I visited the restaurant again after about a year. This time, I had mainly yakitori and fried rice dishes. It seems that due to recent price increases, the negima skewers had less meat in the middle, but I appreciate the effort the restaurant is putting in. The other menu items were also delicious, and I really like dining at small independent restaurants. They served cola in a plastic bottle, which was nice as it felt light without the carbonation fizz. Overall, it was a great experience, and I look forward to coming back again.

Ordered through a touch panel and the staff brought the food. It was just after New Year's, and there were many items marked as sold out on the touch panel when ordering. Even the popular yakitori dishes were frequently sold out towards the end. However, the taste was good overall. The skewers were a bit salty but flavorful, and we enjoyed the meal.

This is a popular local restaurant. They have days when drinks are half price until 7 pm. It's a family-friendly place with hot pot options and a friendly master and mama. Even though they may run out of fresh ingredients on certain days, it's a reliable and trustworthy restaurant. ❤️

After finishing up errands with friends at Dainichi Aeon, what to do for dinner? Yakitori!!!! If you go left, there's the chain store Torikizoku. If you go right, there's Miyoshin. Toriya Miyoshi @ Osaka Oonichi is located about 5 minutes from Oonichi Station, and despite its location, it is always packed! There's even a sign right near the Oonichi Station ticket gate. The interior of the restaurant has a dim and cozy atmosphere, with lots of customers chatting and having a good time♪ There are counter seats, table seats, and even sunken kotatsu seats on the first floor, while the second floor has seats for banquets. Now, with a beer in hand, it's time to order♪ Negima (chicken and green onion skewers) @ 160 yen The chicken pieces here are huge, and they use locally sourced, fresh chicken! The perfectly grilled skewers have a rare center, which is incredibly delicious о(ж＞▽＜)ｙ☆ I really love this level of doneness! The crispy outer layer from the charcoal grill and the juicy rare center are irresistible. Kawa (chicken skin) @ 160 yen, Tebasaki (chicken wings) @ 180 yen, Tsukune (chicken meatballs) @ 160 yen, Kokoro (chicken heart) @ 160 yen I'll skip describing each one, but the grilling is spot on★ They stop just before the meat is fully cooked through, leaving it to finish cooking with residual heat, allowing the juices to seep out slowly. I've ordered it before, and it was absolutely amazing! The portion size is huge, but unfortunately, my dad refused to eat it (‾□‾;)!! It's really a lot for one person, so I had to give up this time. By the way, my dad also dislikes chicken liver, so that's another no-go. Looking for someone to share chicken sashimi and liver with me~ haha. By the way, this restaurant offers half-price grilled items on Wednesdays♪ It's such a great deal to get such delicious grilled chicken skewers at half price! I tried the famous Kamameshi at Miyoshi-san's restaurant and it was delicious! I also had momo tataki and various skewers. Lately, I've been hooked on asparagus bacon (lol). The prices are a bit high, but each dish is tasty and I like the izakaya atmosphere. Orders are placed via a touch panel. Although I didn't try it this time, they also have chicken hot pot which I'd like to try next time. I want to go back with my family soon (lol).

I have been visiting this place occasionally for a while now. Don't underestimate Odaichi Local, as it is just as good as the yakitori restaurant on Higashi Street. Everything is delicious. The yakitori is great, and my absolute favorite is the cherry tomatoes, which I eat despite the risk of burning my mouth. It's conveniently located right after getting off at Odaichi Station, so I often come here with friends. Oh, I've even taken small children here, and they were very accommodating. I recommend going early to avoid the crowds.
