※Review from 2022. [Momotoukasa Sabou-kun's Peach Parfait]
◆Glass
- Momotoukasa Sabou-kun cookie
- Flower cookie
- Peach sherbet
- Shine Muscat
- Cream cheese pudding
- Raspberry milk pudding
- Mascarpone cream
- Earl Grey chiffon
◆Plate
- Snowball cookie
- Peach slices
This dessert is truly adorable. That's the best way to describe it. It falls into the fancy category, but it is meticulously crafted so it doesn't come off as childish. As a result, the taste is also excellent. This parfait features Sabou-kun in a flower field wearing a peach hood. It uses the equivalent of one whole peach. Surrounding the peach sherbet with Shine Muscat is a colorful array of dots resembling pink raspberry milk and white cream cheese flavored pudding. The round shape and jelly-like texture are enjoyable. Even the peach-themed snowball cookie adds a light and crispy accent. Both visually and in taste, it all comes together in a sweet and gentle world. Also, the drink is just as cute. Sabou-kun latte made with ice cream. I usually never choose sweet drinks, but I couldn't resist the cuteness. The composition seems to change every year, and this year's peach parfait inspired by Momotaro, as well as the peach plate, looked fun too. Unfortunately, I didn't make it in time this year, but I'm thinking of visiting again next year.

I had some business in Higashi Osaka, so I decided to treat myself to some delicious sweets. I made a reservation at Kumayan because it looked so cute! I used the TableCheck system to make the reservation. The cafe is located near JR Shuntokumichi Station, with a coin parking lot right around the corner. The cafe can only accommodate two groups at a time. Upon entering, you place your order at the register and then take a seat. Water and towels are self-service. They accept payment through PayPay. I ordered the "Momo Sabo Parfait" for ¥1800 and an iced coffee for ¥500. The interior of the cafe is also very cute. The parfait arrived, and it was so adorable with a bear named Sabo-kun. It was a bit challenging to eat, but I managed to scoop out the peach onto the plate using the leaf. The peach sorbet inside was delicious. The bottom part had a sweet bean paste-like texture with a traditional Japanese feel. Sabo-kun was just too cute. Eating something so cute was very soothing. This cafe is all about enjoying cute food. Thank you for the meal!

It was a very beautiful and lovely cafe, with a lot of cute menu options. I happened to be nearby for errands and decided to go in, but it seemed like everyone had reservations. There were people coming alone as well as with friends, and it seemed like there were mostly women. Everyone was taking lots of pictures! I think it's also a great place for couples. I only stayed for about 20 minutes so I just ordered a cafe latte, but if I had more time, the crepes looked delicious!

I've been following this cafe on Instagram for a while and I finally got to visit Tsunagu Chabo! Today, I went for their Valentine's menu item, the bread plate "Present from Tsunagu-chan to Sabo-kun." It comes with creamy stew as the main dish, along with bread, salad, and a sweet strawberry treat with Tsunagu-chan inside the bread - super cute! The salad is dressed with salt and lemon-flavored olive oil, and it's not only adorable but also has a generous portion with a variety of ingredients so you won't get tired of it. The creamy stew is so rich and delicious, especially when you dip the bread in it. It looks like you can also stuff the stew inside the bread for a tasty treat. Lastly, the Tsunagu-chan sweet treat is like a dessert - Sabo-kun and Tsunagu-chan are made of chocolate cookies, giving off a lovely Valentine's vibe. All of this for only 1300 yen is such a great deal! The menu here, including the sweets, is all incredibly cute, so I definitely want to come back for more. ❤️

❥Halloween-themed plates❥Halloween quiche plate❥Sabo-kun's cream soda was incredibly elaborate and impressive. When all the plates are lined up, they look so cute!❣️The persimmon tart has persimmons in the bread, the ghosts have muscat grapes inside, the quiche with beautiful autumn vegetables layered, and Frankenstein is made with green Taiwanese castella. The homemade purple sweet potato ice cream and black sesame ice cream have rich flavors, and the quality of everything was amazing and top-notch.

