Today, I had lunch at this place in Yahata-ya Shopping Street after working at Asashio Bridge in the morning! The menu at the storefront looks like this, with many locals opting for takeout. The consomme soup was uniquely flavored with ginger and delicious. The 180g demi-glace hamburger with a sunny-side-up egg was hearty and tasty. The buttery mashed potatoes were excellent too. The shop opened in December 2022, so it still feels fresh.
