This is a izakaya located on the 3rd floor of a building in Shinsaibashi. My husband got to know the owner and we made a reservation the next day and went there. There are counter seats and table seats, and even on a weekday night, it was almost full. When we sat down, there was a message card, which was nice. Thank you. First, we had two types of otoshi: fried eggplant and grated yam topping. My husband ordered an extra dish of fried chicken. We also had green onion and grated wasabi, which was a delicious side dish. You can also get a refill of nori. We tried the sasami yamakake shio yukke, which was refreshing and easy to eat. You can choose between grilled Omi chicken thigh and breast, or you can mix them. We ordered the homemade tsukune hamburger in magnum size 220g, which we thought was big, but surprisingly, we finished it quickly with two people. The ginger aroma and crispy texture were addictive. We also had the Naruto sweet potato fried with honey butter, which was the best with the buttery scent and sweet honey. The fried mozzarella with sweet chili sauce was also delicious with the melty mozzarella and sweet and spicy chili sauce. They also had a good selection of non-alcoholic drinks. I saw MONAN's syrup, so I ordered it, thinking it must be delicious. I tried the mango tonic mocktail, which was enjoyable. I wanted to try all the varieties. I will definitely go back again.

I visited this place before the pandemic and was impressed by the high level of izakaya restaurants in the city. Finally, I made it to Osaka and headed straight here. I started with a lime sour (which I love) and ordered a platter of assorted side dishes, potato salad, and homemade tsukune hamburg steak. The lime sour was just right, not too heavy on the lime, refreshing yet not weak. The platter of side dishes was amazing, each one carefully made. The potato salad was my favorite paste type, leaving a hint of potato flavor. The tsukune hamburg steak was available with cheese topping, but I went with the normal option. It was incredibly delicious no matter what. I wish we had a place like this in my hometown, but on the other hand, I might end up going too often if we did (laughs).

The atmosphere of the store is great and the staff are friendly and provide polite service, making it easy to talk to them. The chicken liver and tsukune with grated daikon and ponzu sauce are recommended! They were delicious. They have a wide variety of Japanese sake and homemade shochu highballs. It was my first time visiting, but I definitely want to go back again. Repeat visit confirmed!