Saboh-kun's Halloween parfait * Osaka, Shuntoku-dori. Tsunagu Sabo @tsunagu_saboh. Sabo's Halloween 2022 Halloween parfait 1,500 yen. Inside the glass: Dark cherry and kirsch jelly, blueberry cream, cassis sherbet, cross pie, ghost chips, coffin cookies. On top of the glass: Charcoal sable, bitter chocolate pudding, crescent langues de chat, two types of grapes - shine muscat, Nagano purple. On the plate: Pumpkin snowball. I went to rescue Sabo-kun trapped inside the glass! The cookies have a gentle cinnamon flavor and delicate craftsmanship. Sabo-kun and the Halloween coffin, even the skulls, are too cute and irresistible. The appearance is adorable and the taste is delicious. Highly recommend making a reservation for the parfait or any other desired items! If you can't make a reservation, try going early on the day! #HigashiOsakaCafe #HigashiOsakaSweets #TsunaguSabo #Sabo-kun #Halloween #Shuntoku-doriCafe

Starting today, grape crepes at Tsunagu Saboh in Osaka, Toshinori Road. From today, 9/13... Autumn color bouquet crepes with grapes for 2,500 yen. Sabo-kun's cream soda for 800 yen. Crepes made with Shine Muscat and Nagano Purple. The grapes are lined up beautifully! Three types of cookies, with a delicious cinnamon flavor. The crepes seem to be cooked slowly at low temperatures, with a chewy texture and no burnt edges. The cream is a cheese-based, maybe mascarpone? Lighter and easier to eat than whipped cream. The Nagano Purple is rich, while the Shine Muscat is refreshing, alternating between the two is enjoyable. The tiny grapes are perhaps Delaware? The soda is in autumn colors, resembling a twilight cherry syrup. The ice cream on top is rich in milk flavor, truly delicious and lovely! Once again, it was very cute and delicious. Thank you for the meal. Tsunagu Saboh, Osaka Prefecture, Higashiosaka City, Eiwa 1-25-1, Celeb Fuse Higashi 1F, 12:00-17:00.

I've always been curious about Tsunagu Chabo, so I finally went there! The interior is clean and beautiful as they have just relocated. There were many cute Sabo-kun dolls for photos, which was very soothing! I made a reservation in advance as it is a popular spot, and I recommend doing so. Here's what I ordered: Sabo Santa's Strawberry Parfait for 1700 yen, Shiro Sabo-kun's Sunshine Muscat Glass Short Parfait for 1500 yen, Sabo-kun's Strawberry and Coconut Rare Cheesecake for 1100 yen, Hojicha Latte for 500 yen with a 100 yen discount for a set, and Royal Milk Tea for 500 yen with a 100 yen discount for a set. I ordered a Hojicha Latte but they accidentally made a Matcha Latte, so they told me to enjoy it anyway, which is why you can see it in the photos. Everything was delicious, and my mother also really enjoyed it, which made me happy. The prices are a bit high, but it's cute and worth it. As someone who wants to support future employment assistance, this was a great learning experience for me. The food was delicious, the service was very polite, and I definitely want to go back. I will visit again! I also have an Instagram account, so please follow me if you'd like. @gourmet_liketoeat

I made a reservation for Saturday at 2:30 pm. I ordered and paid at the counter before being seated. I chose to sit at the counter when making the reservation, but the seating arrangement seemed to be based on the order of arrival. I ordered the "Onigiri Kuririn" which was a cute dessert where Sabo-kun drops onigiri into a glass filled with fruits and ice, topped with matcha mont blanc on a pie base. I also ordered the Mixed Fruit Juice, which was like a frozen smoothie. The presentation was adorable, but I couldn't take good photos due to the lighting. The taste was delicious, and the service was great. The restroom was clean. The restaurant has irregular business hours, but I would love to visit again if I have the chance.

The store where Kurokuma's "Sabou-kun" is located has signs and menus all over the place featuring "Sabou-kun" dishes, such as a parfait where "Sabou-kun" is admiring the moon, and a smoothie where "Sabou-kun" becomes a tiny monk. In short, it's a trendy restaurant. Many people were using professional cameras to take photos. The place is popular, so it's recommended to make a reservation early (I experienced items being sold out when I made a reservation the day before). You can reserve seats only, but sometimes you may end up with only drinks available to order, so it's best to reserve the menu as well. I ordered the "Sabou-kun Fig Plate" and the "Tiny Monk Sabou-kun and Japanese Pear Smoothie." The dishes really stand out! They may not beat Kumao, but they are quite impressive. This place seems to attract bear lovers, as the person at the next table also brought their own bear. The interior is 100% female, but I'm starting to get used to it and can now strike up conversations with others. As for the taste, they are skilled in using seasonal fruits. The fig sweets like fig yokan and fig tart were the best fig desserts I've ever had. Not only do they look great, but they taste delicious too! When you look closely at the Tiny Monk Sabou-kun and Japanese Pear Smoothie, you'll notice that Sabou-kun has a topknot, and the pretzels resemble oars. The angle of Sabou-kun is slightly diagonal, making it look like he is rowing the oars in the smoothie bowl. The attention to detail is amazing. The prices are a bit high, but the quality justifies it.

