The other day, I went to a yakitori restaurant near my company with a junior colleague. As soon as we entered, there was a counter seat and a few table seats in the back, surprisingly spacious. The restaurant can also accommodate banquets. This place is known for its chicken skin. I've had chicken skin at many places before, but this one is completely different! When I tried it, I was like, "Wow, what is this?!" The appearance is different, and the texture is something I've never experienced before! Definitely try it out! It's really delicious! When I asked the chef, he said that the skin is grilled and marinated for several days. That explains why it's so tasty. The chef personally skewers all the other items on the menu, and each one has its own unique twist depending on the ingredient. The rare chicken tail was also incredibly rich and delicious! The chicken neck, heart, liver, breast, and meatball were all really tasty! Above all, the chef's grilling skills are outstanding! Some items are served rare, indicating the use of fresh ingredients. They also offer sashimi in the morning, and we ordered a platter. The creamy liver was amazing! The chef's recommended soy sauce was a new taste for me, but it paired perfectly with the sashimi! The side menu is extensive, with many unique items that were delicious! The rich egg over rice at the end was too delicious! The yolk was so rich in color! Even when you're full, you can still eat it. You must try it! The cost performance is good, so you can eat to your heart's content without worry. However, the chef's face can be intimidating at first... I needed courage to enter the restaurant, but when I talked to him across the counter, he had the best smile and was very friendly, making the conversation enjoyable! They use carefully selected chicken and are passionate about their craft, making it a seriously good yakitori place that you won't find around here! I'll definitely go again soon! I'm no longer scared, so next time I'll casually walk into the restaurant.
