I visited Kappa Ramen again and enjoyed the usual fried rice set along with black ramen. The black ramen had a deep flavor and a delicious kick of garlic that was irresistible. I came here for the first time and ordered the "Kurokappa Ramen" set with Ma-yu oil. The fact that you can get "kimchi," "fried garlic," and "extra noodles" for free is really cost-effective. The ramen was decent for the price, but I personally really liked the yakimeshi. I think next time I come, I'll just come for the yakimeshi. lol

Today, I received preventive dental treatment at the Osaka University Dental Hospital and then visited the Minoh branch for the first time. It was my first time having tonkotsu ramen in a while. My wife ordered "light" while I ordered "strong" flavor, and both were delicious and easy to eat. They offer one free extra serving of noodles, so we couldn't resist getting it. I ordered the fried rice set and my wife ordered gyoza as a side dish. She asked for spicy miso sauce for the gyoza, which paired perfectly with the gyoza sauce. They also offer free fried garlic, which was crunchy and tasty like roasted sweet potatoes. They provide fresh garlic and a grater, so I added a couple of cloves to my extra noodles. We also enjoyed the kimchi (all-you-can-eat). Overall, I think it's a great value for the quality of food. I would love to visit again if I have the chance.

I love this place where you can choose the firmness of the noodles for the easy-to-eat tonkotsu shoyu broth with extra pork fat. They also offer free noodle refills. Although I usually don't take risks, this time I tried the Akakappa ramen... Unfortunately, I felt like the soup died with the addition of the chili oil (personal opinion). Waiting for 20 minutes after ordering during peak hours is a bit much, don't you think? The customer next to me even had to remind them about their fried rice after their ramen arrived.

They even brought us fresh water just as ours was running out. What a thoughtful gesture! This place is amazing! It's a bit far from the station, but there is plenty of parking along the road. The prices are reasonable, with options like Vegetable Ramen for 950 yen, Black Kappa Ramen for 850 yen, White Kappa Ramen for 850 yen, and Kappa Ramen with extra seasoned boiled egg for 950 yen. They also offer the "Odoron Set" for 450 yen, which includes 3 gyoza, 2 pieces of karaage, and a choice of white rice (you can upgrade to fried rice for an additional 200 yen). The free extras are great - kimchi, fried garlic (definitely ask for this), and extra noodles. The Vegetable Ramen tasted delicious with the White Kappa flavor. The pink salt provided with the Odoron Set had a unique taste, but it was so delicious that we ended up dipping the gyoza and karaage in it. I wonder what's in that salt mix! It's addictive. I will definitely go back again.

This time, I had the following: - Negi Ramen for 900 yen - Gyoza for 300 yen The ramen had crispy white negi and cut green onions as toppings, with two large slices of chashu. The menma was soft and had large pieces. The gyoza had a sweet vegetable flavor. I didn't know this before, but at Kappa Ramen, you get one free extra serving of noodles and free kimchi and fried garlic when you order ramen. It's a great deal at this consistently popular restaurant!

I had Kappa Ramen at Takatsuki and it was delicious. I was so intrigued by the Black Kappa Ramen that I visited the Minoh store two days later. It was conveniently located on the way back from Q's Mall, so I had it before heading home. The Takatsuki store had just opened, so it was easy to get in, but this one seemed to be a popular spot with many waiting customers. The menu varies slightly at each location. - Black Kappa Ramen (727 yen) with Negi topping (91 yen): This ramen uses Ma-yu (burnt garlic oil) and the flavor is fantastic. The Negi topping for 91 yen with this volume is amazing! I will definitely add Negi topping every time from now on. The flavor is rich, and I realized halfway through that it would go well with beer, so I ordered Ebisu draft beer. Ebisu draft beer and Black Kappa Ramen pair incredibly well! The crispness of the beer and the elegant aroma after drinking complement each other perfectly. I might get hooked on this combination. - Gyoza (300 yen): The staff recommended the Gyoza and rice set for 318 yen as it is very affordable. It's a great option for guys or girls who can eat a lot. It comes with a special salt, and upon trying it, I could tell that it's different from regular salt. I can get used to this! - Ebisu draft beer (500 yen): Served in a chilled glass, it was delicious. I indulged in a luxurious lunch from noon. I love Kappa Ramen so much that I ended up downloading the app. Despite being busy, the staff provided attentive service, and I was impressed by how efficiently they handled the number of customers. I'm glad Kappa Ramen opened in Takatsuki. I may not have many opportunities to visit the Minoh store, but I would love to go back when I'm nearby again.

I became a lunch refugee and saw the word "ramen" in front of me! I usually only go to the Naniwa-ku factory store, so it was my first time at Kawauso Ramen, haha. It was quite busy. Ramen alone wasn't enough, so I added fried rice! The fried rice was delicious! I enjoyed it very much. Grateful!

In Osaka, this ramen shop is quite popular. It has its main store in Sennichimae and several branch stores. The Minoh branch is located along Route 171 with a spacious parking lot. I went there for lunch on a Sunday at 12:30, right in the middle of the lunch rush. There were 2 groups waiting, but I was lucky to get in after just a 5-minute wait thanks to someone leaving. After me, there were about 4 or 5 groups waiting, so I timed it well. I ordered the Kappa Ramen with light broth (800 yen) and a seasoned boiled egg (80 yen). It's been a while since I had thin noodles like these, and they tasted amazingly good. I chose the light broth, so it stayed delicious until the last bite. I think the heavy broth might have a lot of pork fat floating on top. Since I've been feeling a bit overwhelmed by pork fat lately, choosing the light option was the right call. The seasoned egg was nicely runny, and I also enjoy the hearty bamboo shoots. They have kimchi on the table for you to help yourself. It's a Japanese-style kimchi, not too spicy, so I could eat as much as I wanted. But, I can't help but crave the deliciously spicy Korean kimchi. This shop had a lot of female staff, including the two cooking in the kitchen. They were so cool to watch.

You just have to ask the staff and they bring you freshly fried garlic. It's so soft and tasty! I don't fry garlic at home, and it's not something you find at many restaurants, so the fact that it's unlimited is just mind-blowing! I always ask for extra! Be careful not to overeat though, because once you start, you can't stop! And then there's the free extra noodles. Yes, this is also incredible! Extra noodles usually cost around 100 yen, but as far as I know, Kappa Honpo is the only place where they're free. It's such a joy to have free extra noodles! I've talked a lot about things other than ramen, but of course, the ramen here is also incredibly delicious. I like strong flavors, so I always order the rich ramen. Recently, they also introduced a new menu item called Shirakappa, which is a lighter flavored ramen. If you're curious, you should definitely give it a try!

They also offer a free extra serving of noodles every day. I tried the Black Kappa. They also provide complimentary kimchi on the table, which goes well with the ramen. The Black Kappa has a rich pork bone flavor with a hint of sesame oil that stimulates the appetite. The pork bone soup is robust without any unpleasant odor. The straight thin noodles mix well with the soup. I quickly ordered an extra serving of noodles. The service was fast and efficient. I added some sesame seeds from the table topping to change the flavor slightly. The thick slices of chashu and the thick menma topping were also delicious. It was a satisfying meal.

Its biggest feature is that on weekdays, you can get free extra noodles and free kimchi to eat as much as you want. You can also order garlic fried chicken as a complimentary service. I once got carried away and ordered 3 plates of garlic fried chicken. The aftermath, including bad breath and stomach issues, goes without saying. It's a chain restaurant but serves authentic ramen.
