Located about a 5-minute walk from Nakasu Kawabata, we visited "Ishida," a Japanese restaurant. This time, it was a business dinner, so I couldn't take photos, but the restaurant was quite impressive, so I'd like to share my experience. We had the omakase kaiseki course. The private rooms were elegant and each one was well-separated, ensuring privacy. The food was authentic and the presentation was delicate, showing attention to detail. As Japanese cuisine tends to be subtle and gentle in flavor, coming from a diet of mostly junk food, I found it slightly lacking in richness, but the meticulously crafted taste, the friendliness of the staff - everything was satisfying. They also have a great selection of carefully curated sake, making it a perfect place for those who enjoy savoring sake while having leisurely conversations. I highly recommend this restaurant for those looking for a good Japanese dining experience. Truly a delightful meal. Thank you very much.

This restaurant has a lot of regular customers, and the counter seating is not very relaxing due to the bright lighting. I made a reservation for a private room with a chef's choice course and enjoyed the taste of autumn using seasonal premium ingredients. I would like to visit again in the winter for a blowfish course. Next time, I would like to sit at the counter.

Tonight, we visited this restaurant in Hakata with arrangements made by the other party. It is conveniently located along the Nakagawa River, close to Nakasu. The exterior and interior of the restaurant have a calm atmosphere, with a welcoming feel that is not too intimidating. Inside, there are counter seats, table seats, and private rooms on the second floor, making it suitable for various situations. The service is attentive, providing a sense of security. The food is decent, neither outstanding nor disappointing, just right in the middle. It is a good choice for business dinners. Thank you for the meal.

I went to a Japanese restaurant in Nakasu. It's called Nihon Ryori Ishida, just a few minutes' walk from Nakasu Kawabata Station. We went there to celebrate with my family. The friendly chef and hostess welcomed us warmly, making us feel at ease. We left the menu selection to the chef, and enjoyed a course meal starting with sashimi, followed by beautifully presented kaiseki dishes. The private tatami room on the second floor was just the right size for our group, and our parents were delighted. The staff's warm hospitality made our time there pleasant until we left. I would definitely love to visit again if given the chance.

I found a Japanese restaurant in Nakasu while searching for seasonal course meals for business entertainment. They offer a course using blowfish, so I went there the other day. I made a reservation for a weekday night and went to the restaurant. The restaurant is in a building, and this time I was seated in a private room on the second floor. The first floor has table seats facing the counter kitchen. This time, I ordered the blowfish course, which is currently in season. Before the main hot pot, we had small dishes and a fresh sashimi assortment, and the beauty of the dishes and presentation was impressive. The fried and steamed dishes were also satisfying for the other party. The eagerly awaited blowfish hot pot was packed with meat and delicious. The atmosphere of the private room was also good, making it a nice restaurant for business use. I definitely want to visit again.

I have been traveling back and forth between Aichi and Fukuoka recently. This time, I was brought to this restaurant by the host. It was a Japanese restaurant located in a building along the Nakagawa River. We were greeted warmly at the entrance and escorted to a private room. Since I was the guest this time, I do not know the exact names of the courses, but we enjoyed delicious kaiseki cuisine from the appetizer to the final soup. Each dish had a gentle flavor of dashi and was very tasty. The dishes incorporated seasonal ingredients and the simple yet beautiful presentation was visually pleasing. I later found out that this restaurant is quite accessible and I would definitely use it frequently if it were nearby. The staff's service was excellent as well. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

As the scent of spring draws near, I went to enjoy fugu cuisine before it becomes unavailable. I visited a restaurant called Ishida in Nakasu. I had the Special Fugu Course. It seems that it's okay to visit without a reservation, but I recommend making one as they may have limited supply. Since it was my first time, I stuck with the basic course, but they can customize it to fit your budget. The course started with appetizers, followed by beautifully arranged fugu sashimi and a flavorful fugu hot pot. Every dish was delicious, but the fugu sashimi was particularly artistic. The thinly sliced fugu, almost translucent, had a perfect balance of flavor that could even reflect the color of the plate. When dipped in ponzu sauce with grated radish, the refreshing and delicate taste spread in my mouth. I enjoyed the unique texture of fugu with each bite, feeling happy with every chew. I also tried the simmered fugu fins, which were flavorful and tender. They sometimes have ankimo (monkfish liver) and shirako (milt) available, so I'm curious to try those next time. The speed of service was just right, and I had a pleasant dining experience from start to finish. Thank you for the meal.

It's been a while since I visited this restaurant. According to my previous post, it's been about a year and a half, and I was surprised by how time has flown. Leaving that aside, I had a great time once again with my boss. This time, we had the seasonal hot pot course, and we enjoyed a blowfish hot pot. I watched from a distance as we ordered, observing the head chefs' movements and food preparation, and I was amazed by their efficient and meticulous work. It was truly a display of craftsmanship. The dishes were served promptly, and I was deeply moved by the blowfish dish, which I hadn't had in years. Not only the blowfish hot pot, but also the small dishes and steamed dishes were of high quality as always, reaching a level of beauty. The flavors were exceptional, highlighting the essence of Japanese cuisine. I can't help but say, once again, that I was truly impressed. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I visited a Japanese restaurant called "Ishida" in Nakasu! This time, I had a business dinner in a private room that was reserved for us. The restaurant is located in a building near Deai Bridge, with the entire building dedicated to the restaurant. We left the ordering to the other party, and I was delighted to be served various fugu dishes, including fugu sashimi and fugu hot pot, to provide a Kyushu-style hospitality. I live in the Kanto region, so I enjoyed trying different ways of eating fugu. The hospitality of the staff was kind and warm, and I was satisfied with their hospitality. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal!

