ソルティー塩味
I also visit affiliated stores such as Kitahama and Yodoyabashi, but I like the atmosphere here. It's an area with many high-end restaurants in Nishi-Temma, but there are also standing bars, making it a popular spot for gourmet enthusiasts. A new Ikoka-san has opened here, which is within walking distance from Umeda and has a great location. The nearest station is a bit tricky, but places like Naniwabashi, Kita-Shinchi, and Yodoyabashi are relatively close. The yakitori starts with a set of 6 skewers, and you can also order your favorite yakitori. The first dish that came out was fried eggplant soaked in sauce with chopped okra, which has a taste similar to micro shiso. The moment I ate the eggplant, I was convinced that it would be delicious today. Before the skewers, you should try the signature dishes of Ikoka, the chicken sashimi sushi and the kombu-marinated dish, both of which were extremely delicious! The tataki of chicken thighs served on a plate was crispy and delicious. The yakitori included chicken breast, chicken oyster, tsukune, and a special cut skewer, all of which were cooked to perfection. The chicken oyster had a great amount of fat and was super delicious. I tried the Uji matcha sour drink, which looked delicious from its color and was indeed very tasty and easy to drink. The quail skewer I added was also delicious, with a rare and tender texture that I love. When I ordered the fried chicken, I was thrilled by its large size! My friends made a reservation, and when we went with four people, each of us could enjoy one piece of fried chicken. I wanted to eat two or three pieces! For the finale, we had tantan noodles, which were the best. You could adjust the spiciness yourself with a separate plate of spices. The flavor had a balance of sweetness and spiciness, tempting the appetite even as a finishing dish. I didn't have the chicken cutlet bowl that day, but I want to try it next time! It was a great experience, with a relaxed atmosphere, the freedom to eat as much as you want, and a friendly owner. There were also overseas travelers at the next table who seemed very satisfied. It was really delicious. I will visit again!
