille-feuille steamed set meal for 1,300 yen I was wandering around, almost becoming a lunch refugee, when I stumbled upon Pork Master on the 3rd floor of a building and decided to dive in. There was a bit of a line, but I was able to wait inside, so I didn't feel the heat. After about 10 minutes, I was seated. The entire place had private rooms, so you can enjoy your meal leisurely. I ordered the Kirishima Sanroku pork and cabbage mille-feuille steamed set meal. The steamed dish was delicious, with a citrusy ponzu sauce that complemented it well. This set meal also came with two pieces of pork fillet cutlets, so I was happy to be able to enjoy both the steamed dish and the cutlets. The cutlets were also delicious, and I left the restaurant completely satisfied with my lunch. Thanks to almost becoming a lunch refugee, I was able to discover this great restaurant. I had a pork cutlet set for lunch. It was very tender and delicious. It might be the most delicious one in Osaka? Everyone around me seemed to be eating shabu-shabu, and the air conditioner was too cold. I want to try shabu-shabu next time!

I used this restaurant for lunch. It's a private room so you don't have to worry about the surroundings. I was torn between choices but I wanted to try both the steamed dish and tonkatsu, so I ordered the Kirishima Sanroku pork and cabbage mille-feuille steamed set meal. For an additional 180 yen, you can change the miso soup. The steamed dish was filled with cabbage and pork. Amazing volume. The dipping sauce was ponzu. Even though it felt like I was not making progress, I finished it all. You can choose to have two pieces of fillet cutlet with salt. Even though I was already full from the steamed dish, I finished the rice as well. I'm stuffed. Thank you for the meal.

I tried their menu item, the Hire Katsu set lunch, which offers a variety of pork dishes including seiro steamed pork, hire katsu, and tonkatsu - perfect for pork lovers! This time, I chose the recommended Hire Katsu set. You can choose between Hermes sauce or Tsukimi ponzu sauce. You can also change the miso soup to tonjiru for an additional ¥150. I chose Hermes sauce and changed the miso soup to tonjiru. The pink-colored Hire meat was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It was thick but easy to eat with a healthy amount of fat. The Hermes sauce had a slightly strong flavor, which might overpower the taste of the meat, so I recommend trying it with rock salt instead. The rice was refillable, which was great to enjoy with the katsu! By registering as a member on LINE, you can get ¥50 off, which is a nice bonus. Today, I had lunch with the girls from the office. We originally planned to have an eel rice bowl at a restaurant on the Kitahama side, but surprisingly, it was closed for a private event during lunchtime. So, we decided to go for the Milfeuille Steamed Pork at this place instead. The Milfeuille Steamed Pork here is really delicious, with a perfect balance of refreshing and rich flavors. The combination of pork, cabbage, and ponzu sauce is just amazing, beyond words. Even the girls who are very particular about food gave it high praise. The fact that all rooms are private rooms is also a big plus. It was a healthy and tasty lunch.

I visited for lunch and had the limited quantity pork belly and cabbage mille-feuille steamed dish. It came with tonkatsu as well, so it was quite filling and delicious. I was very satisfied. If you add them as a friend on LINE, they offer a small discount. For an additional 150 yen, you can change to miso soup, which looked very tasty with lots of ingredients.