I used a Japanese restaurant called Ishida for a business entertainment in Nakasu. It is located within walking distance from Nakasu Kawabata Station, and it is also close to the meeting point of Deai Bridge, making it relatively easy to find even for first-timers. The restaurant is in a building, with a counter seat on the first floor where the kitchen is also located, and private rooms on the second floor. A friendly waitress guided us to a private room on the second floor. This time, I thought a hot pot would be suitable for the season, so I ordered a natural blowfish course. This course is only available in winter, and it seemed to be well received by the guests. The natural blowfish was thick and when cooked in a pot, it had a chewy texture and was quite delicious. I felt relieved that I could provide a seasonal hospitality. There are also kaiseki courses available at different prices, and I would like to visit again on another occasion. I recommend it for a calm adult date.

Long time no see. Before I knew it, the new year had arrived, and time really flies, doesn't it? To start off the new year, my family and I visited a Japanese restaurant called Ishida. When we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by a counter, but since we had a larger group, we were shown to a slightly bigger room. The room had beautiful tatami flooring and a calm atmosphere. We ordered the fugu course meal. It included fugu sashimi, fugu hot pot, and other dishes, which made me, a fugu lover, very happy! The fugu sashimi was transparent and looked amazing, with a subtle and elegant taste. On the other hand, the fugu hot pot was delicious with well-cooked fugu and vegetables, warming us up from the inside. Even after finishing the meal, the delicious flavors lingered in our mouths, making us truly appreciate the wonderful meal. My family seemed satisfied as well, which was great! This restaurant could be a potential candidate for future business dinners as well!

I visited the Japanese restaurant Ishida, located about a 5-minute walk from Nakasu Kawabata Station. The exterior of the restaurant had a traditional Japanese curtain at the entrance. I sat at the counter on the first floor this time, where I was greeted by several chefs and the hostess. Since it was getting colder, I decided to try Ishida's winter specialty, the fugu hot pot! The fugu sashimi, in season now, was incredibly delicious. The hot pot had thickly sliced fugu, allowing me to fully enjoy the texture and flavor of the fugu. Eating seasonal dishes like this is truly a luxurious experience. Itadakimasu~☆

The eighth food log is at "Japanese Cuisine Ishida"! I had some extra income so I took my girlfriend to this high-end restaurant that we normally wouldn't go to. It's a 5-minute walk from Nakasu Kawabata Station! The atmosphere of the restaurant is like a classic high-end Japanese restaurant, very cool! Even though it was still early, there were already a few customers which surprised me. We sat at the counter seats and ordered the seasonal fugu sashimi that we had reserved in advance. Shortly after ordering, the beautifully arranged fugu sashimi with a crane design appeared in front of us, which was amazing. It had a unique beauty of Japanese cuisine! It was actually our first time trying fugu sashimi, and the chef taught us how to eat it while we enjoyed it. It was so delicious that we couldn't believe how good it was! My girlfriend was also very happy, probably the happiest she's been recently. It was a great date in the best Japanese atmosphere, enjoying the most delicious fugu. I will definitely come back (if I have extra income again)!

On this day, I moved to Nakasu and went to a Japanese restaurant called Ishida. It is known for its delicious fugu and ara-nabe hot pot dishes during this season. The entrance and counter seats were on the first floor of the building. This time, I enjoyed the course dishes, which were divided by price, and had a delicious meal. I was able to enjoy various dishes, including sashimi and bamboo shoots, and savor the taste of autumn. The fun conversations with the head chef and the hostess made the atmosphere lively, and it was a cozy Japanese restaurant where even solo diners can easily drop by.

A kaiseki restaurant located in Nakasu, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City. I made a reservation because a colleague had something to celebrate. The subdued lighting creates a sense of luxury in a space that feels very adult. The skillful hands of the chefs working behind the counter add a wonderful touch to the ambiance. This time, we ordered the chef's special course. The sashimi was beautifully presented on a bed of ice. The simmered dish featured premium nodoguro fish, followed by grilled white eel and fried blowfish, showcasing the finest quality ingredients. Needless to say, the flavors were exceptional. Treating my colleague to this restaurant for their celebration made me happy. I would definitely like to visit this place again if given the chance.

When I visited Fukuoka the other day, I had dinner here! A friend who knows a lot of delicious restaurants made a reservation for us, and the food and the staff were really wonderful! The restaurant is located in Nakasu, close to Nakasu Kawabata Station. On this day, we were seated at the counter on the first floor. We enjoyed a delicious kaiseki course while watching the chef's skilled hands at work in front of us! The chef, who also engaged in conversation with us while working, was friendly and very enjoyable. The course had a seasonal touch in both presentation and ingredients, making it a feast for the eyes and the taste buds. I am grateful to my friend for taking me to such a wonderful restaurant! Thank you for the meal!

I visited a Japanese restaurant called Ishida near Nakasu Kawabata Station on the subway. I went around 7:00 pm on a weekday, and there were Fukuoka's famous food stalls around, and I enjoyed the Fukuoka-like scenery on the way. The restaurant is a three-story building with traditional Japanese-style counter seats on the first floor. This time, we ordered course meals separately by price. The carefully prepared dishes such as sashimi, grilled dishes, fried dishes, and soup with a refined flavor of dashi made me feel that being Japanese is wonderful. The waitress also engaged in fun conversations, and the chef entertained us with talk while skillfully moving his hands, making time fly by. I will visit here again when I go to Fukuoka next time.
