I usually never buy or eat French toast, but since they didn't have anpan, I reluctantly chose a relatively sweet bread. I went to Daily Yamazaki around 9 in the morning and was surprised to find that they only had curry bread, sandwiches, and hamburger buns. However, to my surprise, the bread was delicious. The thick bread was soaked in beaten egg and milk, with a rich yellow color throughout. Powdered sugar sprinkled on top delivered sweetness to my mouth. When I bit into it, a creamy custard flooded out, spreading a natural sweetness along with the scent of vanilla. It was like a tsunami of deliciousness. I think I'm becoming a big fan.