On the third floor of a mixed-use building away from Kitahama, there was a lady who seemed out of place in the shop. It turns out she was there for the limited edition mille-feuille pork dish. I consulted with the staff and decided to try it myself. The combination of pork and cabbage was surprisingly delicious. The pork belly was arranged in layers with cabbage and steamed, then served with ponzu sauce. It was simple but incredibly tasty. The tonkatsu that came with it was good too, but the mille-feuille dish stole the show. The restaurant has private rooms and a calming atmosphere. It's a Japanese cuisine place. The restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of a building but has an elevator, so it's accessible even for those with mobility issues. The interior has a clean and traditional Japanese design. I was seated in a private room even though I was dining alone. Shabu-shabu and steamed dishes are typically more popular for dinner, but it could be a good option for casual business meetings or gatherings. The lunch menu includes items like "Kitsune Ponzu Sauce Pork Cutlet" for 950 yen. The pork cutlet I ordered was quite large and came with miso soup and rice. The breading had cracked a bit, which was a bit disappointing, but I enjoyed the meal overall. I especially liked the hot miso soup with mushrooms and vegetables. I also tried the pork cutlet, which had a rich flavor. I finished eating neatly. I had eaten a lot, but I felt like having something more, so I wandered around looking for something else. Next time, I want to try the pork cutlet. Thank you for the meal. Today's lunch was the "Kirishima Sanroku Pork and Cabbage Mille-feuille Steamed Rice Set" for 1200 yen. Gathering with friends for a party. Feeling a bit of stomach upset from summer heat. How about some pork shabu-shabu? So we went to "Butcher Master Kitahama Residence" for that. We took the elevator and entered the restaurant, where we found a private room. This is nice, we can relax and chat away! We ordered the Ryukyu course with all-you-can-drink for 4000 yen. The menu included: Okinawa island vegetable salad with sesame dressing, domestic pork fillet cutlet with ponzu sauce and Miyako Island snow salt, Okinawa pork shabu-shabu with two types of dipping sauces (Okinawa pork, vegetable assortment), cold Hanta noodles from Tokushima with sea grapes, and mango sherbet with Miyako Island salt. The pork cutlet was delicious, not too thick and not tough, with just the right amount of bounce. And of course, the Okinawa pork shabu-shabu was also tasty. Pork is better than beef for shabu-shabu in the summer, light and satisfying. I'm definitely considering coming back! Thanks for the meal. Summer 2018.

I visited the tonkatsu restaurant in Kitahama for the second time after a long while. I was unsure whether to get the tonkatsu, but I decided to try the steamed seiro instead. I was led to a private room, just like last time. I ordered the Pork Belly and Cabbage Mille-Feuille Steamed Set for 1200 yen. It was a non-smoking area. The food was served in about 5 minutes. It was tender and easy to eat. The portion was bigger than I expected, but it went down smoothly. The set also came with tonkatsu. I asked for a refill of rice once, but the rice was a bit hard in the center. I visited for lunch on a Saturday. Thank you for the meal.

I really enjoyed being able to dine in a calm atmosphere with private rooms for each table. The vegetables selected by the vegetable sommelier were fresh and delicious. There were plenty of vegetables served. I even tried eating the lettuce without shabu-shabu style! The pork was also of high quality, and when dipped in sesame sauce, it was heavenly. <The dishes I tried this time> - Yellowtail sashimi, 3 pieces per person: Fresh and beautiful! - Filet cutlet with yolk soy sauce and salt: Both were delicious. - Steamed cabbage and pork (mille-feuille) with ponzu sauce - Shabu-shabu: Pork, lettuce, mizuna, and leeks - Handa noodles (thick salted somen) - Dessert (they put a free birthday message for someone celebrating their birthday) Honestly, every dish was delicious. There was nothing to complain about. The filet cutlet was the best I've ever had. The portion sizes were just right, allowing us to enjoy a healthy meal without feeling too full or unsatisfied. There were 3 women and 2 men in our group, and even the men were satisfied. I, personally, cannot eat a lot, but I was able to enjoy the meal at a leisurely pace. This restaurant is also recommended for those who eat lightly. The drinks were also delicious, and the all-you-can-drink option at this price point is impressive. The seating is mostly semi-private, with tatami rooms available for larger groups. It's a great choice for dates or business dinners (the partitions are such that you can't see the neighboring tables, but you can hear them). The restrooms were very clean and had a calming warm light.

I searched for a place in Kitahama where I could have a private dining experience. It was nice to be able to have quiet and calm conversations. The dishes were plentiful, including pork shabu-shabu and steamed pork mille-feuille. The pork shabu-shabu was made with Ooyama Mochi pork, which was tender and delicious. The pork was light and I felt like I could eat as much as I wanted. The steamed dish was made with layers of Chinese cabbage and pork, served with ponzu sauce. The food was delicious and the atmosphere of the restaurant was great, allowing us to have a good time.