They have moved to a new location! I visited a year ago and could only make a reservation, so I found it troublesome and gave up. Suddenly, I remembered and visited again. I made a reservation this time. I didn't know they had moved, so I got lost trying to find the old place. It's right by Shuntokumichi Station, and it's really beautiful and stylish. I arrived 15 minutes early for my 12:30 reservation, but there were only two of us. Is it okay to come without a reservation? It's probably safer to make one. People kept coming in, and you have to pay in advance. I ordered Sabo-kun's fig plate for ¥1300 and a hojicha latte for ¥600. It was a fig feast! Fig tart, milk ice cream with fig compote, and fig yokan. It was all delicious. But it's expensive. Is there no set price? I want to order more, but I have to consider the cost. I saw someone order quiche, a drink, and a dessert, which cost ¥4000. My husband will cry... I thought while sipping my latte. The hojicha latte was rich and delicious. I understand the feeling of wanting to order multiple items at once. I might become a regular here. Thank you for the delicious meal. By the way, the parking is at a nearby coin parking lot, which is cheap at ¥400-¥500, and there is a maximum fee. It's right in front of the station, so it's very convenient. They also accept PayPay.

I visited in early July! I was overwhelmed by the cuteness of the visuals of the July menu...! To my surprise, Peach Chabo-kun was born from a peach instead of Momotaro! And when I looked down... there were small red and blue ogres... Both of them were so cute as bears...! They even had a golden club cookie next to them. And the contents of the parfait are also elaborate. Just having a whole peach on top makes me very happy, but there's also milk ice cream, raspberry mousse, mascarpone cream, cherries, blueberries, Shine Muscat grapes, lemon pudding, and butterfly pea jelly. It's amazing... The fragrant baked goods and the refreshing taste of the parfait make it enjoyable until the end. And another item is the melon smoothie. This one also has a slice of melon on top, which is irresistible for melon lovers. The smoothie part also tastes like real fruit, not artificial melon flavor, and you can tell it's made by blending frozen fruit. At that time, the person next to me was eating a whole peach tart that looked so delicious that I ended up making a reservation for it again...! Looking forward to the next visit.

I visited this place for the first time after they moved! The location is right in front of the station, with a bright and sunny atmosphere. The cuteness of the place remained even after the move! The menu in the photo is from June. I will also share what I had in early July later. I ordered the Melon Parfait and the June Cream Soda (Butterfly Pea). I had pre-ordered the Melon Parfait through the link on Instagram when making a reservation. And once again, it did not disappoint in terms of cuteness. The Melon Parfait was luxurious with lots of sweet melon! It was so soft that it could be easily cut with a knife. As for the June Cream Soda, the color changes when lemon juice is added! It was truly a hydrangea color and so cute! The ice cream changing colors as it melted added another level of charm with three color changes. I was once again very satisfied with my experience at Tsunagu Chabou.

Tsuna Tea Room, which reopened on June 2nd, is located just outside the JR Shuntokumichi Station ticket gate. I made a reservation and visited the cafe. I ordered Sabo-kun's Open Memorial Plate which includes homemade creamy fruit pudding and chiffon cake plate for ¥1300 and a cafe latte for ¥600. I chose cherries as the fruit topping. The chiffon cake was fluffy and the pudding was creamy. The cream on the chiffon cake was not too sweet and delicious. The pudding also had a smooth jelly inside. The plate came with Sabo-kun cookies and ice cream. The latte art was of Sabo-kun. It is a cafe filled with love for Sabo-kun. Congratulations on the reopening! I will definitely visit again to try the parfait. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal. I will visit again.

I found out about a cute new shop that opened on SNS and made a reservation to visit right away. It's super convenient as it's right in front of the station. However, if you come by bike, you might have to pay for parking at the station's bike lot. The shop is new and cute, which got me really excited. They have a system where you order and pay in advance, and they explained the menu very politely. I decided to try the Temari Burger and dessert. They don't offer drink sets, so drinks are an additional cost. The Temari Burger and two desserts, along with two drinks, cost around 4500 yen. First, the Temari Burger arrived, and it was so cute that I almost didn't want to eat it! They didn't provide forks or knives, but since it's a burger, I assumed you eat it with your hands. The dessert plate was also very cute and intricately designed. Finally, forks and knives came out when the dessert arrived, so it seemed like the shop was still getting the hang of things. The burger was delicious, and the dessert (cheesecake with a choice of fruits or pudding) was also very tasty. I wish the drinks were included in a set or had better value for money, as I would like to visit again. The shop was getting more and more customers, so it seems like making a reservation before going is a good idea.

I was eagerly waiting for the relocation opening to meet the very cute kids. However, by 1 pm, the pudding plates were sold out. They are cute and popular, I see. The melon was very delicious, with a lot of it inside. I couldn't stop eating the American cherries, they were so good. The coffee was also really tasty.
