I came to Fukae Bridge Gourmet in Higashihigashi (ᐡ •͈ ·̫ •͈ ᐡ) The specialty of the restaurant is the Hakata soul food "torikawa", which is chicken skin that becomes more flavorful the more you chew! However, what really caught my attention was the "Liver Special" which perfectly matched my taste (ᐡ⸝⸝• ̫ •⸝⸝ᐡ)⋆ ✩ ⋆ ┄ ⋆ ✩ ⋆ ┄ ⋆ ✩ ⋆ ┄ ⋆ ✩ ⋆ ┄ ⋆ ✩ ⋆ ▫️Pure Oita-made Kabosu sake 495 yen ▫️Skewer - Black skin (with sauce) 209 yen ▫️Delicious Liver Special 275 yen ▫️Raw tsukune cheese 253 yen ▫️Red wiener 195 yen The Kabosu sake was incredibly delicious! I tried it for the first time! (◎_◎;) It's different from shochu highball...and different from plum wine... (Well, that makes sense (゚o゚;; A truly impressive encounter with this sake! And the Liver Special was amazing! All that for just 275 yen. It's definitely a great deal! It was so delicious~!!! They use fresh liver, cooked with sesame oil and salt... When I visited around 9:00 PM on a weekend, there were only 2 pieces left! ✨ They have many other delicious and carefully crafted yakitori dishes, so if you're in the area, you should definitely check it out (ᐡ •͈ ·̫ •͈ ᐡ) Thank you for the meal! .・*・.・*・.・*・.・*・.・*・.・*・.

This is my fourth time going, and the chicken skin here is absolutely delicious. The flavor spreads as you chew, and it seems like it's not very well known but I really like it. Not only the skin, but the yolk in the chicken tartare is also very rich and orange in color. Every yakitori here is great so I always end up eating too much. The liver sashimi is also good, without any unpleasant smell and only costs 550 yen. The salad, especially the potato salad, is unique and filling so I recommend ordering it first. If you happen to pass by Fukae Bridge, please stop by. It was even featured on TV! I was so excited to eat that I forgot to take photos, so I only have these two, sorry.

The piled-up green onions are delicious, and the lemon sour from Shodoshima is the best. The skin is also delicious, the sashimi is delicious, and there are cute girls and a bald head chef! All the grilled dishes are to my liking.

Today, a friend recommended a yakitori restaurant located at Fukae Hashi on the Chuo Line subway, so I visited "Kawa Hachi" restaurant. It is located just west of exit 1 of Fukae Hashi Station, along Chuo Dori. There are counter seats in the front and table seats in the back. First, I ordered a draft beer. The Kirin Ichiban Shibori draft beer was delicious. The appetizer was simmered daikon and fried tofu. Next, I ordered the following dishes: the specialty leek platter, juicy negima (chicken thigh with leeks), rare-grilled salted chicken tenderloin, raw tsukune (chicken meatball), black skin with sauce, and konjac with eggs. The yakitori quality was high, and I still want to try many more dishes in the future. It was a delicious meal.

Hello, good evening! Today, I went to Fukae Bridge after drinking nearby. Inside the restaurant, there is a counter right at the entrance and tables in the back. It was packed inside, so I had to squeeze in to get a seat. Even though it's a weekday, it was quite busy! I quickly ordered the famous chicken skin. It was delicious! The sauce was well soaked and tasty, and the chicken skin was juicy and flavorful. I focused too much on the skin because it was so delicious, but everything was tasty. I will definitely come back again. Thank you for the meal.

The other day, I went to a yakitori restaurant near my company with a junior colleague. As soon as we entered, there was a counter seat and a few table seats in the back, surprisingly spacious. The restaurant can also accommodate banquets. This place is known for its chicken skin. I've had chicken skin at many places before, but this one is completely different! When I asked the chef, he said that the skin is grilled and marinated for several days. That explains why it's so tasty. The chef personally skewers all the other items on the menu, and each one has its own unique twist depending on the ingredient. The rare chicken tail was also incredibly rich and delicious! The chicken neck, heart, liver, breast, and meatball were all really tasty! Above all, the chef's grilling skills are outstanding! Some items are served rare, indicating the use of fresh ingredients. They also offer sashimi in the morning, and we ordered a platter. The creamy liver was amazing! The chef's recommended soy sauce was a new taste for me, but it paired perfectly with the sashimi! The side menu is extensive, with many unique items that were delicious! The rich egg over rice at the end was too delicious! The yolk was so rich in color! Even when you're full, you can still eat it. You must try it! The cost performance is good, so you can eat to your heart's content without worry. However, the chef's face can be intimidating at first... I needed courage to enter the restaurant, but when I talked to him across the counter, he had the best smile and was very friendly, making the conversation enjoyable! They use carefully selected chicken and are passionate about their craft, making it a seriously good yakitori place that you won't find around here! I'll definitely go again soon! I'm no longer scared, so next time I'll casually walk into the restaurant.

Visited a new yakitori restaurant that recently opened near Fukae Hashi with a colleague from work. The name of the restaurant and the signboard also emphasize the focus on chicken skin. It is located just a short walk from Fukae Hashi Station. Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted by a delightful aroma. We sat at the counter and started off with a toast with beer. We ordered dishes mainly centered around chicken skin. The chicken skin here is different from the usual yakitori places, seems like it requires extra effort in preparation. It's not greasy and tastes great. We also ordered the pork belly, which always hits the spot. It came with mustard, which surprisingly complemented the dish well. We decided to try the hot potato salad, which is usually served cold. It was delicious and a bit surprising. We also tried the spicy chicken wings, which had a unique seasoning. It paired well with beer, although the exact seasoning remains a mystery. Each dish had its own little twist, showing the attention to detail and creativity of this yakitori restaurant. The owner seemed passionate and had a craftsman-like quality. Overall, it was a great atmosphere at this restaurant.
