I discovered a soba restaurant in the Abiko area. It seems like a relatively new place, open for about 2 years. I remembered eating grated soba at 4 different places around Fukui Prefecture (around Imajo Station) the day before using a Seishun 18 ticket. I ordered grated soba for 980 yen (tax included). The soba noodles were thin and somewhat fragile. The staff recommended trying the salt with soba seeds on the table first to taste the flavor. As I continued eating with toppings like wasabi and green onions, the taste changed. At the end, a thick soba soup was served at the right timing. It was quite different from the grated soba in Fukui. The price was about 30% cheaper in Osaka, but the familiar taste of soba was delicious. It was a refined experience. Thank you for the meal.

I was a bit hesitant to visit this restaurant because there were few reviews and I couldn't see inside. The restaurant looked upscale for Abiko. There was only one other group of customers. I ordered the tempura soba. The tempura came in a small basket, which was nice. The soba was served on a round plate with a sieve on top. I thought they could have presented it in a more appetizing way. The tempura included 2 shrimp, eggplant, shiso leaf, shiitake mushroom, and pumpkin. They were all crispy and delicious. The soba and dipping sauce were also tasty. The soba broth was thick. The eggplant was cut neatly, the pumpkin was thick, and the shiitake mushroom was crispy. It was high-quality tempura. I really like the soba noodles here. The chef and his wife's hospitality is wonderful. I come here twice a month. The soba soup at the end is thick and delicious.

Before getting my hair cut, I suddenly felt like eating soba noodles and decided to stop by this restaurant. I ordered the lunch set with zaru soba and tempura rice bowl. It was really delicious, so I will definitely visit again.
