Today, in Osaka Temma, Detective Cho and I, Potato Salad, embarked on a mission to investigate a Temma izakaya. This time, we conducted an investigation on a creative Chinese cuisine that we had researched beforehand, called "Boogie Woogie Oracle Berry". This place is a part of the Jack Matilda series, which produces addicts in Fukushima and Temma. Behind the store, there is a cozy atmosphere with a reddish Marcus and a casual Renaissance, where we have visited a few times for drinks, or rather investigations. This time, it was our first investigation here. Both Detective Cho and I were nervous as we entered the store. The interior of the store had a counter surrounding the kitchen and table seating. The close proximity of the staff and customers allowed us to experience the speed of food service and the atmosphere that Potato Salad, who enjoys the experience, was curious about. We started with Detective Cho ordering a draft beer and me ordering a frozen pineapple chu-hi. We were immediately hooked. Detective Cho, the issue is the food. Potato Salad. What should we order? We ordered Mapo tofu, Menma plate, Potato Salad with shumai, and Spicy stir-fried soft bone. The Mapo tofu was as recommended, delicious with chunks of meat in large tofu. Instant arrest. Menma plate was Detective Cho's favorite, so we ordered it. It was served hot, stir-fried in oil. I was a bit surprised as I thought it would be cold. A boiled egg also appeared from the bottom. Detective Cho was satisfied with this. Instant arrest. I love Potato Salad, and this one was Uni Potato Salad. It had the flavor of sea urchin in the potato with tobiko and fresh sea urchin. It was amazing. Instant arrest. The shumai had four large pieces, with normal ingredients as expected from its appearance. The flavor was a bit mild. I might have expected too much. Interrogation. Spicy stir-fried soft bone had a curry flavor that paired well with beer and chu-hi. The crunchy texture of the soft bone and lotus root was good. Arrest. Finally, we ordered a plum sauce finish, mackerel, chicken skin chips, and rare grilled beef harami. The plum sauce finish mackerel was a dish to finish off the meal, and it was a mackerel dish for Detective Cho. Huh? The plum sauce was lighter than expected, lacking a punch. It was refreshing but the portion was small. Hmm. Interrogation. Chicken skin chips were a good snack with alcohol. It was just fine. Detective Cho said this was the dish to order first. He argued that it was not a finishing dish. Arrest. The grilled beef harami was cooked perfectly, leaving the red meat of the harami intact while the outside was well grilled. It had a miso-like flavor in the sauce, and it was an instant arrest. Detective Cho, that was the best one at the end, right? Yeah, but the investigation in Temma has just begun. This is a drinking paradise, Temma. There are still more high-level stores to arrest. Train your palate, with your palate. That's all for this report, but an important reference material that we have not yet investigated has been confirmed here. Further investigation is needed. (Potato Salad Glossary) Instant arrest - A dish that is too delicious, confirmed to be ordered again. Arrest - Delicious, but could be improved. Interrogation - No need to order again, just an ordinary dish.
